Very quiet, idyllic site along the river. Everything was extremely clean. Great place to unplug.

I will be back a thousand times. I have absolutely fallen in love with this place. I love it so much that I debated on even leaving review because I didn't want to give away the secret of how awesome this place is ☺️ I'm not sure if Nancy owns the place or not, but she's an amazing camp host. From the chicken employees, to the comfort station treats, she really has thought of everything possible to make your stay as carefree as possible. The beds were comfy, cabin was cutely decorated, there are grills and utensils to use for everyone and inside your cabin. It was clean. The place was easy to find, and well lit. The people that were staying there were all friendly and didn't mess with you but were available for conversation if you felt so inclined. What a complete gem. This day was exactly what we needed. Can't wait to come back.

Awesome campsite. We stayed in primitive site #1 and it was incredibly spacious. We have a 12-person tent so it is quite large and we could’ve have fit at least 2 more tents in the spot. It seemed to be slightly bigger than primitive site #2. It was very private as well. No electricity or water at the site, but the comfort station, bathrooms, and dish washing station are close by. The bathrooms were super clean and nice. The site does have a fire pit with a grill grate and a picnic table. The staff was super friendly. There is so much to do in the surrounding areas as well as at the campsite. We spent lots of time fishing. We dropped a fishing light off the dock and watched giant fish and softshell turtles swim around. We went to Troy Springs, Ichetucknee Springs, and O’Leno State Park. I HIGHLY suggest Ichetucknee springs. Beautiful water, not too expensive, and we even saw a manatee!! We spent hours hiking at O’Leno and barely even scratched the surface. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend! Peaceful, Clean, Great location! We stayed in one of the small cabins. Joe the host was awesome and told us much about the property. Lots of friendly dogs and free roaming chickens everywhere. Free coffee and amenities were very creative. We will be back and try some tent camping

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone there was welcoming and kind. As a woman traveling with 3 kids and a dog, a kind and helpful community was great. The cabin was perfect and river was beautiful. We were happy!

Great place to spend time and be with animals! Hosts are great!

3 nights at Kokomo Farms

I have stayed here before back in 2023, and I can say the same as I did then it is so magical here! Just the place I needed to be for my spring break from college to relax and enjoy nature stress free. The horses are so gentle and I enjoyed feeding them. Waking up to the roosters is so much more inviting than an alarm lol. Trudy is always the best host! My partner enjoyed all the games around and it got quite competitive! We also enjoyed some painting at the little paint station. I really recommended checking out the springs around in the area! But to top it off, my partner loved this place so much he proposed here! Like I said everything about this stay was magical and I can’t recommend it enough!

Bowman’s landing was wonderful! Such a sweet slice of peaceful paradise! We loved pitching our tent here for a few days while we paddled nearby springs!

2 nights at Bowman's Landing

Everything is just as described or better. There's plenty of space for campers to wander and the sites are spread out enough to give everyone privacy. Each site has their own grill for cooking and seating area and the main house has even more options for cooking and lounging. Stargazers won't be disappointed as the location is very remote and free of light pollution. There's also a dollar general just a couple miles away in case you forgot any necessities.

We absolutely loved our stay! Wonderful grounds for family fun! Enjoyed being close to Ichetucknee so we could go enjoy during the day and have a cozy bed to come back to!

4 nights at Bowman's Landing

We absolutely have loved our time here and will return. A peaceful area. Lovely host. Clean campground. Bathroom and shower are good. Water was easily accessible for kayak and float. Fishing was fun.

1 night at Kokomo Farms

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Trudy’s land. Everything it’s better than the pictures! 100% recommended to stay at this wonderful place.

Weekend Trip to RUNNING SPRINGS RIVER RETREAT

Great spot, we appreciated how well stocked it was ... had everything you could possibly need for a great getaway! 5 stars

My family absolutely loved it out there, even though it rained a lot! I between the rain the kids enjoyed riding the bikes (free of charge). The kids played in the water right off the dock some and even got a little fishing in. We was abel to upgrade to a cabin after the first night and it was absolutely lovely! Slept the 4 of us comfy! The camp hosts was all so kind a patient with us and our children , I’m sure my 12 yo son talked everyone’s ears off and they was very polite to him (autism and adhd super powers). My 13 yo daughter has already been talking about wanting to come back and to be honest I’m excited to visit again!

Great experience, very hospitable. The host provides coffee and creamer and treats for the kids. Little things like that make the difference!

We loved our time here. The hosts were both very kind and helpful. They take pride in their land and made us feel right at home. It was a perfect getaway. The animals are an extra bonus and we enjoyed feeding them. We will definitely be back .
