We have cultivated our family farm to be a sanctuary - a place for people to feel the love of the earth, and what it has to offer us. Spectacular skies surround the farm, with roaming chickens, crowing roosters and vegetables, medicinal herbs, and fruits growing - a living model of what is beautiful AND possible in life.

Super convenient to get here! We're less than 20 miles from the Sacramento Airport, and just a few minutes off of Interstate 5. Yet you'd never know it once you get to the farm and feel the peace and quiet.

Additional note....Life on the farm is calm, peaceful and easy... operating with the natural rhythm of the
sun cycle. What few clocks we do have, are stuck on twenty minutes past four.

Those of you who have experienced camping before know that these are all normal things when out in nature but for those of you who have no camping experience I ask you to come with an open mind and a positive attitude towards a new experience. If you think you may have problems with any of these things PLEASE DON'T COME!!!

also have a dog named Sara that loves people. Most campers that come are very happy to have her around. She is polite and good with children. Some of you may not like dogs, if that is the case this will not be a fun experience for you.

We bought this 1 Acre property surrounded by crops in 2013. The original farm house was built in 1952. It was a local hang out for all the kids on this road, of which most still currently reside. Our journey started here with a simple little cute house surrounded by dirt... We have worked non stop to make it our home. We've added a shop, built a master suite and put in trees, gains and pool. We built a poolhouse for guests and have added it to the airbnb community. We later built a pig barn and expanded our chicken coop. We enjoy gardening, growing pumpkins for our grandkids. We have multiple fruit trees in hopes to have lots of fruit to share . We love be outside 99% of the time. BBQ & sports, are always enjoyed, especially if it's football!

Pull in and relax on our little farm. We have gorgeous sunsets and bright stars. We're located amongst farm land, almond and walnut orchards. Our 1 acre has rotating crops behind it throughout the year. Our Rv site sits in the back of our property as seen in the pictures. It has power and water hookups only. The pool and laundry can be used by appointment. Please note, as of now we don't have a bathroom or shower option. Trailers must be self contained.
We have tiny rooster, Little John, 17 hens and a mini schnauzer. Fresh eggs are always available during your stay. We’re 2.5 miles from city limits. Close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away for a quiet stay. We have lots of local winery’s within 20 minutes, hot air ballooning and an abundance of lakes within a few hours. All campers get access to our hand built cob kitchen and the epic dining hall deck. There is a communal gas fire pit and BBQ. It’s a very sunny property so please bring a canopy for shade if you want it over your campsite, remember to bring stakes, it can be windy here.
*Water is gold here so make every drop count, arrive with water conservation in mind. And please bring your own drinking water=)
*We are off-grid with no amenities from the city so please be mindful of how much trash you’ll leave behind. If drinking alcoholic beverages we ask that campers take their empties. Ask for a bag if you need it.
*We ask campers to arrive between 1pm at 9pm. If possible a general ETA helps as well.

Clear Lake Campground is a small, vintage RV and tent campground, established in the 1950s. Camp right on Cache Creek, the only outlet of Clear Lake. The campground offers fishing, kayaking, and boating right from Camp. A car or boat is required to get to Clear Lake. For lake fishing, Redbud Park, Highlands Park and Austin Park are all within a ten minute drive from Camp. Austin Park also has a playground and swimming beach.

You'll have access to filtered drinking water from a hose and spigot, along with breathtaking mountain views and almost complete privacy, as vehicle traffic is minimal, limited to ours and our neighbors', which is set back from the pasture but partially visible. This space can accommodate a maximum of 15 vehicles, with an option for overflow parking for larger parties.
This is the perfect spot to host a private group camp where you can enjoy nature while being close to town. This is NOT the place to throw your alcohol fueled party or bring any sort of guns. We are about 7 minutes South of Middletown proper. We do have neighbors so noise is acceptable until 9pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
We provide compost, recycling, and trash options, and it's ESSENTIAL to use the correct receptacle. Please note that our portion of the property is home to horses, dogs, and chickens, which you will briefly pass through before entering your fully fenced pasture. However, your rented pasture is not fully fenced from our neighbor's property.

Ettawa Springs Resort dates back to the 1920s and 30s like the fashionable resorts in the Cobb area where the rich and famous came to play. But Ettawa was oriented towards families and a more relaxed and rustic atmosphere. We are working hard to restore her to her former glory. We are excited to announce that we have a few campsites ready for use and will be adding more as we go. We offer hot showers and flush toilets, two sites in the Glade have running water.
You can hike through our property to the Cobb Mountain Demonstration Forest or just enjoy the clean air and listen to the wind and the birds. On clear nights the stars put on an amazing show. Clear Lake is about 45 minutes away with all the fishing and water sports you could ask for. Harbin Hot Springs are 15 minutes away and they offer day passes for reasonable rates.
We are located about 20 minutes outside of Middletown. Be aware that half of the road is dirt (and that's better than the asphalt half) all of it is fine for small cars, just take your time. The last 1/2 mile or so is a one lane road, so please be careful of opposing traffic and uneven surfaces. We cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 28’ on these roads. Please do not take County Road 110 from Boggs/Cobb - it is not maintained at all.
We offer California camping at its finest. Fresh air, whispering trees, amazing star fields . . . this can mean the less attractive side of nature as well. We have ticks, rattlesnakes, stinging things, poison oak, uneven trails and surfaces, and a bear on one ridge with mountain cats on the other (no sign of either in the campground). We keep the restroom stocked with tick spray and Tecnu for the poison oak, but please watch yourselves and especially children. Dogs are welcome, but should be kept on lead for their own protection and the comfort of others.
We are fairly hands off in our hosting approach. Unless there's a question or problem, you likely won't see us. But we have people close by and are only a message away.

Our 1 acre has rotating crops behind it throughout the year. Our Rv site sits in the back of our property as seen in the pictures. It has power and water hookups only. The pool and laundry can be used by appointment. Please note, as of now we don't have a bathroom or shower option. Trailers must be self contained.
We have tiny rooster, Little John, 17 hens and a mini schnauzer. Fresh eggs are always available during your stay. We’re 2.5 miles from city limits. Close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away for a quiet stay. We have lots of local winery’s within 20 minutes, hot air ballooning and an abundance of lakes within a few hours. All campers get access to our hand built cob kitchen and the epic dining hall deck. There is a communal gas fire pit and BBQ. It’s a very sunny property so please bring a canopy for shade if you want it over your campsite, remember to bring stakes, it can be windy here.
*Water is gold here so make every drop count, arrive with water conservation in mind. And please bring your own drinking water=)
*We are off-grid with no amenities from the city so please be mindful of how much trash you’ll leave behind. If drinking alcoholic beverages we ask that campers take their empties. Ask for a bag if you need it.

This is the perfect spot to host a private group camp where you can enjoy nature while being close to town. This is NOT the place to throw your alcohol fueled party or bring any sort of guns. We are about 7 minutes South of Middletown proper. We do have neighbors so noise is acceptable until 9pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.
We provide compost, recycling, and trash options, and it's ESSENTIAL to use the correct receptacle. Please note that our portion of the property is home to horses, dogs, and chickens, which you will briefly pass through before entering your fully fenced pasture. Clear Lake is about 45 minutes away with all the fishing and water sports you could ask for. Harbin Hot Springs are 15 minutes away and they offer day passes for reasonable rates.
We are located about 20 minutes outside of Middletown. Be aware that half of the road is dirt (and that's better than the asphalt half) all of it is fine for small cars, just take your time. The last 1/2 mile or so is a one lane road, so please be careful of opposing traffic and uneven surfaces. We cannot accommodate vehicles longer than 28’ on these roads. Please do not take County Road 110 from Boggs/Cobb - it is not maintained at all.
We offer California camping at its finest. Fresh air, whispering trees, amazing star fields . . . this can mean the less attractive side of nature as well. We have ticks, rattlesnakes, stinging things, poison oak, uneven trails and surfaces, and a bear on one ridge with mountain cats on the other (no sign of either in the campground). We keep the restroom stocked with tick spray and Tecnu for the poison oak, but please watch yourselves and especially children. Dogs are welcome, but should be kept on lead for their own protection and the comfort of others.
We are fairly hands off in our hosting approach. Unless there's a question or problem, you likely won't see us. But we have people close by and are only a message away.

We learned a lot and she gave excellent recommendations for local experiences including Harbin Hotsprings and Beaver Creek Tasting Room - both must visits!! We had a romantic and relaxing getaway thanks to Brenda and her land. We would definitely recommend the farm breakfast for a nice start to your morning with fresh tea, garden veggies, and socializing. If you’re someone who likes to learn definitely take her herb walk! Peter is a wonderful host. Genuinely warm, welcoming, and clearly loves meeting people and sharing his beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking in somewhere and more like being thoughtfully welcomed. His care for the land and the experience really comes through.
The setting is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed in a way that lets you fully relax and settle in. Everything felt intentional without being fussy, private yet inviting.

We loved Marek's tiny house, where we spent a beautiful December weekend. He and his dog Ceviche were wonderful hosts. Our own dog loved roaming around the large ranch, together with Ceviche, and we also enjoyed walking around the vineyards. Two incredible wineries, Wild Diamond and 6-sigma are very close by. We enjoyed tasting wine at both, and the views from the Wild Diamond tasting rooms is amazing.

Stayed there with our 23' Airstream for a quick weekend trip. Site is great with power and water and it's perched on a hill over Calistoga - about a 5 minute drive to town. Peter came out and gave us a quick tour of the site and a heads up on some of the local things going on in town for the weekend which were both appreciated. If it's your first trip and you are towing, there are parts of the road where you might say, "I hope those goes to the right spot," or "I really hope I fit..." - but all was good for my sized rig. You need to back in, but there is a loop on the site to get you turned back around for leaving. We are definitely keeping it the list of places to stay when we want to spend the weekend in Napa.

20 ft travel trailer
Mandala Springs was great! We loved the easy trailer hook-ups, clean and nice bathrooms and the things to do around the land. We did some nice hikes, went on the paddle boat and roasted s’mores.
