Nestled in a quiet woodland setting, our cozy solar-powered cabin offers scenic trails, wildlife, and a short walk to a fully functional restroom cabin. Unplug from technology, cook over the fire, and relax beneath starry skies. Just 30 minutes away, enjoy Salmon River fishing or the shores of Oneida Lake—perfect for summer beach days or winter ice fishing. For a bigger adventure, the Adirondacks are only an hour away with hiking, and mountain views. Whether you’re seeking fishing, hiking, or simply a quiet place to recharge, Deja Yu is the perfect base for your rustic getaway. Please note, there’s no refrigerator, but a cooler is provided to keep perishables fresh during your stay. Property Highlights: Private Cabin & Bathhouse: Your stay includes a charming cabin and a bathroom cabin, ensuring comfort and convenience during your visit. Owner's Residence: The owner's home and a pole barn are situated on the opposite side of the property, providing you with a secluded experience. Ongoing Construction: Please note, there is one additional cabin on-site currently under construction. While this cabin is not available for rent, you may observe the owner quietly working on it during reasonable hours. Guest Bonus: Spink’s Family Acres is a charming, in-home licensed bakery specializing in fresh, homemade treats including cookies, muffins, breads, cinnamon rolls, and cupcakes. Their baked goods bring a taste of home to your getaway. Exceptional stay

Deja Yu - Mushroom Cabin

This cabin was put together with thoughtfulness and care. It really did exceed my expectations and I'm so grateful to Savanna and Brad for sharing it with me for a few days. They were lovely hosts and I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Deja Yu - Mushroom Cabin

Lovely and cozy cabin in a private area. The hosts were great and super helpful. The cabin is solar/battery powered but they ran a quiet generator to refill the battery when it ran out. The bathroom building is right by the cabin and has a flush toilet and hot shower. The running water isn't potable, but they provided a water cooler for drinking water.

Love this beautiful retreat in the woods. Peaceful and the perfect place to hangout by the fire pit and sleep in a super comfortable bed!

Deja Yu - Mushroom Cabin

So welcoming and peaceful! When I met Savanna upon arrival, she said, “the camp is a labor of love.” And it shows! She and her husband Brad have made a little slice of heaven in a beautiful stand of hard woods and mature white pine. The cabin is off grid but powered up by a high-capacity battery. Super comfy and cozy, it’s a great one-room refuge. Bonus points for the screened porch entryway and easy chairs. A bath house is a short walk with an outdoor work sink and a lovely interior with tile floors, nice shower, and bath sink I’d be proud to have in my home. Warm, clean, and inviting, it’s a beautiful bath house. Tho there is no wi-fi, cell works well-enough to stream a movie or podcast. Highly recommend!
