Welcome to our fantastic WildNest for those seeking peace connection, and fresh air. Here days are meant to be slow, serene mornings, soft sunsets, and quiet nights. A simple, warm space designed to help you reconnect with yourself, enjoy nature, and share the experience with your furry friend. Surrounded by trees with few neighbors, and located near Palatka, Gainesville, Ocala, natural springs, restaurants, liquor and dollar stores, pharmacy, and gas station. The space offers a cozy retreat with amenities such as a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron, full bed, and heating or A/C. You will also have access to the hammock for relaxing. 🅿️Free parking for one car; use the assigned space. A firepit with grill bring your own firewood. 🛜Free Wi-Fi and Roku TV service are provided. Please note that we are in a natural, rural setting, so internet speed may vary depending on weather and location. 🚰The property uses well water, which is not drinkable. Drinking water is provided in a jar, and we recommend bringing additional water. 🚿There is a nature-inspired outdoor bathroom with a refreshing cold-water shower, is approximately 10 feet from the accommodation, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature. 🚩This is a rustic and rural environment. Guests may encounter insects, wildlife, vegetation, uneven terrain, and weather-related conditions. Please supervise children and pets, watch where you step, wear appropriate footwear, and use lighting at night. 🏖️Florida note, it is normal to see insects from time to time even with pest control. If any appear inside, please notify us and we will take immediate action. 🐾Pets are welcome, inform us in advance, bring pet supplies and a blanket if pets will be on the bed/couch, and clean up after, so everyone can enjoy the place. I would explain that this site is essentially someone’s backyard. The sites do not provide privacy. You can see the main house and each site from wherever you may be on the property. The word “deception” comes to mind as I recall my initial feeling about the post. Not good. I wish the hosts the best. But it would be ideal if they were forthcoming in the future.

We have enjoyed our stay here tremendously the camp host and her husband are super wonderful people I would recommend this spot to anyone in the area that is looking for a nice relaxing comfortable atmosphere it is so enjoyable it's beautiful and the people are wonderful

We ended up changing our trip plans and not staying at this location but Sol was super helpful prior to this, and reached out proactively before our trip. We appreciate the hospitality and care we were treated with, despite not being able to enjoy the space due to our changed plans.

Unique Pop-up Glamping Retreat
Lovely place to stay if you want an isolated place to visit. There’s not a ton to do in the surrounding areas but Sol’s place is peaceful so if you just want that you’ll enjoy it. The pop up is located the farthest from the bathroom but has the best view of the lake in my opinion. I went when the weather was very cold. I’d bring an extra space heater for the pop up if the temperature is supposed to drop below 45. All in all I enjoyed it tons and would come again

Overall we did enjoy our stay here, although we cut our time shorter than 3 nights. Sol, our host, was very accommodating and hospitable. The camping spot is on the hosts yard and their house is in open view and noise distance from where you'd be staying. Lake, yard and bathroom are very nice and convenient.

Nice Camper under the Stars
What a great experience from beginning to end. Sol responded immediately to questions and made several suggestions to places we could visit once she knew our preferences. The hosts are very friendly. The view of the lake was beautiful full of water lilies. They shared the dock so we went out and had our morning coffee down near the water. The grounds have fire pits, a hammock, free standing bathroom with toilet and sink with running water, ground mats and picnic tables at each site. We had a quiet restful getaway.
