We were tucked away in the woods with great amenities... bathroom included. There is a beautiful tree on the campsite that made the whole experience magical. And my pup was free to run and around and bring me sticks. I will definitely come back again!"

Site 1 - Baby Banana Slug Farm
We loved staying Baby Banana Slug Farm! Campsite #1 is nestled in a nice redwood grove, which was perfect for us. True to it's name, we were visited by two baby Banana Slugs during our stay. Nathan is a super friendly host who has put together a really thoughtful camp experience. We're looking forward to visiting again!

Nathan was a very accommodating host and the property is quite charming. Quiet at night and reasonably private, we thoroughly enjoyed a short stay. Well placed along the coast for day access to surrounding areas & plenty of banana slugs.

Mushroom Cabin
Fall camping at Mushroom Cabin
We had a great stay at Mushroom Cabin, everything looked just like the photos, and Nathan was a very helpful and available host. We were never cold at night, even though the outside temps probably dropped into the 40’s and 30’s, and the sound of the rain on the roof on the first night was very peaceful.

Great place to pitch your tent!
My girlfriend, dog, and I had a wonderful time at Baby Banana Slug Farm - Site 2. The campsite was not too far from other sites/cabins but still felt very private and far enough away and divided by trees that you could feel properly secluded. The sink and hose on site made cleaning and putting the fire out super easy. Nathan was real nice and gave us a couple great recommendations of things to do in the area. The location is close enough to the coast, Mendocino, and Fort Bragg, that you can get to almost anything you’re looking to get into pretty quickly. Would recommend!

Mushroom Cabin
Great host, cozy cabin, good friend
Lovely little piece of land! Nathan was a wonderful host, even offered us thanksgiving dinner the evening we arrived! We unknowingly had reservations KW Saltwater Grill, where we served by Heather who turns out to be a friend of Nathan’s. She had only wonderful things to say as well. Would stay again!

Wonderful campsite! The flat deck was perfect to put our tent on. There was plenty of space for my partner and I, we had a wonderful time. The entire campsite was pretty damp, so lighting a fire took a long time but it wasn’t too tough. All-in-all a wonderful experience! The host was also very nice 😁
