Explore hiking trails that wind through the property, offering glimpses of wildlife and breathtaking vistas at every turn. Nearby rivers and creeks beckon for swimming, while the majestic redwoods and stunning coastline are just a short drive away. Rarity camp

Canvas tent · Sleeps 4 · 1 bedroom · 1 bed · 1 toilet
Rarity camp is a deck platform in a mostly shaded grove of Madrone, Manzanita and Oaks just down hill from the main compound on the property. It comes equipped with an 8'x11' canvas tent, outdoor kitchen including cooktop, sink, pots, pans, dish and silverware, cutlery etc. The bed is a custom built queen size and comes with pillows, a blanket and linens including towels and wash cloths. There's a wraparound bench for dining and relaxing and a cold water shower which is very nice on hot Ukiah summer days. There's a meadow to put down a blanket and read a book and the campsite has it's own private compost toilet. The site is off grid, though wifi and electricity to charge phones is available in the main compound about 300ft away. Also in the main compound is a pond that both lulu and I dip in on hot days. This campsite is an excellent choice during hot summer days due to being situated in the shade and has incredible sunsets. There's plenty of acreage for hiking on site and rivers, lake, beaches are all within a very doable day trip. Rarity camp is named after a rare siting of an albino chipmunk there. Seeing one is a once in a lifetime opportunity and is a sign of great luck to come!
