Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites.
Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants.
Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too.
Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand.
Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas.
The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish).

As stewards of the land and herd, we believe we have a responsibility to share nature's blessings. We offer several agritourism opportunities on the farm, from farmstays to day visits. Our primary program is to serve area youth with agricultural education and the opportunities to work with our goats. All proceeds from bookings go toward our programming.
Please note that February and March is transition time on the farm when we are planting new pastures and working on projects so photos might be different during those 2 months!
It is our goal to create a space where our visitors can have fun and learn about the animals who share that space. We also strive to serve as a valuable resource for first time goat owners. My family and I had such a great stay at Teresa’s! She was amazingly kind and welcoming to my eight year old and the whole area was such fun. My daughter loved the rope swing and barn for relaxing and playing games.
We will def come again and bring friends and family. This would be a fantastic place to rent for a small group. We stayed in the trailer but it’s so beautiful and safe that a tent camp would also be great!

The cabin / camper was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay there.
It was very clean and comfortable. Jamie and Bolton are excellent hosts. We had a cookout on Saturday. Every night Jamie made a campfire.
Everyone there was very friendly.
We also enjoyed exploring Sebring. Downtown Sebring has restaurants, coffee shops etc.
We also went to a flea market and a farmer’s market on Saturday.
If you like hiking there’s Highlands Hammock State Park. There’s also a great CCC museum at the State Park.
We’ll definitely be going back to JB Resort!

The hosts and co-hosts were kind folks. The property is right on the river and the river is beautiful there. There were nice trails in the woods to walk and saw some deer too. So pretty and peaceful. They have two docks far enough from each other that you can float on a tube for about 15 minutes and easy walking distance through their trails back. Super cute place! Thank you Bowman's!

It’s tucked away in a private location that gives you the feeling of camping while still having all the comforts you need, including AC, a comfy bed, hot showers, a flushing toilet, a kitchen, and potable water. The location was also perfect for exploring the rivers, springs, and other beautiful natural areas nearby.
DD was so kind and welcoming! We were greeted with fresh eggs and strawberry-infused olive oil made right there on the grove. They also have chickens, ducks, and the cutest rescue dog. All of these special touches made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience, again! This time we rented their RV as ours wasn’t available to use. The RV was super clean and well stocked! Mike and Rob and kind and informative and the farm tour is always one of our favorite experiences! Last but not least the public bathrooms and showers are super clean! We absolutely loved our weekend in Cabin 2. The tiny cabin feel was perfect for our family. Our toddler truly enjoyed seeing deer on our morning walks and the river access gave our dog a safe place to cool off. The tree swing was also a big hit for us. Quick drive to Ichetucknee Springs which was beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Es un sitio apartado del bullicio, las redes sociales, los teléfonos la Internet ahí te encontrarás con tu paz mental y la naturaleza nos quedamos en la cabaña ocho. Lo único que no me gustó que el baño lo teníamos un poco alejado y empezó a llover y no tocó comer comida frisada porque la parte de la leña y el carbón estaba afuera y no no tenía techo pero por todo lo demás un sitio súper mega tranquilo los dueños, increíblemente personas educadas y correctas. Si quieres desconectarte, te lo recomiendo al 100%

Weekend Trip to The Inn At The Forest
Tess was amazing and so generous! The area itself was very clean and peaceful, but the hosts made the trip even better. She offered us free food, eggs from her chicken, and was extremely friendly. Overall the trip was great and we left feeling extremely refreshed!

The tiny house was a perfect stay, had everything I needed in terms of supplies, comfy bed, private outdoor shower. My cat and I enjoyed spending our time hanging out on the porch. There was a lot of little touches, like fresh water available.
The property includes the hosts home and three other sites. Made weekend friends with another couple who stayed the pop out.

The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Linus, our fur baby, loved the space to run leash free. Our mini-vacation was planned around touring the Marjorie Rawlings homestead and the cottage was a lovely refuge from the thunderstorms to relax and re-read Cross Creek and The Yearling. This was my first time using HipCamp or any app like it. Or really camping at all. I had a great experience! Teresa was an excellent host and wonderful person! She and her sister made me feel right at home and so comfortable! They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for them! The property was beautiful, the camper was super cute and they had everything you could need! 10 out of 10 would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great place to camp in Florida!
