We can accommodate tent campers or car campers. Each campsite fits 4-6 people.
The price is $40/per person. Kids under 12 are free.
Most campsites are accessible by car and all campsites are accessible by foot.
PLEASE NOTE, we do not have a traditional check in procedure. Campsites are first come first serve. Expect a "self-check in process" most of the time. However, there are sometimes people working onsite that you may run into, that are happy to help and lead you in the right direction.
You choose your own campsite so plan to arrive early. You can park and walk around. There is signage that says "CAMP" with Arrows.
BYO water. We have sulfur spring water. Great for your skin, not good to drink!
There's a couple outhouses on the property. One in the main camp zone, one at the far north end of the lower Redwood campsite.
You can also bring a shovel and take a walk if you're in the more remote campsites.
We have a dumpster outside the gate for your garbage.

Before you arrive, have knowledge of poison oak because it is a native plant.

It's the furthest one to reach, and accessible by foot. The property is nestled in a very quiet area of Atascadero, surrounded by hundreds of oak trees and natural beauty. The five-acre property features rolling hills filled with oak, bay laurel, and redwood trees, and is frequently visited by tree squirrels, deer, and a variety of birds that live throughout the land. There are two occupied homes on the property, along with Max the cat, chickens, and a sweet Labrador named Maverick.
The driveway is accessible by car, truck, and camper van (such as a Westfalia or similar), and tent campers are also welcome. However, the property is not easily accessible for very large trailers over 36 feet in length. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Water, Wi-Fi, and power are available, but there is no sewer cleanout.
Downtown Atascadero offers several great dining and drink options, and the city center is only three miles away. There's been mountain lion sightings within the last few years. There is no bathroom/cleanout, power or cell service/WIFI. You will be completely disconnected here. We can accommodate tent campers or car campers. Each campsite fits 4-6 people.
The price is $40/per person. Kids under 12 are free.
Most campsites are accessible by car and all campsites are accessible by foot.
PLEASE NOTE, we do not have a traditional check in procedure. Campsites are first come first serve. Expect a "self-check in process" most of the time. However, there are sometimes people working onsite that you may run into, that are happy to help and lead you in the right direction.
You choose your own campsite so plan to arrive early. You can park and walk around. There is signage that says "CAMP" with Arrows.
BYO water. We have sulfur spring water. Great for your skin, not good to drink!
There's a couple outhouses on the property. One in the main camp zone, one at the far north end of the lower Redwood campsite.
You can also bring a shovel and take a walk if you're in the more remote campsites.
We have a dumpster outside the gate for your garbage.

Before you arrive, have knowledge of poison oak because it is a native plant.

It's the furthest one to reach, and accessible by foot. The property is nestled in a very quiet area of Atascadero, surrounded by hundreds of oak trees and natural beauty. The five-acre property features rolling hills filled with oak, bay laurel, and redwood trees, and is frequently visited by tree squirrels, deer, and a variety of birds that live throughout the land. There are two occupied homes on the property, along with Max the cat, chickens, and a sweet Labrador named Maverick.

Lavender Creek is also a small, family-run lavender farm that began as a personal story and a passion for sharing the healing benefits of lavender. Each June, our culinary variety of English lavender blooms across nearly two acres visible from the road. We host visitors for U-pick and teach them how to dry lavender at home and cook with it as well.
We also offer wellness activities such as yoga and sound bathing, surrounded by blooming lavender and nature for a restorative experience. Guests relax on yoga mats in the warm sun while vibrations from singing bowls and the gentle hum of bees wash over them.
Campsites are located down by the creek under an oak canopy, where the shade and flowing water help guests stay cool during the warmer months. Hammocks hang by the water so guests can rest, read, or listen to the soothing sounds, and our lavender eye pillows will help you truly unwind.
Parking is available near the lavender field or down by the creek for more capable vehicles. We currently offer three sites near the creek with picnic tables. There are no hookups.

We stayed here in a camper van in February for two nights, and it was such a lovely stay. The property feels so welcoming and eclectic, with easy to use amenities, a beautiful riverfront area, and just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the rush of the river each night. More folks seemed to be tent camping, but as it wasn't super busy, the host showed us a great private location for our campervan that we loved. The property itself is in an ideal location from other landmark spots on Big Sur; close to bigger beaches, hikes, and day spots. We will absolutely come back here!

we absolutely loved this campsite. we stayed at redwood cabin on the top of the hill. from the most low-key and private “glamping” we could have hoped for booking last minute- and couldn’t find anywhere else. you wake up to see the ocean, to hawks and a beautiful breeze. the fire pit and kitchen were everything we needed. the property is quaint and intentional.
we got in at night so the detailed instructions were much appreciated. brought our dog and she loved it. gene and his son umi were good company. we will be back!

One of my top favorite, if not favorite places I’ve ever camped. There’s so much charm and love that goes into this farm and property. I highly suggest this place as a destination and not just a place to stop through. Pictures don’t even do it justice. I always feel safe as a female camper here and everyone is so friendly, even the animals. Camp host even brings firewood and starts the fire. He’s the best!

The camping site we picked was right by the river. I didn’t realize that you just show up and find a spot to camp, but luckily for us there was someone that let us know. We didn’t explore the camping grounds but we used the little trail to walk down to the beach and watch the sunset.
The camping site had a lot of overgrown grass/weeds but regardless it was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend and come back!

William was extremely welcoming, showing me around the property and making sure I felt safe and comfortable while still giving me all of the privacy I wanted! The vib here off the people who make it happen is very much my thing. We have a lot of common ground. The camp is very close to town but when I am here the city seems very far away. The hot springs have some good health benefits from the high mineral content that not like other places. If I want to eat at a restaurant or shop it’s only 20 minutes away. So I’m going to try and be a regular visitor for the near future. No stress at all but lots of community energy.

The Range was perfect, with beautiful views and a really peaceful feel. It was great meeting their dog Ria and saying hi to the farm animals. My dogs were so happy to have space to run around and just be dogs. Karina was very accommodating and easy to talk to, which made everything even better.
