We loved camping here and would absolutely recommend it to everyone. We were greeted by the cows as soon as we entered the property and were immediately in awe of the views. Jac was super friendly and even brought us some veggies from his garden.

My wife and I desperately needed a quick, kid-free weekend escape to unwind, so we spontaneously packed up our Tesla from Irwindale/Eastvale and headed straight to Paso Robles for a couple of days of wine, great food, and relaxation. Booking this site was the absolute best decision we made all weekend.
The property itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Perched right up on a hill surrounded by massive oak trees, it offered spectacular views and unmatched privacy. It was so incredibly quiet and peaceful at night—the perfect environment to pull up in our car, throw it into Camp Mode, and sleep soundly under a canopy of stars without a single bit of noise.
Jac was a phenomenal host from start to finish. He was incredibly nice, welcoming, and communicative, making the check-in and checkout process completely seamless and stress-free.
The site also served as the perfect base camp for our entire itinerary. Over the weekend, we were able to easily cruise up to spectacular tastings at Calcareous Vineyard and DAOU Mountain, grab premium flights at the JUSTIN downtown lounge, hit the local shops, and cap off our nights with unpretentious comfort food at The Hatch and oak-smoked brisket at Jeffry’s Wine Country BBQ.
If you are looking for a peaceful, scenic, and rejuvenating getaway in wine country, this is the ultimate spot. We are already planning our next trip back!

Jac was a great host.
He greeted us and set us up with comfortable chairs, a box of playing cards and a list of local attractions.
Super friendly guy.
The large site overlooks some vineyards and has beautiful sunset views.
It has the basics you need: a porta potty and running water.
Will definitely stay here again.
We camped with our Toyota pickup truck equipped with a slide-in camper so we were pretty self-sufficient, but the extra amenities were appreciated.

This was our 2nd visit at Jac's property & we look forward to coming back. It's an amazing combination of "close to everything" yet the camp itself grassy with trees and atop a hill with a stunning view.
Jac is a wonderful host with goody box full of local options for wine tasting, restaurants, and all sorts of things to do. The campsite has a full sized picnic table & two lounging chairs to enjoy the sunset. And the porto potty provided is the nicest one I've ever seen; even has a light!

The host is very welcoming, friendly and warm. The site is very private (hilltop perch with a lot of trees around). Even though we were there in a heat wave, the site get's a nice breeze and is a wonderful place to hang out.

Jac’s land is truly incredible, we can’t thank him enough for letting us stay there. This has become our go-to stop whenever we’re headed back to the Bay Area. It’s a perfect little hilltop oasis, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed here without being treated to a stunning sunset.
Waking up to the cows coming over to say hello was such a joy, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with Dakota, their sweet old horse.
Jac mentioned that he and his wife are planning to build their dream home on the hill where the campsite sits, so if you have the chance, go experience this magical spot while it’s still open to campers. It’s a really special place.

Jac's place has become our favorite Central Coast base camp. The site has fantastic views, generous amenities, and all the peace and quiet you could want. And it's conveniently close to charming Paso Robles, attractions such as Sensorio, and the local wine trail.

Jac was an awesome and friendly host. We gathered here for a family weekend camping trip and had an incredible time (8 people total of all ages). The sunrises, sunsets, and starry nights were so beautiful at this site and we also loved seeing all the animals around the property. Would definitely come here again or recommend to others!

Jac and his wife were very kind and welcoming while greeting us upon our arrival. They even offered to moved the picnic table to accommodate us if needed, and set us up with 2 canvas chairs as well as a box of goodies: tablecloth, plates, reading materials, cards, etc.
The views from our camping spot were amazing! We love get visited by friendly cows as they came up to drink from their water trough.
The port-o-potty was one the cleanest we have ever seen!
We especially enjoyed the peace and tranquility while staying at Twisted Branch. It was a nice place to try out our new slide-in camper. We brought our 18 yr old dog as part of his bucket list and he was not disappointed!
And neither were we!!
