Our property is located in the Sailfish capital of the country in the heart of Historic Port Salerno/Stuart Florida. World class deep sea fishing, boating, and some of the finest seafood restaurants on the east coast are less a mile away. We’re just 5 miles from downtown Stuart on the Inland waterway that offers a lovely walkable downtown where you will find a theater, unique art studios, interesting and unique craft and clothing shops, and numerous restaurants offering everything from vegan and vegetarian options, to pizza, steak, and local seafood. If you’re looking for fast food franchises in the downtown areas, you’ll need to look elsewhere!
Only 11 miles from Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Daily excursions are available from the launch site to the infamousTrapper Nelson’s hideaway. A must do for adventurous types who appreciate legends and creative off grid living.
ABOUT US:
This Camp Site is on a 1/2 acre, owner occupied property and located in a beautiful, open, quiet neighborhood setting. It offers a natural walking path (with some exposed tree roots) and several beautiful foot bridges around the lake. Our property has very easy accessibility to all major roads including interstate 95. This camp sites provide a peaceful stay while still being close to all you seek. This location makes for a great stop over or destination spot.
Guests will wake in the morning to the lovely site and peaceful sounds of the mostly year round residents including pileated and red-bellied woodpeckers, vultures, raccoons, egrets, ibis, hawks, quaker parrots, herons, bluejays, grackles, crows, lizards, mourning doves, otters, squirrels, owls, hawks, and occasional sightings of iguanas and turtles. Nights tend to be dark and quiet with minimal traffic noise. We are pet friendly provided your pet is too! Again, this is in a quiet, neighborhood type setting, just a bit off the beaten path.

Gia is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. It was cold and she brought us out a space heater to help keep us warm. We also had an electrical issue in our RV and she did everything she could to help us with it. Besides all this, the spot is lovely by the lake with a walking trail around it and there are plenty of stores and parks nearby. This is our second year here and we’ll be back again!!

I went on a last minute getaway and quickly found out all of the campsites in the Fort Pierce area were either full or closed. If you are a caregiver like me, I’m sure you will understand the need to get away from it all for a short time. Annie at Ashby Acres Farm to the rescue! She had excellent communication, she was friendly, caring and took the time to guide me by phone at night through the gate entrance process. The property is awesome, the horses are beautiful and all of the staff and horse riders were very friendly.

Nice spot for an overnight. Site is off the driveway, open to the road. The back of the site has a nice pond and walking path. We enjoyed our morning coffee there listening to the birds chirp. Owners are very nice, helpful and responsive. Seemed to be a safe neighborhood with restaurants close by. Would stay again!

A real working Equestrian farm. My wife and I loved the amazing horse's + donkeys and miniature horses. Grounds are well maintained. The restroom (functionable) hot water shower! Everyone super friendly. All the real farm smells and sounds. We were real lucky good weather all week (4 nights). Our first Hipcamp, will do it again! Let the adventures begin! And Thank You.

This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!
