The tents are located off a short trial, but rugged 2-minute hike from the parking area. We provide the opportunity to go camping without having to pack the tent. You are able to access the best of both worlds here including Crab Island, the fresh water springs and the big river. The home features a private concrete boat launch, dock, and boat lift in the brackish water canal behind the home for your boat. Enjoy accessing the home for your stay by water or land. Our favorite way to access is by boat- launching at the West Bay bridge in Panama City and running down the intracoastal waterway into the bay. When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly. Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A. Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home. Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy! We had such an amazing stay! The property is so beautiful. We loved walking around the garden, sitting by the fire and grilling. They had a bunch of fresh herbs and fruits. The blue berries were my favorite. There is an outdoor shower and port a potty to use both very clean. We really loved the outdoor shower. We came to this area to visit the natural springs nearby. We went to Morrison and Ponce de Leon and they were beautiful and very close by. There is so much to do in the area making this a great spot. The owners are so so kind and welcoming. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the spot.

We loved our time at Brown Acres. The RV was perfect for our family of six to stay in during our vacation. Sasha was so kind and was willing to help with anything we needed. They had a pond we could fish in, a couple of kayaks, an outdoor table to enjoy meals outside, hot water for a shower and air conditioning 😍. We received the best advice since we were out of towners. Would 100% go back to enjoy it for longer!

We enjoyed our four nights at tent site T7. The tent is huge with plenty of room for your stuff The hanging lights are a nice touch. The bed is comfy and the AC and fan made it comfortable to sleep at night. During the day the AC couldn’t really keep up with the heat (end of May) but we didn’t spend much time in the tent in the day. It rained a lot two nights and there were no issues with leaks. We used the propane grill and it has some tongs and a spatula which were perfect for cooking. We hung up our hammock on the posts that were there too which was nice to watch the bunnies on the morning. Bathroom was clean and very close. Loved taking the bikes to the beach and on the paths, and then hiking some too. A Must do is the Morris Lake hiking trail if you can, as you get to hike through the dunes and it was so beautiful and we walked right out to the beach at one point. The beach is gorgeous and the backdrop of the dunes is perfect, instead of condos and beach house rentals compared to other beaches in the area. The park itself is well supplied with everything you might need, there is even a little coffee breakfast cafe that opens at 8 am. Bring bikes if you have them, or you can rent them there too. I did find out only after booking through Hipcamp that you can book direct with Topsail Hill Outfitters and they include two bike rentals with your stay, which would have been nice to have that perk.

This campsite has everything I could ask for: courteous owners, easy to follow instructions, wonderful set up at the campsite and easy access to a beach. He had an absolute blast, helping me build, and maintain a fire, walk around the entire campsite, and many hours well spent in the water. I’ll be visiting this campsite again.

Weekend Trip to East Bay Family Retreat

What a beautiful property within a short drive of where we live. I really enjoyed spending the day out by their bay front. Having access to kayaks was a special treat, because I’ve never kayaked before. The glamper tent was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also plenty of space between the 2 glamper sites to give some privacy. It was also a special treat to enjoy the wildlife. We enjoyed watching the Royal Terns diving into the water for fish, and the mullet jumping out of the water. I had the special privilege of seeing a rabbit stop on the trail and stand in front of me for a solid 30 seconds. At night, fireflies flashed around the tree line. We heard a whippoorwill off in the distance, another amazing treat. Definitely saving this campsite as a go-to weekend getaway. What you get vs the low cost of their glamper sites is unbeatable. The Florida panhandle is so full of beauty in its nature. It’s amazing that there’s still a chunk of natural Florida left in Navarre, and the hosts are so willing to share it with others.

Weekend Trip to East Bay Family Retreat

This glamping tent on East Bay in Navarre was everything we hoped for and more. The listing was completely accurate—the space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. And the Bay was just a short walk from the campsite. It felt like the perfect mix of camping and comfort. We also appreciated how reasonably priced it was compared to similar stays. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing escape, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise

We had the most amazing weekend! The entire set up was breathtaking and very romantic! The gardens and plants were beautiful and my absolute favorite part along with the outdoor shower because long hot showers were wanted at the end of our day. We spent the full day Saturday with rented e-bikes tours Florida Caverns State Park and sightseeing the caverns. Very impressed the hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed and left nothing to run and get, we will definitely book again!

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise

We loved our stay in the yurt! It was so cozy and had everything we needed from first aid kit, to snacks, and fire wood. Our dogs probably has the best time of all of us exploring the property and finding the creek. We rented a canoe and floated the river 30 minutes away (Cypress Springs) which I strongly recommend! Dollar general and the local market was just a 2 minute drive for any necessities but the campsite is tucked off away from the road.

Our favorite beach campsite! We have camped at Grayton Beach State Park multiple times and have always had a great experience. Post-pandemic it is more crowded than we like, so we try to go on off season.
