Located just two blocks from beach access, there is either a small RV space available or you can rent my 24’ RV. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it’s the perfect spot for relaxation, peace, and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. There is a pool available during select hours and a full bathroom with a separate entrance located in the house. The spot is street side and will hold a max 24’ RV.

PLEASE READ! No Brevard County locals. ID required for all adults. The space is in front of my house in the driveway. You WILL hear dogs, people, garbage trucks, cars, etc. It is your responsibility to bring ear plugs if that will wake you. Your Class B or C RV (no tents, no campers, 5th wheels, pop ups or class A vehicles) should not exceed 24’ in length. 1 slide out is ok. You will be parked on cement in a driveway with a slight slope. Electric is best served with a generator or solar. I can provide 20 amp service with a normal plug. Water can be provided for direct access or refilling tanks but this is for self contained vehicles only. Any discharge of gray, fresh or black tanks is strictly prohibited and you will be asked to leave. Located 2 blocks from a secluded beach access (across A1A). 1 medium sized dog allowed. Dogs must be leashed when outside of vehicle; no tie outs allowed. Dogs are. it allowed in the backyard. Please don’t leave your dog if it will bark while you are away. There are 2 other dogs on the property located in the backyard/house. Pool is available from 1 pm to 5pm. There is a full bathroom with private entrance available from 9 am to 8pm.

PLEASE READ! This is a stationary RV. You must be a non smoker and over 25 to book. No Brevard County locals. ID required; maximum 2 people. You WILL hear dogs, people, garbage trucks, cars, etc. It is your responsibility to bring ear plugs if that will wake you or cause you discomfort. This 2008 Motorhome is 24’ is located in the driveway of my house. it has a full bed in the back and a single bed above the driver’s seat. You access the single bed by a ladder. You have a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave and fridge. The electric is both AC and DC. While the air conditioning is running, you can charge phones, tablets, etc. You CANNOT run hair dryers, medical devices, flat iron, the microwave, etc. You will trip the breaker so please don’t try. The bathroom has a Rv shower, toilet and sink (uses a holding tank). There is also use of a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in the house with a separate entrance. Hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. There are (2) leatherette recliners that have tray tables. *****There is NO TV and the wifi that is located in the house is unreliable. Sheets/towels/kitchen items included. The RV is clean but very simple. It’s not “glamping”, it’s not fancy. Please do your RESEARCH before inquiring. Located 2 blocks from the beach access. The pool is shared and available from 1pm to 5pm most days.
