This 12-acre property features a private freshwater pond and is located just 12 miles from the Punta Gorda (PGD) airport. You'll be close to the Charlotte Harbor Preserve, which offers walking trails to the harbor, and near Crystal Lake Park. Burnt Store Marina is only one mile north and offers restaurants that are open to the public. This is a floating tiny home equipped with air conditioning, hot and cold water, a flush toilet, and a shower. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas grill, and coffee maker. Please note: Wi-Fi is coming soon.Set on 12 peaceful acres, this property features a private freshwater pond and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Amazing getaway to decompress

Incredible place wonderful, Host. I drove over 2 1/2 hours for this place and I’m telling you it was worth every bit. If you’re looking at this listing now, I don’t think twice — book it !!

Great spot to disconnect

Great little spot for a quiet reset with solid comfort. The tiny home was cozy, clean, organized, and had all the necessities (and then some). The A/C was nice and cold — which is a big deal, especially heading into the warmer months — and everything felt simple, well set up, and easy to settle into. The host was awesome: very hospitable, responsive, and made the stay feel welcoming. Only thing to note (just so expectations are set): it’s close to the main road, so you do hear some traffic, and Saturday night there was some noise from 4-wheelers. It didn’t ruin the stay for me, but if you’re looking for total silence, bring earplugs or plan for a bit of background noise. Overall, a great value and a comfortable, well-kept place — I’d definitely stay again.
