Geodesic Dome
Exceptional, so beautiful and uniqu
Stunning views, friendly host, unlike any other experience because of how secluded and gorgeous the land is. Felt like being invited into a private wilderness. Would definitely recommend, best if you have 4 wheel drive, the road in is not great for 2wd vehicles.

Geodesic Dome
This is your dome away from home!
Eli was a great host attentive to everything we needed, the directions to the place were clear and the property is a gem nestled deep in the hills outside Ukiah. We loved going on a long walk on the property, where right now there are wildflowers galore and burbling creeks. We did see a few wild ponies, too. Speaking of animals, Lulu is the best dog ever! The dome itself is the perfect combo of rustic and comfortable. Check the local weather before you go: whatever the temps, they will closely track inside the dome. We heeded the warning to bring sleeping bags for cold nights and we were glad we did! Having a pair of slippers or flip flops to wear inside the dome is helpful, too. Oh and not about the dome but FYI if you want to go to Orr Hot Springs while you’re here make sure you call ahead well in advance to book day use passes, we didn’t and regretted it.

Perfect weekend in the dome
We had a blast of a weekend at Eli’s dome. The dome itself is really spacious and nicely furnished with all the basics you need, the bath tub is a really nice touch. The enclosed garden/orchard/pond area was perfect for our pup to explore and play with the other dogs inc. the super friendly Lulu. Eli was really great and helpful, showed us where to hike and what to see, and even rescued us from our car stuck on the dirt road (thank you again!), plus he gave us freshly laid chicken eggs which were delicious! Can’t recommend enough.

Geodesic Dome
We loved staying at the Geodesic dome. It’s a unique structure built with care and love. The view from the dome is beautiful. The dome is very comfortable with a little kitchen, a very comfortable bed and bedding and the cutest clawfoot tub. Communication with the host and caretakers was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place!!
