Relax in the cozy sitting area beneath a canopy of twinkling lights at this spacious, wooded site—less than 10 minutes from the beach!
The site sits on approximately 0.2 acres, located on a private lot behind our home, and includes a 16' x 48' asphalt-gravel pad next to full hook-ups. Additional privacy fencing is being installed in January to separate the site from the rest of the property, so it will soon be enclosed on three sides (the driveway to the back of the property is on the fourth). Photos will be updated once the fence is completed. In the meantime, there are plenty of trees on the site which do provide some privacy.
Along with plenty of beautiful trees for shade, the site includes its own private sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks, a picnic table, and a storage shed with beach supplies for guest use. There is plenty of room to pull in and park an RV of just about any size.
Conveniently located 1.3 miles from a shopping plaza with a Publix, Bealls Outlet, and several restaurants. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions.

Disclaimer:
There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. There is very little “traffic” during nighttime and early morning hours, but if you are sensitive to noise or require complete silence to sleep, this may not be the optimal site for you.

Our property is near Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park and Lake Okeechobee.
If you’re looking for places to visit for the day or services nearby, you can head to Okeechobee, which is only 20 min away. Lake Placid is only 40 min, Vero Beach is only 1 hr, and Melbourne is 1 hr 30 min.
All of the listed locations offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting, swimming, and beach hangouts. Each of the sites allows for watching the livestock, hanging out at the watering hole, and sitting around the communal campfire.
Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property!
Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy.

A small family owned and operated 5 acre pasture raised poultry farm. This is a working farm that sells poultry meat and eggs to the local community. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live on a poultry farm -- this is it! Depending on the time of year there may also be bee hives located on the far back or very front of our pastures. Due to biosecurity measures you do not have full access to roam the entire farm and pastures. However, the RV spot is placed with a view of most farm activities. Our farm is home to free roaming hens, roosters, geese, quail, ducks, turkeys and pigs. We have 6 livestock guardian dogs that keep our animals safe from predators. Both the birds and the dogs do make noise, so please keep that in mind. It's all part of farm life ! Relax in the cozy sitting area beneath a canopy of twinkling lights at this spacious, wooded site—less than 10 minutes from the beach!
The site sits on approximately 0.2 acres, located on a private lot behind our home, and includes a 16' x 48' asphalt-gravel pad next to full hook-ups. Additional privacy fencing is being installed in January to separate the site from the rest of the property, so it will soon be enclosed on three sides (the driveway to the back of the property is on the fourth). Photos will be updated once the fence is completed. In the meantime, there are plenty of trees on the site which do provide some privacy.
Along with plenty of beautiful trees for shade, the site includes its own private sitting area with a fire pit and hammocks, a picnic table, and a storage shed with beach supplies for guest use. There is plenty of room to pull in and park an RV of just about any size.
Conveniently located 1.3 miles from a shopping plaza with a Publix, Bealls Outlet, and several restaurants. It’s about 2 minutes from the bridge to the beach and roughly an hour from Orlando attractions.

Disclaimer:
There are train tracks and an airport nearby. While we've grown to love the sound of the train and watching planes fly overhead (including the occasional military jet), we understand it may not be for everyone. There is very little “traffic” during nighttime and early morning hours, but if you are sensitive to noise or require complete silence to sleep, this may not be the optimal site for you.

Our property is near Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park and Lake Okeechobee.
If you’re looking for places to visit for the day or services nearby, you can head to Okeechobee, which is only 20 min away. Lake Placid is only 40 min, Vero Beach is only 1 hr, and Melbourne is 1 hr 30 min.
All of the listed locations offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting, swimming, and beach hangouts. Each of the sites allows for watching the livestock, hanging out at the watering hole, and sitting around the communal campfire.
Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property!
Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. Our primary purpose when developing this property was to create a safe space for children with special needs and their families. We are a no judgment zone and adhere to Hipcamp's inclusion policy.

A small family owned and operated 5 acre pasture raised poultry farm. This is a working farm that sells poultry meat and eggs to the local community. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live on a poultry farm -- this is it! Depending on the time of year there may also be bee hives located on the far back or very front of our pastures. Due to biosecurity measures you do not have full access to roam the entire farm and pastures. However, the RV spot is placed with a view of most farm activities. Our farm is home to free roaming hens, roosters, geese, quail, ducks, turkeys and pigs. We have 6 livestock guardian dogs that keep our animals safe from predators. Both the birds and the dogs do make noise, so please keep that in mind. It's all part of farm life ! There was a little plane and train noise, if that kind of bothers you, but it did not bother us. The site was level and accommodated our 13’ high rig. It was a little tight going through the gate. The site was clean. There was a cute sitting area with hanging chairs.

Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary
Had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The campsite itself was very private, and the proximity to the “private-ish” beach was the best part. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect private getaway. The only downside was that the mini fridge at our site wasn’t working, so we had to rely on our cooler. Aside from that small issue, it was a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back for the peace and quiet.

This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!
