This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property.
Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites.

We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged.

We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Enjoy our 73 acres in peace. Our site has a well you can use to fill up your tanks, we recommend using an in-line filter as the water is not tested. We loved our stay here! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. They even shared fresh vegetables from their garden with us, which were delicious!
The river was definitely one of the highlights! The water was so fresh and clean. We brought our paddleboard down and paddled/walked about 4 km upstream to some little baby rapids, then hopped on the board and let the current float us all the way back. Such a fun way to spend the afternoon!
The evening after our hike, we brought our tubes down to the river and just floated around, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. During our trips to the river, we saw so much wildlife, including lots of birds (bald eagles) and we were even lucky enough to spot a deer standing in the river!
The campsite itself was private and peaceful, with water available to refill our trailer tank. The owner had firewood available for us, which was super convenient, and there were also lawn games to choose from.
We also really appreciated how easygoing and accommodating our host was. We were out hiking when we realized we had accidentally forgotten to book the site for that day/night. We messaged her, and she responded right away saying not to worry—the site was still available and we could simply book it. No stress at all!
Amazing river, private spot with wonderful hosts. We would absolutely stay here again!

first...not sure if i should give a review since this hidden gem should remain a secret. second, Jeff & Jill are best hosts EVER! third.. everything on the properperty is well planned and thought out. the bath house is cleaner and better decorated than most household bathrooms. lots do do in the area, great great time. so great we have already our next stay here. We were excited to share this location with a couple of camping friends. Only to find out!!! our friends have been coming here for 3 years, 8 trips never shared the Jeff & Jill secret (are they really friends)?

This site was in a well groomed grassy area. Many of them have some shade from a tree but ours didn’t. Each site has a great electric and septic hood up which were easy to use!

Communication was spot on. We gave an ETA and were greeted in the driveway, guided to the site, and given a short tour. What a place! Lush. Interesting. Open and yet plenty of privacy and shade. So much to explore. Or just sit comfortably and read a book. So many birds! Easy to park our 13 foot camper. Fresh water, lawn games and firewood available. Defiantly would visit again.

Had a wonderful time at Jeff and Jill’s property. Top notch and super clean! Lovely walks in the woods with bubbling creek to relax you. Hosts were amazing and accommodating. Our favorite hip camp so far!

Plenty of space. Showers were good. Did not partake in any recreational activities for the 4th of July weekend, but saw kids were busy having fun. Off the beaten path, yet close enough to town.

As always a beautiful morning view with the clouds lifting off the mountain, a green and grassy meadow to camp on, even with full hookups, the amazing bathhouse, and supreme hosts Jill & Jeff. We just keep coming back! Great hiking nearby, rail trails not too far, good breakfast place a short drive away.

Jeff and Jill were incredibly helpful and such gracious hosts. Their camp is beautiful and very well maintained. It’s in remote spot yet convenient to amenities. I’m going back to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful stay! This was our very first RV trip and also our first time traveling with our dogs away from home, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The campsite was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place for us to relax and ease into the camping experience. Even with occasional rain showers the spot could not be beat!
The setting was gorgeous, and we really appreciated how welcoming and comfortable everything felt. Our dogs enjoyed exploring and were quick to settle into the new environment. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable first RV adventure for our family. We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to return in the future! 🐾🚐🌲✨

I appreciated the way they accommodated the late arrival for me, I was stuck in awful traffic on the way up and they were so accommodating to let me set up and officially check in the next day after ai reserved online, I got there late at night and it was a relief. They also were so helpful to supervise my hookup of all lines and were pleasant and cheerful.
