Loved, loved, loved the Everglades!!!! Saw my first manatee and ALLIGATOR! We even got to see 1 crocodile from an overlook tower on one of the hikes.

Pretty much just marsh everywhere…. I took an airboat cruise and we saw 1 alligator. I saw tons of alligators biking the 15 miles on the Shark Valley Tram Trail.

This campground is operated by a third party concessioner so expect all comms and prices to be a little more “corporate” than your typical National Park experience. Also expect mosquitos—a lot of mosquitos.

Everglades National Park Trip 3/4/2018

Got a chance to visit Everglades National Park and do an airboat and kayak tour. The weather was very nice; sunny and hot. Make sure to wear sunscreen!! I only got to visit probably 5% of the park, so I am wanting to go back.
