This farm/ ranch had been in our family for nearly 100 years. During those years there have been events from farm bureau shows, rodeos, horse racing, barbecue events for functions, musical festival's, fund raisers, and tons of family fun. This property borders the Stornetta Lands which is a spectacular National Park. You'll find this destination a central hub for things to explore in this unchartered piece coastal area along mendocino county coast line.

Easy access, very private, sheltered, and serene, borders Stornetta Lands national park. This is a 200 acre family farm/ranch that has been in the family for nearly 100 years. A ten minute walk thru our property and you will come upon one of the most stunning national parks in the United States. Spectacular beaches, incredible ocean views. Our camping is private, not a noisy state or commercial camp area. Very quite and peaceful, protected from the harsh coastal weather. We can accommodate large groups, family reunions, business retreats, weddings, etc. Contact us directly for large groups or functions. This is the hub for fun and adventure along the Mendocino county coast line, fantastic unchartered deep sea fishing, best abalone diving in world, unbelievable amount of wildlife viewing. Come join us for unforgettable time fun and memories. Sites are limited to 1 car and 1 tent. $10.00 per extra vehicle. Dogs are welcome at $10 per night which can be paid upon arrival. One tent site has power - 20 Amp panel.

Tent camping here was great. Chris met us when we arrived and gave us the run down. We had a more secluded area off a field, with a 30 sec walk to a sink for washing, and the cleanest porta potty I’ve ever seen!

We loved staying at 3G! It was a beautiful, quiet, and well cared for. Chris was very welcoming and made sure we knew all the best local spots to visit during our time in the area. Would highly recommend. Will visit and stay again!

Nice spot conveniently located in Manchester. The sites are well spaced and the setting is very quiet. Easy in and out access to Highway 1. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

The views were amazing! Place was private but close to the main road, which you hardly hear. We had the campsite all to ourselves. Was perfect for our dogs to run around and explore. Each site had its own power, which was a huge plus! Lastly, the host was so nice, helped us checked in and was very accommodating. Bathroom was clean. Will definitely come back!

Better than Expected!

Don’t sleep on this location (actually DO sleep at this location!) if you like a place all or mostly to yourself, have brought your own drinking water, and want to relax in the peace and quiet surrounded by trees. We couldn’t find a campground with any availability as we tend to plan last minute trips. I tried Hipcamp for the first time and found this! Literally the only thing available. At first, it felt like a bit of a loss, to be honest, but once we got there … holy crap, THIS is actually what we needed and wanted! Solitude. Beauty. Partner and I put a beach blanket in the grass and took a nap. He NEVER relaxes that much! There is a trail where we saw a bobcat(?) and deer. Dogs had a blast at the site as well! Directions as listed are pretty confusing, and if you put the farm name into Google Maps, it won’t get you there either. Better directions: just barely north of the hanging bathtub. Located on the west side of Hwy 1, look for the log fence painted white, with a white and blue post on either side of the gate. Once inside the gate, hang a left on the path between the traffic cones. Once you see the camp site numbers, find yours, settle in, relax! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Very pretty property! Owners were very flexible with out check in times, which made for very convenient trip planning. Firewood provided (for a cost) was also extremely convenient, and allowed for less worries on our trip.

We had a lovely time camping at 3G. Our site was well set up! It was a pleasant surprise to find running water (non potable) and power as well as excellent firewood right next to the fire ring. If we come back I’d ask for one of the sites on the east side so that we can better shelter from the wind.

Very friendly camp hosts and peaceful campsite. It would feel crowded if completely full but it was fine when we are there - all the people we met were friendly. Fire ring + wood is a huge plus.

We had a nice July 4th two night stay at 3G with our dog. The host, Chris, was very inviting. She drove us to our spot and reviewed everything with us. Even answered my texts during our stay. The land is really nice. Great small walks to the meadow for some wide open space. They have an outhouse, a sink to wash dishes and pottable water. Since it was July 4th weekend it was busy but I can imagine on a non holiday weekend it’s super chill. Beware though that campsites are close to one another so if you are looking for a very quiet space this might not be for you. It really all depends on who your neighbors are. On one side we had quiet neighbors and on our left we had a family of 8 that were very loud. That was a bummer for us but overall we had a great experience and it’s expected during busy times. We will come back!

We had a great stay! Beautiful property! We have two little ones, 5 and 3 and they loved it. It was all grass in May. Chris was lovely and welcoming. She let us choose which site when we arrived in our campervan. The porto potty was very clean and there was a sink to wash up too.

Our Labor Day stay at 3 G Familia Farm was one of the best all year (and this was like my 14th camping trip this year. The camp hosts were attentive and very helpful. Great location. Even better vibe. We WILL be back next year.

We had a great time at 3 G Familia Farms. Chris came out to greet us and showed us our spot. There were several other families there as well but was not crowded as everyone was spread out. We stayed at site 17 which was perfect for our truck and rooftop tent. Point arena lighthouse was just a couple minutes drive away and had fantastic ocean views. There are several coastal access and beaches nearby. There is also a hardware/grocery store a few blocks from the camp and had everything we needed. The camp site is a few hundred yards away from the Shoreline Hwy and there is road noise but we didn't mind it at all. The weather was perfect and the night sky was clear the whole time we camped there. Great for star gazing. We paid $20 for the firewood and there was more than enough for our 2 night stay. Safe area for kids as well. We will be returning in the near future.

The site is in a beautiful part of the Northern CA coast. The family is incredibly attentive and helpful. The only thing I’d say is that they seem to be doing a lot of tree work, and the piles of dead plant debris took away from the beauty of the site.

Great camp and large enough for the whole family. About 45 min south of Mendocino. This camp does not include all the bells and whistles - no shower, simple porta potty, etc. However, there are nice trails for the family and hook up for RV. There is also a good fire place. Would recommend!

Overall the location is convenient not to far from the coast or Hwy 1 however the description of the site advertised shower facilities and it did not have one. The host was kind and respectful.

Three G Familia Farm RV ONLY!!!!
We loved staying at the 3G Familia Farm for the long weekend. Our host met us as we arrived and showed us to the available spots for us to setup. Large, comfortable spots with partial hookups (normal household style 120v/20 amp outlet and non potable water) which was plenty to meet our needs, being on the coast no need for AC and we are accustomed to dry camping. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around, nice trail to do some light hiking, the beach at Manchester State Park is just down the road (its a quick 5 min drive). We were provided lots of firewood (for a small fee) to use in the fire ring, overall great spot we will definitely be coming back again in the future.
