We just closed on an acre of vacant land (recently cleared) with beautiful oak hammock trees throughout the property. We are hoping to create our own homestead/retreat spot for our family. Until then, we’d love to open it up for the Hipcamp community of like minds!
Our land is Ideal for off grid living, RV boondocking, tent camping, camping, and nature exploring.
The beautiful oak trees provide a good amount of shade on the lot. No bathrooms or electrical hookups have been installed yet. There is a gas station about 5min away and town/grocery stores are about 10min away. You will feel like you are secluded, but not too far away from town.

Kimberly place was truly amazing! It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. You won’t worry about the bustling world around you because this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Kimberly truly went above and beyond as a host. To welcoming us upon arriving, to even picking up logs for us to have a fire. Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary
Had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The campsite itself was very private, and the proximity to the “private-ish” beach was the best part. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect private getaway. The only downside was that the mini fridge at our site wasn’t working, so we had to rely on our cooler. Aside from that small issue, it was a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back for the peace and quiet.

Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary
What a great place! First of all, you are just across the street from the beach and from a turtle sanctuary!! It’s one of the last spots on the Atlantic coast of Florida which is not overdeveloped. I hesitate to broadcast it too much as it is so special!
John runs a small surf shop and a surf camp. So there’s a low key, cool business attached to the property (filled with great books to be loaned). The yurt is quite comfortable and has all the amenities you need. It’s very quiet and surrounded by jungle like foliage. I highly recommend this place. We will absolutely be back. My only suggestion is in summer note that they have mosquitoes. It’s manageable, but prepare in advance.

I stayed here with my children for Mother's Day Weekend. We were delighted to find out that it's on an island! Very close to the beach and state parks. They are in the middle of building a new platform to put the dome on. I was a little sad we had the view of a half-finished construction project, but for future visitors that will be an amazing upgrade. DON'T SKIP THE BUG SPRAY!!

Zero shade, so 75% of the year this stinks. Also the sites are very close together and there is no feeling of privacy. Once I camped here and saw a co-worker a few sites down. Yeek! Sometimes you just need to get away from it all and this is not the place to do that. If you love to fish and love to be crammed into lots of people and sweat a lot, this is your place.

Great place for fishing! There is also hiking and bike trails and of course the beach! The state park camp sites are great with water and electricity hook ups. Also available is primative camping at the Sebastian inlet marina, still on state park property and passes are provided to get you in the North and South gates.
