Nestled among tall pines on sandy terrain, this property offers a true opportunity to get away from it all. It is perfect for relaxing under the trees or exploring Florida’s natural beauty.
Wake up to the cheerful songs of local birds and enjoy the shade of mature pines surrounding your exclusive campsite. As a work-in-progress retreat, we are continually making upgrades for added comfort and convenience. Recent improvements include a brand-new rustic outhouse for guest comfort.
With only one campsite on the property, you will have plenty of space and privacy for your group. Whether you are seeking a quiet retreat, a basecamp for outdoor adventure, or simply wish to unplug in nature, our evolving little oasis is the perfect spot.
Other Things to Note:
While the site feels tucked away in nature, this is a rural area and the surrounding neighborhood can occasionally be lively. It’s not unusual to hear the sounds of ATVs or distant gunshots from recreational shooting nearby. Set up camp in a spacious spot perfect for 1–2 tents (up to 4 people), with plenty of shade, birdsong, and the relaxing scent of the woods. This is a true “work in progress” campsite: I bought the property to make my dream camp and am opening it to guests who don’t mind a little adventure and the spirit of helping an evolving space grow. Some areas of the property still show signs of its long vacancy, and your help in keeping things tidy is greatly appreciated!
Amenities & Facilities: Outhouse: A brand-new (still-under-construction) outhouse with a portable toilet. Compost hasn’t started yet, so all waste must be packed out. Waste bags and wipes are provided.
Fire Pit: Enjoy evenings under the stars around the Solo Stove fire pit, great for roasting marshmallows and unwinding! Firewood from the property (oak, pine, and more) is available for your use.
Work-Trade Option: Interested in staying longer by lending a hand with cleanup or small projects? Ask about work-trade opportunities!
Access: The route to the site is a bit tricky right now, so please review the arrival instructions provided when you book. Reach out if you have any questions!
Parking: Parking is convenient and easy. Park your car in the grassy area right next to the road, located alongside the property boundary. It’s just a short walk to the campsite around the cargo trailer.
