This picturesque pasture borders Wilkinson Creek and is conveniently located just 13 minutes from the entrance gate of Harbin Hot Springs and 26 minutes from downtown Calistoga. Surrounded by a 140-acre privately owned nature preserve on two sides, you'll relish in abundant wildlife sightings and the serenity of nature, away from the crowds.
You'll have access to clean drinking water from a hose and spigot, along with breathtaking mountain views and almost complete privacy, as vehicle traffic is minimal, limited to ours and our neighbors', which is set back from the pasture but partially visible. This space can accommodate a maximum of 10 vehicles, with flexibility depending on the size of the vehicles.
Ideal for hosting private group camps, this location offers the perfect blend of nature and proximity to town. Situated about 7 minutes south of Middletown proper, our bridge is reinforced with four sturdy I-beams for easy access, although larger trailers over 25 feet may find the approach angle challenging. Friendly and well-behaved pets are welcome, provided they do not bark excessively and waste is promptly cleaned up.
We provide compost, recycling, and trash options, and it's essential to use the correct receptacle. Please note that our portion of the property is home to horses, dogs, and chickens, which you will briefly pass through before entering your fully fenced pasture. However, your rented pasture is not fully fenced from our neighbor's property.

Access to clean drinking water from a hose and spigot, beautiful mountain views and almost complete privacy with no vehicle traffic other than ours and our neighbors that is set back from this pasture but partially visible. This space can host a maximum of 10 vehicles (this can be flexible depending on vehicle).
This is the perfect spot to host a private group camp where you can enjoy nature while being close to town. We are about 7 minutes South of Middletown proper. Our bridge is well equipped with 4 big I-beams for heavy trucks and or trailers for easy access to our beautiful pasture. The angle to approach the bridge can be difficult for big trailers over 25’. Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly, don’t bark and are cleaned up after.
We will provide compost, recycling and trash options and using the correct one is a must.
We have horses, dogs and chickens on our portion of the property that you are briefly on before you enter your own fully fenced pasture from our portion and partially fenced to the nature reserve (no access is allowed from our property). Your rented pasture is NOT fully fenced from our neighbors property.
