Jackie was great host and her site was perfect. Quiet and had everything needed. Site was just as described and we would stay again. Easy to find and easy to access and park in a class a rv.

We had a great time tent camping on Jackie’s property. Everything is exactly as described. Lovely personal touches from the host, and we really enjoyed the propane fire pit. Nice and private, and we had lots of ravens, deer, and other peaceful wildlife visit.

We would travel back to California just to stay at raven haven again! It’s located in a beautiful coastal mountain town, with a local market just 10 minutes or so from the spot with ice and just about anything else you might need. Glass beach is just a drive away as well. But the accessibility isn’t the only reason you should stay here, Jackie is a wonderful host and even better company. We loved hearing her stories about her beautiful bonus doggy Gracie, and about her home and her life. The spot itself is magical, you hear the ravens in the morning and the occasional fox! We had a few deer wander through the camp as well, it’s tranquil and private. It’s a beautiful spot. We could not recommend it more, we absolutely adored raven haven, but Jackie is what makes this spot so special ❤️ We hope to stay again!

Raven Haven 1 was a sweet spot tucked right off the road in the redwoods. Jackie made sure we had plenty of propane and charcoal, too!

A lovely, private little spot with a fire pit, chairs, and tables provided. Jackie was very sweet and left a basket of useful goodies for camping! The water and electrical hookups were a huge bonus! We will be back to escape the heat and crowds!

Jackie’s property was wonderful! She provided some essentials but I especially loved the propane fire pit. It was a welcome addition to the chilly morning we had while there.
Would stay again if we are ever in the area!

I loved tent camping on Jackie’s land, she had everything laid out for us. She put out a cute care package for us and fairy lights to guide us in. Such a beautiful and private location, would definitely stay there again.

Raven Haven 1 was lovely and peacefully quiet. Easy to pull our RV in and hook up electricity. Jackie provided a fire pit, candles, table and chairs, map of local area, and came by to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Flat space for parking our van which was great. We were greeted with a camp table, two chairs, firewood, a little basket of niceties, and string lights. A fire ring kept us warm. And we had the place to ourselves… very private. Our shy dog loved it! The host was sweet and accommodating.

Lovely and well-cared for space. Plenty of room to set up our two tents with ample tree cover for privacy. We had such a good time laughing at all the noises the ravens made for us:)
This site does not have a toilet, but we visited Van Damme SP just 15 minutes away which has flushable toilets!

This was a very nice private campsite with some unexpected extras like a propane fire-pit. Jackie is a very responsive host and lives nearby. If you like camping in the redwoods and having campsite all to yourself, this is a good choice.

We had a nice time camping in this spot, it felt secluded and tucked in the trees. This spot is pretty close to the road so you hear some cars rounding the turn, but they can’t see your setup and overall a pretty minimally used road.
Jackie was so nice and checked in on us after arriving late. She set up some fairly lights so we could find our way on the dark with ease. She provided some chairs, a big and small table, fire pit, grill, firewood, and even a little basket with helpful items like a lighter.
We saw some friendly deer and a mysterious animal who made off with our marshmallows while we were out for the evening. Overall a nice getaway spot with privacy.

Jackie is a wonderful hostess. The site accommodated our 21’ travel trailer perfectly. We spent four nights at this quiet and peaceful site. The location is great, close to all the fun things along the Mendocino coast. Freshly made sourdough bread was an unexpected treat and very touching. Looking forward to returning again sometime soon.

Place was beautiful and banana slugs were everywhere which was really neat, and the host was very sweet and responsive (she even brought s’mores stuff for us and offered firewood!) . It was a tad less private than anticipated, but a fantastic experience none the less.

Our stay at Raven Haven 2 was very peaceful and quiet. It truly seemed a haven for the ravens - they love it and they added delightful sounds with their calls and fluttering of wings. Everything was as described - we had a great time!

The site was lovely and Jackie was very helpful. We camped with our trailer, and the site included an extension cord for electricity and a hose with water, which were both very useful. This was my first time staying at a private campsite (as opposed to a campground ...) and I hadn't thought about the fact that there isn't really space to roam when you are at a private site. But, as a private/quiet/calm bit of the forest to come back to at the end of the day, this was great!

Jackie (the owner of the property) is truly one-of-a-kind. She cares about her guests as if they were her children! She went above and beyond what I would expect any host would provide. Her communication was incredibly fast, and her generosity was on another level. Such a kind, genuine and lovely person all-around. The site itself was meticulous and gorgeous - it was lovely waking up to all the bird songs, and being surrounded by massive trees. The night was quiet and comfortable and we had everything we needed (and more - WAY more. Jackie made sure of it!). I slept like a ROCK. Thank you so much, Jackie! We'll be sure to return one day!

Jackie's space was wonderful for our camper van. We were tucked away under the redwoods but had access to a hose, a grill, and enough space for both our toddler and doggy to run around. We also saw lots of banana slugs and ravens as promised!

Lovely site! Everything you need for a great camping experience - flat, shaded ground under Redwoods, a fire pit, water, portable toilet - and a gate that we could close so our dogs could run around off leash with no worries. I would camp here again!

Amazing spot near beautiful Mendocino. Tucked away in the trees with great privacy. Host was very accommodating and friendly and made sure we were all situated and happy. Would highly recommended!

Wonderful!! I usually do dispersed camping or state or federal park camping so this was a luxury. Super super private with forest all around you but close enough to Jackie, the hosts, house to make me feel safe. And she had another site that is even a little further from the house and little bigger. My stay was wonderful and Jackie was kind enough to bring me a warm morning bun the next day and let me stay past check out to relax and soak up all the nature. Hope to be back! Thanks Jackie!!
