The land is close to 180 miles of local kayak trails, a 10 minute drive from beautiful walking trails, and about an hour from the beach. We offer a rustic composting toilet, a heated outdoor shower, and a simple outdoor kitchen zone with a sink and stovetop.
Note: Flitterbug Farm is in a rural, agricultural part of South Florida. The setting is peaceful, but it’s also alive with the sounds of farm life and wildlife. Just a disclaimer; Sebring Raceway is 7 miles away and if the wind is right you can hear the cars racing, also, lake Istokpoga is big for airboats so we do hear them running some. Close to horse back riding, Lake Istokpoga Park is less than 5 miles for great fishing and boat ramp access. Highlands Hammock State Park is close by. Sebring International Raceway is near by as well. 80 miles to either Florida coast and 2 hrs south of Orlando. Just a disclaimer; Sebring Raceway is 7 miles away and if the wind is right you can hear the cars racing, also, lake Istokpoga is big for airboats so we do hear them running some. We look forward to hosting you and we will do our best to make it a fun stay!

We are located in Fort Ogden, 45 minutes north of Fort Myers, FL.
We have 3 tent campsites available to choose from. We can accommodate vehicles up to 30ft in length. The sites are flat, no hookups are available at this time.
Amenities include a picnic table, toilet, potable water, and a fire ring
We are pet-friendly (on leash). Small dogs are not recommended unless you keep a very close eye on them. This is a farm, cows, donkeys, coyote etc. can pose a threat to a small animal.

We are farmers and ranchers so at any given time there is cattle horses and other farm animals around the property. There is lots of wildlife and areas we have for viewing. There are two flowing creeks on property. We have walking trails where wild fruit trees can be found and Chicken of the woods and other mushrooms. There are very large untouched, live oak trees scattered around the property.

This place is incredible and Joe is a great host. It was our first RV trip, my wife and I took our 3 kids and they had a blast, fishing, boating and enjoying the view and the area. The view is just amazing. We will definitely come back. We all loved it!

2 nights at Rasayana Cove
My son and I stayed at Ramayana Cove while we were in town hunting at Razzor Ranch, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The cabin is rustic, but more than sufficient—clean, comfortable, and a great place to recharge after long days outdoors.
The property itself is beautiful. What really stood out were the nighttime bonfires and the sky. With no light pollution, the stars were incredible—clear, bright, and endless. Sitting by the fire under that kind of sky with my son made for some memorable conversations and a true reset from everyday life.
If you’re looking for something polished and luxury-driven, this isn’t that. But if you want peaceful, natural, and authentic Florida outdoors with a quiet, unplugged vibe, this place delivers.
We’d absolutely come back.

Trina’s property is gorgeous! She was also very nice and welcoming. My family had a wonderful 3 nights there! My children enjoyed the chickens, Muppet and Diabla. They also enjoyed visiting the baby chicks. They said that was their favorite part. It’s very spacious and we could set up our badmitton/volleyball net. We got to meet other great campers and our kids had a lot of fun. They were worn out by 8 every night and slept for 12 hours. They were able to run around and explore the land, they thoroughly enjoyed the pond swing. Mom and dad loved that they could run around and disappear for hours safely. We really love the outdoor shower, the most magical shower I’ve ever had and now I want one lol. Loved that there was a bathroom and outdoor kitchen so we could wash our cooking gear and didn’t have to pack up dirty dishes. It was amazing and really felt like we were out in the woods. We will definitely be coming back and maybe bringing some friends!

Weekend Trip to The Sunnyside Farm
Nice private spot. The other site isn't too far away but it still felt very secluded. The chickens came to visit while we were setting up. Site wasn't really marked but we were still able to find the right one.

Thank you John and family for an amazing trip! You can see from the property’s attention to detail how much they care to provide an excellent experience! The cabin is stunning! It has everything you need! The beds are super comfortable! The firepit was beautifully set up. The bathroom was clean and the outdoor shower was great! The girls had a great time on the trampoline, swings, and playing with the pups. The sunset boat trip was such a treat! Please just go and experience it for yourself!

We loved tent camping at Luiz’s property. It was peaceful and exactly as described. Luiz was very welcoming. The horses and cows roam the area which was nice to see. Our dogs enjoyed it. Property is dog friendly. Our dog was off leash and enjoyed running around as well as splashing in the water. We will definitely be back to visit.

This was a nice quiet spot for tent camping! The basic amenities are covered with 2 chairs, firepit, and picnic table. There is a bathroom and running water, but it is a few minute walking distance across the property. Overall great spot for an overnight stay!

The place was very nicely situated, the campsite was spacious, private, with a fire pit, chairs and a picnic table. Even had an electrical cord to charge up my bluetti. With that said, the bathrooms are a bit of a walk thru the darkness , while lit … for this northerner who’s seen many signs about bears, panthers, poisoned snakes and spiders … it was a bit nerve racking for me, but that’s just me perhaps. Overall a pleasant place, where I slept well.

Loved the river access along with the amenities and animals on property. It did not bother us but there was 4 wheelers in the morning but we aren’t camping to sleep in we are camping to have fun and explore!

This is a fabulous place! We extended our stay 2 more days after feeling so safe and comfortable so this spot was the one we moved over to. The guys are fantastic hosts!
