Ettawa Springs Resort dates back to the 1920s and 30s like the fashionable resorts in the Cobb area where the rich and famous came to play. But Ettawa was oriented towards families and a more relaxed and rustic atmosphere. We are working hard to restore her to her former glory. We are excited to announce that we have a few campsites ready for use and will be adding more as we go. We offer hot showers and flush toilets, two sites in the Glade have running water.
You can hike through our property to the Cobb Mountain Demonstration Forest or just enjoy the clean air and listen to the wind and the birds. On clear nights the stars put on an amazing show. Clear Lake is about 45 minutes away with all the fishing and water sports you could ask for. Harbin Hot Springs are 15 minutes away and they offer day passes for reasonable rates.
We are located about 20 minutes outside of Middletown. Be aware that half of the road is dirt (and that's better than the asphalt half) all of it is fine for small cars, just take your time. The last 1/2 mile or so is a one lane road, so please be careful of opposing traffic and uneven surfaces. We cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 28’ on these roads. Please do not take County Road 110 from Boggs/Cobb - it is not maintained at all.
We offer California camping at its finest. Fresh air, whispering trees, amazing star fields . . . this can mean the less attractive side of nature as well. We have ticks, rattlesnakes, stinging things, poison oak, uneven trails and surfaces, and a bear on one ridge with mountain cats on the other (no sign of either in the campground). We keep the restroom stocked with tick spray and Tecnu for the poison oak, but please watch yourselves and especially children. Dogs are welcome, but should be kept on lead for their own protection and the comfort of others.
We are fairly hands off in our hosting approach. Unless there's a question or problem, you likely won't see us. But we have people close by and are only a message away.

Welcome to our family land! We are a low-key, rustic, proudly affordable option in Calistoga, with amazing views and open space to explore, just 10 minutes outside of the charming town of Calistoga. Our camp is open May to October, and when you book a site, you get access to the whole property so you have options of which site to set up in. Book Manzanitas but show up and like Shaded Oak better? No problem, just stay there. Decide you want one of the glamping cabins? Just pay the extra, and the door combo will be revealed.
The hilltop is for day-use, showering, etc. and readily accessible for Coral Cabin guests right next door. It also shares space with our main house tenants so it is the least private, but has the best views. The family is quiet but you will hear cars come and go from the hilltop.
Last, we expect all guests to leave the sites cleaned up and “better” than you found it, with the exception of Coral Cabin which has a cleaning service and $30 fee. If this sounds good, read on for some general information about the property and see Sites for information about each site option:
The nature and beauty comes with your fair share of roughing it, as even the Coral Cabin is not an Air BnB since it has outdoor toilet, shower, etc. All sites have their own compost toilet and handwashing station, with flowing water at the hilltop Cafe, which has a hot shower, grill, sink, power outlets and Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, and bathtubs for an extra charge.
*Coral Cabin also has the largest, flattest spot for an RV, with great views and cabin access if you wanted. This cabin is our premier ‘roughing it’ experience complete with electricity, WI-FI, TV with Roku, and an AC unit.
All sites: Pack your trash to deposit in the Hipcamp trash bin at the bottom of hill. Add mulch to the toilets! Wipe your surfaces. Leave it better!

Located right off coastal US highway 1, Timber Cove campground sits right at the edge of breathtaking, oceanside cliffs. We are situated on roughly two acres of land, with multiple campsites for tent/car camping or RV’s. Each bluff campsite has a picnic table, fire pit and water. Electricity is available to use for an extra fee. The beach and waterfall campsites do not have picnic tables so you might want to bring one if you’ve booked there. We have separate men’s and women’s flush bathrooms, with coin-operated hot showers. We have firewood with kindling for sale on site, payable with cash or Venmo. Please take note of local fire bans, when in effect. Dog friendly, though be advised a leash is recommended as we are close to the road, but they can run leash-free down at the beach. We are located 30 minutes north of the town of Jenner, with Gualala 30 minutes to the north. Gualala has grocery stores, a post office, and some shops. Fort Ross Store is located one mile down the road, just before Timber Cove, and sells basic food necessities, drinks, sandwiches, ice and gas. Internet cell service can be spotty in our area, depending on your provider, so bring your own Starlink services if you have them. We also have access to the beach below, and offer beach camping as well. Take note that the road down to the beach is steep with uneven terrain. The weather can vary quickly here, so be sure to bring multiple layers of clothing and camp gear for various types of weather, and headlamps are useful for getting around the property at night!

The Meadow Grove is a wild and natural pasture with campsites located near the historic Narrow Gauge Railroad bed on a family owned working ranch in coastal Northern California. The camp sites are nestled in a pasture and grove of mixed Eucalyptus, willow and cypress trees. The sites are perfect for tents or camper vans, or small trailers. [When we open in the spring, the grass can be 'slippery' and it is recommended you have 4WD. Around mid-June it is dried out enough for 2WD access to all sites]. Not suitable for RVs
It is also, managed and operated by a single mother. Please keep this in mind.
Notes about the campsites are: They each come with a picnic table. The grounds are a working ranch, so there is variations of the soil- some lumps and bumps and general natural state of a pasture v. a groomed lawn. Site #1, #2, #3, and #4 have the most level areas for parking and tent-ing.
Up until mid-June, we recommend #1 for 2WD access. Campervans that do not have 4WD may have trouble accessing other sites. Please remember this when you book!
*Campers who "change sites" without written approval by the host will be charged double!*
There is a composting camp toilet, we do not have running water at the campground.
The ranch itself is 300 acres of rolling hills pasture, with hilltop views of the Estero Americano valley. The Meadow Grove is home to many varieties of raptors and other birds-providing excellent bird watching. Seasonally there are blackberries to fill your containers, and some hiking. We are mere minutes from the quaint towns of Valley Ford, Tomales, and Dillon Beach, and a short drive from Bodega, Bodega Bay or Marshall, Pt. Reyes Station and Inverness. Nearby attractions include: Sonoma Coast beaches, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, coastal hiking trails, local farm-to-table eateries.
Inland attractions include: redwoods, wine tasting, Russian River activities and so much more.
The ranch borders Hwy 1, so there is some degree of road noise. Traffic usually dies down mid afternoon, and isn't too much of a disturbance. Virtually all traffic on our stretch of road is daytime traffic. There can be however, some heavy weekend traffic during the day with car clubs and motorcycle riders enjoying the coastal highway.

All campers get access to our hand built cob kitchen and the epic dining hall deck. There is a communal gas fire pit and BBQ. It’s a very sunny property so please bring a canopy for shade if you want it over your campsite, remember to bring stakes, it can be windy here.
*Water is gold here so make every drop count, arrive with water conservation in mind. And please bring your own drinking water=)
*We are off-grid with no amenities from the city so please be mindful of how much trash you’ll leave behind. If drinking alcoholic beverages we ask that campers take their empties. Ask for a bag if you need it.
*We ask campers to arrive between 1pm at 9pm. If possible a general ETA helps as well.

We are so delighted to share this spot with you. This is a shared campground with 3 separate spots that are relatively private.
Host will NOT be there when you arrive unless prior arrangement made. This campground is yours to enjoy. The expectation is 'leave it better than before so the next guests may enjoy!
This is camping. BRING YOUR OWN GEAR. Put your own linens and bedding on top of what is already on bed. I can provide linens and bedding for an extra $25 for glamping spots. Beds have pillows on them.
There is wildlife. This includes bears and mountain lions in the area. You will not see either but good to be aware they exist.
This is a safe 'neighborhood'. We do not have problems with thievery. However, always keep your valuables safe IN YOUR CAR.
There is no Power. No WiFi. Cell phone coverage not guaranteed. Depends on your carrier. DOWNLOAD DIRECTIONS AND INFO BEFORE ARRIVING TO SITE.
There is Poison Oak. Stay in the designated areas. If you are susceptible, bring and wash with Tecnu. Or use dish soap and wash. Poison oak is an oil. Most importantly: Don't Touch.
No Fires allowed during Summer months. Be super careful. No candles. Smoke in fire pit area. Grass is a tinderbox. 1 spark can ignite all. There is a hose connected to kitchen.
There is a Pet Fee stay. 1 pet per site allowed unless prior arrangement made. You are responsible to clean up after your pet and to make sure pet is safe and respectful to neighbors. This means you DO NOT leave your pet unattended, and is leashed at all times. If your pet is barking continuously, we ask that you leave. It is not respectful for all other neighbors.
Please bring your own bed for your dogs and clean up after a shedding dog if you are indoors.
We ask that guests clean up your camping spot upon departure to 'make the place better than before' for the next guests.
Butterfly Landing is a sweet landing spot! Birds, butterflies and small wildlife love this spot. The habitat includes many native species of plant life. A pretty knoll that is on the top of a 40 acre property. Views of vineyards, redwood trees, valley floor, and expansive sky. Private, Quiet and beautiful.
A central sunny meadow ties together 3 distinct private areas with a communal kitchen, bath-house, picnic-table sitting area and parking on the side. There is 1 outhouse that has a mailbox system to ensure privacy. (Please read manual on picnic table for instructions)
Kitchen. 2 burner propane stove, and sink with running water (cold). (Good for drinking. Pressure is low) There is basic cooking and dishware. Cleaning supplies. A Trash and Recycle Bin. And a Compost bucket where all food scraps should be disposed of and then covered with wood-chips. Kitchen should stay clean at all times. Please put dishes away in the tote to keep clean and critter free.
Bath-house. Shower with hot water.
1 shared Outhouse. Please use the path that goes to the outhouse (unless you are in the Greenroom) and make sure you put the mailbox red flag up so that others know it is occupied. ((Then don't forget to put it back down!!)
Common sitting area. There are 2 picnic tables, Lots of umbrellas that can be moved wherever, a fire pit/table and lots of seating.
Parking. There are room for 3 vehicles. Parking is to be in designated parking area please.
Sunny meadow and forest shade make this a lovely landing spot to relax and enjoy nature, and a great opportunity to turn off those cell phones!!
Butterfly Landing is about 1/2 mile from HWY 128 that runs through Anderson Valley. This location is the perfect location for it all. Wine tasting in the Valley, Navarro River swimming during the summer months, and the Mendocino coast is nearby.
This is an Honor system camping spot. We ask that you leave your spot 'better than before', as in 'Leaver no Trace'. I rely on everyone to do their part in the communal kitchen to keep clean and free of critters.
SUPER IMPORTANT to put all food scraps in the compost bin. NO food anything in the trash. This is how the bears show up. Please do your part.

Sunnyland is a VERY REMOTE AND RURAL location. We are an off grid solar homestead. Beautiful redwood grove campsites and views for miles. Stargazing and no light pollution. Meteor showers are the best here! Hiking trails all over the property, hundreds of different wild mushrooms. Bird watching, hearing ravens and hawks right here at our place making for an extra special vibe. We have two very friendly Great Pyrenees, 2 cats, 5 ducks and 10 chickens. Fresh farm eggs available. These animals are all located near the house, and not near the campsites.

- There is a simple latrine at each site. A full bath house with a flush toilet and hot shower is available next to the main house. A water spigot is attached to the main house.

More about the property: I built my home high upon a southern ridge. Watching the river of coastal fog flow in and out below me is one of the most wonderful views to behold! I have 30 acres of land to explore and camp upon in the surrounding redwood forest.
10 miles east are Montgomery Woods redwood preserve with GIANT trees, and a little farther, perhaps a mile is the famous Orr Hot Springs Resort. If you drive a half hour west from my land you will be in the coastal Mendocino village.
We are marijuana friendly!! Thus, we have created more of an adult oriented atmosphere.

I arrived to Cosmo’s super late after a long day going up the coast. It was a last minute book that morning, if I remember right - my campsite had fallen through. His directions were spot on, and very kindly he stayed up to take me to my site and help me get set up, even going so far as to light me a fire. His property was easily navigable in the dark, and my two wheel drive made it fine. We talked for a while - what a cool guy. He was able to give me recommendations from a friend of what to do during the next legs of my trip, which was great and really did make a difference for the rest of my week. I cooked my dinner and sat stunned looking at some of the best stargazing I’ve had in a long time.When I woke up I realized that I had been sleeping next to a mountainside view - this was site 3. Talk about the best surprise I’ve gotten in a while unzipping a tent. The clouds were gathered in the valley and as I ate breakfast I got to watch the sun slowly clear then out. It was unbelievable.Before I left, Cosmo let me use his indoor solar-heated shower and told me all about his projects to build his own home and roads and move towards a more sustainable future. Overall this is really the best of what I imagine hipcamp has to offer - kind property owners & unique individuals who care about their guests while also allowing them to have their own experience. We are located about 20 minutes outside of Middletown. Be aware that half of the road is dirt (and that's better than the asphalt half) all of it is fine for small cars, just take your time. The last 1/2 mile or so is a one lane road, so please be careful of opposing traffic and uneven surfaces. We cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 28’ on these roads. Please do not take County Road 110 from Boggs/Cobb - it is not maintained at all.
We offer California camping at its finest. Fresh air, whispering trees, amazing star fields . . . this can mean the less attractive side of nature as well. We have ticks, rattlesnakes, stinging things, poison oak, uneven trails and surfaces, and a bear on one ridge with mountain cats on the other (no sign of either in the campground). We keep the restroom stocked with tick spray and Tecnu for the poison oak, but please watch yourselves and especially children. Dogs are welcome, but should be kept on lead for their own protection and the comfort of others.
We are fairly hands off in our hosting approach. Unless there's a question or problem, you likely won't see us. But we have people close by and are only a message away.

Welcome to our family land! We are a low-key, rustic, proudly affordable option in Calistoga, with amazing views and open space to explore, just 10 minutes outside of the charming town of Calistoga. Our camp is open May to October, and when you book a site, you get access to the whole property so you have options of which site to set up in. Book Manzanitas but show up and like Shaded Oak better? No problem, just stay there. Decide you want one of the glamping cabins? Just pay the extra, and the door combo will be revealed.
The hilltop is for day-use, showering, etc. and readily accessible for Coral Cabin guests right next door. It also shares space with our main house tenants so it is the least private, but has the best views. The family is quiet but you will hear cars come and go from the hilltop.
Last, we expect all guests to leave the sites cleaned up and “better” than you found it, with the exception of Coral Cabin which has a cleaning service and $30 fee. If this sounds good, read on for some general information about the property and see Sites for information about each site option:
The nature and beauty comes with your fair share of roughing it, as even the Coral Cabin is not an Air BnB since it has outdoor toilet, shower, etc. All sites have their own compost toilet and handwashing station, with flowing water at the hilltop Cafe, which has a hot shower, grill, sink, power outlets and Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, and bathtubs for an extra charge.
*Coral Cabin also has the largest, flattest spot for an RV, with great views and cabin access if you wanted. This cabin is our premier ‘roughing it’ experience complete with electricity, WI-FI, TV with Roku, and an AC unit.
All sites: Pack your trash to deposit in the Hipcamp trash bin at the bottom of hill. Add mulch to the toilets! Wipe your surfaces. Leave it better!

Fort Ross Store is located one mile down the road, just before Timber Cove, and sells basic food necessities, drinks, sandwiches, ice and gas. Internet cell service can be spotty in our area, depending on your provider, so bring your own Starlink services if you have them. We also have access to the beach below, and offer beach camping as well. Take note that the road down to the beach is steep with uneven terrain. The Meadow Grove is a wild and natural pasture with campsites located near the historic Narrow Gauge Railroad bed on a family owned working ranch in coastal Northern California. Notes about the campsites are: They each come with a picnic table. The grounds are a working ranch, so there is variations of the soil- some lumps and bumps and general natural state of a pasture v. a groomed lawn. Site #1, #2, #3, and #4 have the most level areas for parking and tent-ing.
Up until mid-June, we recommend #1 for 2WD access. Campervans that do not have 4WD may have trouble accessing other sites. Please remember this when you book!

There is a composting camp toilet, we do not have running water at the campground.
The ranch itself is 300 acres of rolling hills pasture, with hilltop views of the Estero Americano valley. The Meadow Grove is home to many varieties of raptors and other birds-providing excellent bird watching. Seasonally there are blackberries to fill your containers, and some hiking. We are mere minutes from the quaint towns of Valley Ford, Tomales, and Dillon Beach, and a short drive from Bodega, Bodega Bay or Marshall, Pt. Reyes Station and Inverness. Nearby attractions include: Sonoma Coast beaches, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, coastal hiking trails, local farm-to-table eateries.
Inland attractions include: redwoods, wine tasting, Russian River activities and so much more.
The ranch borders Hwy 1, so there is some degree of road noise. Traffic usually dies down mid afternoon, and isn't too much of a disturbance. Virtually all traffic on our stretch of road is daytime traffic. There can be however, some heavy weekend traffic during the day with car clubs and motorcycle riders enjoying the coastal highway.

This is camping. BRING YOUR OWN GEAR. Put your own linens and bedding on top of what is already on bed. I can provide linens and bedding for an extra $25 for glamping spots. Beds have pillows on them.
There is wildlife. This includes bears and mountain lions in the area. You will not see either but good to be aware they exist.
This is a safe 'neighborhood'. We do not have problems with thievery. However, always keep your valuables safe IN YOUR CAR.
There is no Power. No WiFi. Cell phone coverage not guaranteed. Depends on your carrier. DOWNLOAD DIRECTIONS AND INFO BEFORE ARRIVING TO SITE.
There is Poison Oak. Stay in the designated areas. If you are susceptible, bring and wash with Tecnu. Or use dish soap and wash. Poison oak is an oil. Most importantly: Don't Touch.
No Fires allowed during Summer months. Be super careful. No candles. Smoke in fire pit area. Grass is a tinderbox. 1 spark can ignite all. There is a hose connected to kitchen.
There is a Pet Fee stay. 1 pet per site allowed unless prior arrangement made. You are responsible to clean up after your pet and to make sure pet is safe and respectful to neighbors. A pretty knoll that is on the top of a 40 acre property. Views of vineyards, redwood trees, valley floor, and expansive sky. Private, Quiet and beautiful.
A central sunny meadow ties together 3 distinct private areas with a communal kitchen, bath-house, picnic-table sitting area and parking on the side. There is 1 outhouse that has a mailbox system to ensure privacy. (Please read manual on picnic table for instructions)

And a Compost bucket where all food scraps should be disposed of and then covered with wood-chips. Kitchen should stay clean at all times. Please put dishes away in the tote to keep clean and critter free.
Bath-house. Shower with hot water.
1 shared Outhouse. Please use the path that goes to the outhouse (unless you are in the Greenroom) and make sure you put the mailbox red flag up so that others know it is occupied. ((Then don't forget to put it back down!!)
Common sitting area. There are 2 picnic tables, Lots of umbrellas that can be moved wherever, a fire pit/table and lots of seating.
Parking. There are room for 3 vehicles. Parking is to be in designated parking area please.
Sunny meadow and forest shade make this a lovely landing spot to relax and enjoy nature, and a great opportunity to turn off those cell phones!!
Butterfly Landing is about 1/2 mile from HWY 128 that runs through Anderson Valley. This location is the perfect location for it all. Wine tasting in the Valley, Navarro River swimming during the summer months, and the Mendocino coast is nearby.
This is an Honor system camping spot. We ask that you leave your spot 'better than before', as in 'Leaver no Trace'. I rely on everyone to do their part in the communal kitchen to keep clean and free of critters.
SUPER IMPORTANT to put all food scraps in the compost bin. NO food anything in the trash. This is how the bears show up. Please do your part.

Sunnyland is a VERY REMOTE AND RURAL location. We are an off grid solar homestead. Beautiful redwood grove campsites and views for miles. Stargazing and no light pollution. Meteor showers are the best here! Hiking trails all over the property, hundreds of different wild mushrooms. Bird watching, hearing ravens and hawks right here at our place making for an extra special vibe. We have two very friendly Great Pyrenees, 2 cats, 5 ducks and 10 chickens. Fresh farm eggs available. These animals are all located near the house, and not near the campsites.

Surrounded by cooperate timberland, it feels like there are no neighbors! There is not a house in sight but the the ridge views seem to go on forever!
- There is a simple latrine at each site. A full bath house with a flush toilet and hot shower is available next to the main house. A water spigot is attached to the main house.
- Spare camping supplies are available by the bath house if you forget something! Ask ahead if you need to borrow a specific item.
More about the property: I built my home high upon a southern ridge. Watching the river of coastal fog flow in and out below me is one of the most wonderful views to behold! I have 30 acres of land to explore and camp upon in the surrounding redwood forest.
10 miles east are Montgomery Woods redwood preserve with GIANT trees, and a little farther, perhaps a mile is the famous Orr Hot Springs Resort. If you drive a half hour west from my land you will be in the coastal Mendocino village.
We are marijuana friendly!! Thus, we have created more of an adult oriented atmosphere.

I arrived to Cosmo’s super late after a long day going up the coast. It was a last minute book that morning, if I remember right - my campsite had fallen through. His directions were spot on, and very kindly he stayed up to take me to my site and help me get set up, even going so far as to light me a fire. His property was easily navigable in the dark, and my two wheel drive made it fine. We talked for a while - what a cool guy. He was able to give me recommendations from a friend of what to do during the next legs of my trip, which was great and really did make a difference for the rest of my week. I cooked my dinner and sat stunned looking at some of the best stargazing I’ve had in a long time.When I woke up I realized that I had been sleeping next to a mountainside view - this was site 3. Talk about the best surprise I’ve gotten in a while unzipping a tent. The clouds were gathered in the valley and as I ate breakfast I got to watch the sun slowly clear then out. It was unbelievable.Before I left, Cosmo let me use his indoor solar-heated shower and told me all about his projects to build his own home and roads and move towards a more sustainable future. Overall this is really the best of what I imagine hipcamp has to offer - kind property owners & unique individuals who care about their guests while also allowing them to have their own experience. Clean bathrooms, potable water, Great spot for fishing, is almost a private beach, with a beautiful waterfall and lot of things to do around! Hi absolutely loved Cosmo camp. Cosmo is a warmer fisherman who, along with his cat Daniel, retired from that career to run their 30 acres in Comptche. When I arrived not fully prepared, Cosmo stayed up late to welcome me and then also to start my first fire for the long weekend. I can’t tell you how beautiful the constant “green noise” was for me. Happy to tell you more about the functioning bathroom, the idiosyncrasies of the camp, and how perfectly cold but cozy the cabin was in February. I will certainly be returning to Cosmo’s camp.

Conveniently located off 101. Easy in/out with adequate room for our truck and travel trailer (40' total length). Many sheep in one of the vineyard areas along with a cute puppy. Weather was rainy which made the property to muddy to explore. By 8:30pm the dog was still barking so we made the host aware of the issue and it was corrected once the dog's owner came back home and took the dog inside. From the communication about the barking we learned that the puppy was owned by a tenant on the property who was not on the property at the time. After the puppy was put inside it was a peaceful night. We did not get a chance to personally meet the host but communications were adequate. Just a note, this location is also a Harvest Host (HH) participant as well as a HipCamp property. We are HH members and searched the HH map for available properties in the area. This property is not on the HH map and because the map showed no properties in the area we searched on HipCamp and ended up making a reservation which you are charged for. We communicated this issue to the host and she said she would make HH aware of the problem. What we enjoy most about HH is both the stay and an opportunity to purchase products from the business.

This is hand’s down the best accommodations (hipcamp, airbnb or hotel) we have ever stayed at. The entire property is beyond special and the attention to detail is unbelievable. The treehouse is a perfect combo of rustic and luxury with outlets, a mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and incredibly cozy vibe. Miss J went above and beyond as a host, decorating both the treehouse and shared RV kitchen space with sweet valentine’s decor and gifting us chocolate samples, a bottle of prosecco, and homegrown lemons and herbs. From the incredible views to the hot tub and beautiful wood work throughout the property, this place is a special retreat. If you’re thinking about staying here, definitely pull the trigger. It’s much more than a stay, it’s an experience. We will be back!!

Everything was great at this tiny cabin! The directions provided before arrival was clear, the road is good and the driveway down to the property is a little uneven but totally fine with a 2wd, no problems at all. Great view from the deck and nice area to walk around. Kitchen well equipped, and plenty of blankets and firewood provided to stay warm and cozy inside the cabin. The outdoor toilet was clean and conveniently located just steps away, way closer than I’d thought. It was lovely meeting Sunny and her sons, as well as her very friendly dogs :) thanks again!

Peaceful setting and beautiful views. There is a $10 dump station at a Shell gas station about 11 minutes away where you can empty and clean out your RV grey/black tanks after your stay. I would definitely recommend.

This place was absolutely fantastic! The drive in is a long "just keep swimming" ordeal, but once you get there, you've arrived at a cute little quiet tranquil rest stop in the forest. The bathhouse has a nice tub, hot shower, and hot sauna, it's clean and comfortable. Some campsites are close to others, and some a bit more remote and pulled back. Clean communal kitchen with stove, cookware, utensils, etc. Owners are very nice, and there's even a cute map of the property. Totally worth it. I'd recommend at least two nights as there's so much to explore and do here!

Lovely spot up a small hill that has beautiful views of the valley. About 15 minutes from Hopland, off of a turn that can be a bit easy to miss in the dark, though we found it with the address given in google maps.
We stayed at the Airstream spot. The Airstream itself has a big and pretty comfortable bed, a roof heater for inside, some seating and some shelving. The outside has a very cool mural piece. Only strange thing is there were no curtains.
The spot has the Airstream stepping out onto a big deck that faces the valley. You get a gas grill and plenty of seating with a light that lights up the whole deck at night. There is also a fully built out compost toilet a few steps off the deck that was always stocked and comfortable. Wifi is on site, no password, and plenty fast.
The property is above the fog line so at night turn off the lights and you get great stars and it's also very quiet albeit you can hear the road, but it's an engine running in the distance, not a noisy freeway.
Extras
Clark was VERY responsive through the app. There were a couple of things that came up ahead of our stay and he was messaging us making sure we were good, and gave us plenty of make up offers that were well above the issue but of course appreciated.
There is a pool and hot tub with beautiful views
We were greeted by a flock of peacocks one morning.
There are also a couple cats running around. We met one that was a total ham.

Great location, close to many wineries and downtown Sonoma. The RV spot is directly behind the host’s house, but we parked to face the beautiful vineyards and it felt perfectly private. Beautiful sunsets, woke to see the sky dotted with hot air balloons. Pretty magical.
