Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando.
This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay.
Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites.
Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants.
Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too.
Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).
Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property.
We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV.
Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds.
The property is a designated farm, and we do have chickens.
Day time check-in is 100% recommended.

With the goal of blending natural beauty and innovative design, it's an ever-evolving space that is both inviting and surprising. During your stay, we invite you to enjoy an open-air yet tastefully private outdoor shower, or relax back into the big enough for two garden tub. A large outdoor kitchen area with a gas burner will also be available for your use. On chillier evenings, you can toast marshmallows by the fire pit, or just star gaze and let time trickle by. During the day, you'll be free to get online and catch up with the work world, or walk the garden and discover one of the many hideaways scattered around the property. You never know what will be in season, but with the guidance of one of your hosts, you can try a variety of fruits, greens, and berries if they're ready for harvest. A rich variety of wild birds visit regularly, recognizing it as a safe haven for wildlife. And though we can't guarantee you'll see a rare one, we can guarantee you'll see CHICKENS! This is only a brief description, there's so much more to see on-site, but you'll also want to make your way out into the city (15 minute drive) for some of the unique flair St Pete is known for. Check out the Salvadore Dali museum and see his famous surrealist paintings. Visit some of the best beaches in the country, like St Pete Beach (15 minutes drive due West). Wander the Fort Desoto historical park area. It also has a dock with a second level to jump off into the water of the river that they have flowing through the back side of property!
I don’t feel no description can describe how wonderfully magical this place is. It’s a must do must see!

My stay at the St. Pete Micro Farm residence was peaceful, relaxing, and I will definitely be booking this place again! The hosts were responsive, helpful, and it was so obvious how much love and care they put into the tiny house; it was extremely clean, well-stocked with the necessary overnight goodies, and smelled very fresh. Their garden was beautiful and offered more tranquility than I could have ever expected to experience in an urban setting. Every night I fell asleep to the soft sounds of locusts and birds, and awoke to the rustling leaves as they moved in the warm breeze. I left the micro-farm feeling so rejuvenated, I will be visiting St. Pete again just to stay here!!

Everything I hoped for in a micro-farm stay—and more! The tiny house is incredibly well laid out and had everything I needed. It feels cozy and thoughtfully designed without feeling cramped at all. I had such a good night’s sleep in the super cozy bed!
The property itself is beautiful and clearly has so much thought and care put into it. I especially loved learning about the micro farm and watching the chickens—it’s such a peaceful little oasis. The location is also the perfect balance: tucked into a quiet neighborhood close to parks and walking trails, but only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Pete. You get the feeling of being surrounded by nature while still having easy access to everything in town. I would absolutely stay again!

The accommodations were awesome. I chose the tiny house, which was a win. It's cozy, super comfortable, and laid out really well. In addition, it looks out on the flock of cute chickens. Endless entertainment.
The hosts, Bill & Steph are so great. Not only are they friendly, the gave me the best recommendations for cool local spots. FYI, if you like wings and don't hit Mullets, you're doing yourself a disservice.
My schedule didn't allow me to extend, but I found out that Bill was hosting a fire handling workshop shortly after I left! This place is so cool! I'm definitely coming back for one of those sessions.
Long story short, my experience here was exceptional. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing time as always! Dennis was great and brought fresh firewood on my first night and made sure to explain how to use the camp stove and make sure everything was okay. 3 nights at The Bougainvillea Glamping Tent
We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property while celebrating our 4-year anniversary. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the hosts were exceptional.
The only thing worth noting is that the property is near a busy road, so the traffic noise can be heard at times. That said, it was not a major issue and was easy to ignore.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

1 night at Rasayana Cove
I had the pleasure of being the only camper there when I went and the privacy was incredible. His 25 acres include a watershed that creates a beautiful creek. All the property surrounding him is cattle pastures so you do not have to worry about running into any human neighbors. The hermitage cabin was perfect. I mostly spent my time wandering the property but when it was time to sleep the cabin provided me a safe place to stay and the box fan worked all through the night to keep me cool despite the hot, humid Florida evening. Dennis was a lovely host and showed me the features of the property upon check in and helped make sure I had a fire started before he went. I would highly recommend staying on Dennis’s land.

Great place to visit if you are not found of modern life, if you really want to know how to live life with simplicity, you really need to visit this place. Big thanks for Dinesh. It shows how life supposed to be. I am very much found of nature so I really don’t care about facility at all. Where you have nature you don’t need comfort. Just prepare your mind. This is great place to spend some good time with nature. Thank you very much for Dinesh hospitality.

Our entire family had a wonderful time at Creekside Retreat this weekend. For the children (ages 4, 5, and 8), every moment felt like an adventure. They kayaked together for the first time and loved exploring nature-- watching birds, turtles, and all the wildlife around them.
The property seemed designed for our enjoyment: a trampoline, the hammocks, the swings, the magical lights that came on at night, and the safe walking paths where kis could explore on their own.
For us parents, it was the perfect escape from the busy city: a peaceful place to disconnect, unwind, and truly enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature.
John is an exceptional host. He was always available to answer questions, guide us around the property's many beautiful areas, and make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made our stay effortless and even more enjoyable.
We left feeling refreshed and with wonderful family memories. We highly recommend Creekside Retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.

We loved our stay at J and P creekside A frame cabin. As a reptile lover I'll probably be the only negative review for not seeing a gator, but there were many tiny lizards that could be observed at any time of day outside playing and chasing eachother. We would love to come back with a larger family group, the place was quite, private, and well maintained. I definitely recommend staying here!
