I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

We are a military veteran family who enjoys the land as a place for family and friends to explore, camp, and relax at the 250+ feet of the East Bay beach. We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping sites DO NOT have electricity These are hike-in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures. Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

We do not have WiFi, but we do have 5g service throughout the 11 acre property. Our camping sites DO NOT have electricity These are hike-in only campsites ☺️ Primitive camping is permitted at designated wooded high grounds in the middle of the property. It is a 5 and 10-minute rugged hike in to the middle ground respectively. The trail remains under development, so please bring close-toed shoes or boots for hiking throughout the property (depending on rainfall, there may be mud and water). We have two primitive campsites these campsites are first come first serve, they are not assigned when booking. Plesea see pictures. Our Glamper tent is a 10x12 canvas furnished full size bed with bedding, pillows and enough floor space for two sleeping bags. The tens are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. Closed toed shoes are highly suggested as well as plenty of lighting with batteries or solar charging capability. This is a rugged, fun and serene camping experience. William’s property is an outstanding Hipcamp experience. The land is beautiful and expansive—over 80 acres with well-maintained trails, food plots that attract wildlife, and a real sense of privacy and peace. The amenities truly set this place apart. The heated bathhouse was spotless and felt more like a lodge than a campground. We stayed in the duck tent, which came with a heater and was warm, cozy, and extremely well set up—easily a glamping-level experience. The property is very dog-friendly and thoughtfully maintained throughout. Everything reflects care, intention, and pride of ownership. We stayed for five nights and would absolutely return. Highly recommend.

Ronald and Pat are a wonderful couple who created a special spot, super cozy and equipped, under the amazing high pines. We spend 2 nights with our baby and had a relax quiet family time. First time in nature for our trip and loved it! The garden is slowly developing in to a jewel between the forests trees. The gas heater did the work, we had nice and warm inside the tent.

If you were thinking about it, just book it. Had the best time with my family. Joshua answered very quickly when I messaged. I just recommended this to a friend who booked his own stay for his family. The RV was insanely cool, the grill is full size and a perfect addition. Joshua really thought of everything. You only need to bring what you want to cook with. There was a little coffee station, utensils, and pots and pans. The fireplace was a great touch just maybe buy some extra wood and babysit the fire for a little bit, which I didn’t do so it kept going out. Other than that, can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Trip to Skyacres aka the tin cottage
I loved staying here! The cabin was excellent and the property is beautiful. You can tell a lot of work was put into this property. We had an excellent time here with our dog and close by to some cool hikes and a nature drive near the Suwannee River. A great place to escape and have a few beers and smores.

Very cozy site. Enjoyed making breakfast and tea in the RV. Getting warm by the fire outside and making smores in the night. Cuddling with friendly barn cats. Lots of outdoor activities nearby (horseback riding, canoeing, hiking). Hosts are helpful and warm.
