Very easy to be there and very affordable. I appreciated the immediate book as I was traveling and didn’t know where I was going to spend the night. It’s gated and I felt very safe. I really loved sleeping by the big oak and watching the goats grazing.

Had a nice quiet night, although it got a bit cold and I had to turn on the heater, but that’s my fault. LOL I like the secure gate and the cute sheep next door. I would stay again in a second!

Great spot at a fair price, especially if you’re in a rooftop tent, van, RV, or travel trailer. The gated access was easy and felt secure. One thing to note if you’re planning to tent camp on the ground: the camping area had quite a few weeds, so you may need to clear a small spot to get a flat place for your tent. If the host ever added a designated tent camping pad with turf or a leveled area, I think it would make the property even more appealing for tent campers. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

We only saw Peter once during our stay but he was super nice. We felt like we had total privacy and quiet in the back of the giant oak. Saw the stream and it was lovely and relaxing. I will come back again soon.

Excellent retreat with abundant amenities. We brought our 18' travel trailer and parked along the grapevine. This camp is near restaurants and stores. The location is quiet and very peaceful. We will definitely book here again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the biggest, little dog ever: Nova ♥️. Nova and her family were very accommodating and helpful, but also gave us plenty of privacy. The morning birdsong and evening insect/frog noises were delightful! Our two pups had a blast frolicking in the ferns, playing at the sandy beach, and getting to know the sheep next door. This was an ideal base for our long weekend of cycling and wine tasting. We hope to return for another cycling getaway!

I went to view the meteor showers so I parked my RV out in the field. I didn’t have to level it because it was easy to find a flat spot and easy to turn around. I didn’t use the other amenities on the property as I was only there for the meteor showers which was great😄

A lovely spot to stay the night when looking for a place in Pas Robles. Our travel van fit perfectly under a beautiful oak tree. The hosts had cleared a path to a sandy beach on the Salinas River. We’d most likely stay here again.

There is so much land! If camping is your thing, or boon docking, this is a nice place to do that. The pool is nice and clean. Actually the whole property is well cared for and clean. Family is nice too. The property is far enough out of town to feel more secluded but also close enough to pop into the store if needed.

It worked well for a quick overnight! Close to town and hosts seemed very nice (though I didn’t meet them). The site itself is a large fenced-in field behind the host’s house (gated). No amenities - you just get the field - but it felt safe and worked great being self-contained in a van. I imagine the river would be beautiful in the spring/summer!

This is our second time staying here. We spent the night our way south to Arizona and also stopped on our way home. It’s pretty convenient from 101..
We parked in the field below the house. There’s a little path that goes down to the Salinas River. We saw ducks and a beaver.

Very convenient place for an overnight stop on our way to San Diego. Very close to Highway 46 and wasn’t too difficult to find. Patrick is very nice and had great communication with us. We got there after dark so we didn’t get to go down to the river as we had to leave first thing in the morning. We parked our van out in the field.

Kid and dog approved!
Super kid and dog friendly and nicely located near restaurants and antique stores in Paso Robles. The property was peaceful, green, and open with plenty of space to roam around with my little ones on their bikes and quads. We were total home bodies during our stay and enjoyed relaxing in their hot tub and barbecuing hamburgers and hotdogs on their outdoor grill. Highly recommended, and we plan on visiting again.
