Overlooking the majestic Paso Robles valley with vineyards with world class views, the spacious deck is the place to be for sunset.
The Tiny House:
A Fairy tale cottage style wooden tiny home built in the 1980's with a bottle wall, full bath, and reading nook. This three story wonder will leave you inspired to step into your own story. Fully equipped with a small kitchen, queen bed, reading nook and two beautiful outdoor decks, you'll feel like you stepped into another world.
The Main Bungalow is a 1970's GEM, built by a movie industry icon with views of the valley through the stunning and huge five windows overlooking the Salinas River. Two bedrooms downstairs and two full baths, accompany a well appointed kitchen. The upstairs loft accommodates two additional semi private queen beds, and additional seating area. Sunrises from the bedrooms are rivaled by few.

Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Sheer cliffs attest to area being underwater, long ago. Galaxies overhead at night are awesome and free from light pollution. Thus, great stargazing! Cattle and forage hay ranch, but cattle could be anywhere on the property. Absolutely no open fires. We are part of an Agricultural Conservancy. We do offer ranch tours at various times of the year. You may request a tour for an additional charge, when available. You'll have a 360 degree view overlooking the Santa Lucia Mountain Range as far as you can see to the West and the Sierra Nevada Range, as far as you can see to the East.
We are conveniently located about 15 minutes off Hwy 101, to the North of San Miguel, and offer a private place to relax and rest overnight on your way to or from your other destinations. It is quiet! Occasionally, coyotes howl at night or our two handsome Angus bulls bellow, or a wild boar family grunts as they head from one location to another, usually with an entourage of piglets... just passing through. They are all part of the local country in California and add to the beauty, if you're fortunate enough to hear them from afar. The boar migrate and may not be around for weeks, as they have traveled elsewhere. You may miss all night sounds except the breeze, as most nights are completely silent. It's a rejuvenating experience!
Please ask if interested in local day trips or points of interest, and we will try to accommodate you. We will suggest local activities. Lakes Nacimiento, San Antonio and Santa Margarita are an easy distance. All three are quite different from one another. Wine and Beer get a lot of press and rightly so, but there are other relaxing and inspiring activities for all, available when you are here! Each community has a city or town park, so you can enjoy relaxing or playing with your children on hot days, under tall, well-established trees. Everyone needs time to exercise, especially children!
Camp Roberts, just North of Paso Robles, has two military museums to visit and the West Garrison is just over the 101 to the West of us! Out near the Paso Robles Airport there is the Warbird Museum, a must for military aircraft and history buffs. iginal full-size restored aircraft with amazing stories behind each one. numbers of cars Breweries, numerous wineries, and distilleries abound! They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. A beautiful spot in a vineyard with peaceful rolling hills with tons of privacy in Paso Robles Wine Country. We offer a level spot beside a barn surrounded by apple trees and acres of vineyard. There is a small fire pit. A perfect location for outdoor activities and wine tasting around Paso Robles Wine Country, secluded and surrounded by nature. Live working vineyard, may experience vineyard operations from time to time.
FALL DISCLOSURE:
Two nights of harvesting will happen between late September and late October, but unlikely disturb your stay (though we cannot not guarantee as we are an operating vineyard). It's kinda cool to watch if you happen to be here during our harvesting of wine grapes. If desired, contact us a few days before your scheduled stay to get the harvesting schedule.
Our tasting room is currently closed for daily tasting, the upper buildings on the property may be rented out for private parties and overnight stays. These buildings are approximately 300 yards from the hip camp location and are not in direct few of our Hip Camp site.
If you are interested in renting out the upper buildings, please inquire with host.

As of now Central Coast wineries are requiring tasting appointments by reservation under California law as of 2020. Weekend reservations are highly recommended. Weekday reservations can usually be made day of.

Barbara and Dan bought these 37 acres in 2005. It had no improvements. The only thing it had going for it was a 250-year-old oak tree, and its location in the heart of wine country. We would come up and camp under the tree, and plant. In 2007, we drilled a well. In 2008, Dan proposed under the tree, and we brought in power. We have continued to make improvements since. Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with picnic table, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. We currently have two sites on our property. They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. A beautiful spot in a vineyard with peaceful rolling hills with tons of privacy in Paso Robles Wine Country. We offer a level spot beside a barn surrounded by apple trees and acres of vineyard. There is a small fire pit. A perfect location for outdoor activities and wine tasting around Paso Robles Wine Country, secluded and surrounded by nature. Live working vineyard, may experience vineyard operations from time to time.
FALL DISCLOSURE:
Two nights of harvesting will happen between late September and late October, but unlikely disturb your stay (though we cannot not guarantee as we are an operating vineyard). It's kinda cool to watch if you happen to be here during our harvesting of wine grapes. If desired, contact us a few days before your scheduled stay to get the harvesting schedule.
Our tasting room is currently closed for daily tasting, the upper buildings on the property may be rented out for private parties and overnight stays. These buildings are approximately 300 yards from the hip camp location and are not in direct few of our Hip Camp site.
If you are interested in renting out the upper buildings, please inquire with host.
WINERIES
As of now Central Coast wineries are requiring tasting appointments by reservation under California law as of 2020. Weekend reservations are highly recommended. Weekday reservations can usually be made day of.

Barbara and Dan bought these 37 acres in 2005. It had no improvements. The only thing it had going for it was a 250-year-old oak tree, and its location in the heart of wine country. We would come up and camp under the tree, and plant. In 2007, we drilled a well. In 2008, Dan proposed under the tree, and we brought in power. We have continued to make improvements since. We built a little house, then we built a big house, we added farm animals, kids, fruit trees, a jam line, a pond, and more keep coming! So come up and enjoy the farm like we did in the good old days! This was our 2nd visit at Jac's property & we look forward to coming back. It's an amazing combination of "close to everything" yet the camp itself grassy with trees and atop a hill with a stunning view.
Jac is a wonderful host with goody box full of local options for wine tasting, restaurants, and all sorts of things to do. The campsite has a full sized picnic table & two lounging chairs to enjoy the sunset. And the porto potty provided is the nicest one I've ever seen; even has a light!

Was lovely spot to spend a few days. Barb came to greet us the net day and gave us some fresh eggs which we used for breakfast! Relatively quiet spot (some traffic noise) and lovely neighborhood view. The driveway is fairly narrow and it was necessary to go past the camping site and turn around to put the trailer in the right backing position. Our travel trailer is 21' so we had no problems but longer trailers might. Had a great time exploring the area-San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay and other small communities. Would recommend!

Weekend Trip to Rancho Rio Del Sol: Paso Robles, CA
Overall, a really great experience. Highly recommend.
The space felt so much bigger than the trailer, from the deck with chairs to the separate shower and outdoor tub, to the property itself and surrounding area.
I'm 5'10" and slept fine diagonally on that little comfy bed. More than that would be a squeeze.
The kittens were the best of company.
Only complaint was weak wifi and some highway noise (the property sits just above the 101, but facing away from it). Not at all a deal breaker, but worth being aware.
Stay here. You'll love it.

Weekend Trip to Enney's Ranch
Kenney was very nice and easy to get in contact with. I stayed at coyote flats and it is as beautiful as the pictures portray it. Sunset is stunning and so is the view overlooking Paso Robles. The drive through the I-5 and 46 are worth it if you are considering taking the 1 instead. The only issue I came across was the amount of bugs. If you are more into glamping and have your own tent I recommend bringing your own. I wish I did. Every night there was bugs in my pillows, under the sheets, and hundreds of of them in the tent. This is because the tent does not have proper but netting to keep them out. Other than that I would have given the experience a 10/10 but I will give it a 9.5/10. Also I thought the coyote flats was a bit more secluded than it was. I still felt very secluded but the other camp is roughly 500ft away.

Pleasant short-ish drive from downtown Paso. Kenney is a great host and provides everything needed to glamp, aside from your own personal food and drink choices. There’s lots of birds, the start of spring flowers, and beautiful vistas.

We loved this spot! Everything was done so thoughtfully to set up the camping spot - the electrical outlets, EV charging, water spigots, hanging lights, campfire seats, a picnic table and a grill. The camp area is also kept neatly mowed which was very nice to camp on opposed to the typical dirt campground. The views were gorgeous and the weather was perfect. Our dogs had a blast running around, playing and sniffing all the smells.. We will definitely be back! What a special spot! 12/10!

Always a great place to stay. Jeffrey and Susan are available if needed but also make sure their campers have the space they desire.
I am local to the area and enjoy coming to have beautiful scenery, get away from my normal routine and to let my dog enjoy all the space to sniff, bound and attempt to chase squirrels in. The trees provide just the right amount of shade, there are lots of birds singing but they are respectful of space (unlike in busy campgrounds, sunrise and sunset are beautiful, and to get water and electric hookups for this price is an added bonus.

This was our second visit to the dream catcher. It was every bit as magical as the first time. The addition of two young cats to the property was an awesome surprise, their playful antics were fun to watch. This is a rustic beautiful space. The deck is perfect for taking in the views. The tub is my favorite part.

1 night at Enney's Ranch
Loved everything about our stay on the ranch! Booked last minute for me and my pup and everything was clean and ready when we got there. Directions are clear, accurate and the host was there to meet us after arrival. It was cold and windy during our stay but the blankets and propane heater kept us comfortable all night. The property is just beautiful especially after all the rain this year and the wildflowers were just starting to bloom. This site is closest to the host so we enjoyed the company of their friendly ranch dogs. When picking sites this is also the only one w natural shade the others are more private but also more exposed to the elements. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. Definitely would book again. Perfect blend of comfort and camping.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the biggest, little dog ever: Nova ♥️. Nova and her family were very accommodating and helpful, but also gave us plenty of privacy. The morning birdsong and evening insect/frog noises were delightful! Our two pups had a blast frolicking in the ferns, playing at the sandy beach, and getting to know the sheep next door. This was an ideal base for our long weekend of cycling and wine tasting. We hope to return for another cycling getaway!
