At Highland Basecamp you will find a driveway for RV parking and a backyard for tent set up. Running water and electric can also be provided. A nice and quiet setting only a five minute bike ride to Highland bike park and a 20 min drive to several other awesome trails systems in the area. About a ten minute drive to shopping and restaurants in town. There's also a fire pit available for use. Outdoor shower with hot water available. Toilet will be available June 1st. There is a toilet that comes June 1st. Outdoor shower also available in may though it will be cold some nights and early mornings. Now introducing a new cabin tent, need a quick place to stay? Only 10 minutes from shopping and 5 mins to the bike park. There are several local free trails in the area as well, Spaulding Woods, Franklin Falls, Great Gains and Ramblin View Farm. You can also try some white water rafting in Franklin at the only white water park in New Hampshire.

Most excellent spot to park and camp for the weekend of riding bikes! Just a few driways down from Highland Mountain Bike Park's main lodge. Jesse is an awesome host, will totally be back!

Perfect for Highland Bikepark

We loved our weekend, the site is well equipped, clean chemical toilet, shower with hot water, bike rack, we were 4 vans and we had enough space in the courtyard. We'll be back next year for sure!

Perfect spot for Mtb riders!

Such a nice spot! Jesse was super welcoming and you couldn't be closer to the trails even if you wanted to! I stayed there for 2 nights in a row and will definitely come back next time I plan to ride Highland again!

Great location for mountain bikers

If you are planning to visit Highlands Bike Park this location can’t be beat. Literally 5 minutes to the lift. We didn’t use the electric hookup, picnic table or grill but all available. Good communications with host.
