We had such a great time tent camping on this property. Clear directions were provided and locating the site was a breeze. The site was beautiful, private, and peaceful. I can’t wait to go back!

Olive Farm Camp
The site is serene and beautiful, and Sam has clearly put a lot of work into it. The sink and spigot w/ potable water are super convenient and the light strings hung above the site create a very nice atmosphere. Plenty of privacy and space to explore, but still close to civilization. Sam is a very responsive and friendly host. Thanks for a great stay!

16th Birthday Boys Camping Trip
What an incredible gem of a location! We will definitely be back. Camping in November the temperature was cold but the magic of this place made our hearts warm and our experiment fantastic. This was pure heaven and my group of 16 year old boys had an amazing time swimming and boating on the lake and running free on the property. Absolutely excellent in every way!!!

Olive Farm Camp
Olive Farm Camp was great! We had a group of 10 people and there was plenty of space for our tents and activities. There was a large picnic table for our meals, nearby was a tiny pond with a canoe and kayak and we were able to get on the water for a bit, there were solar powered lights that came in handy especially with the sun going down earlier these days. There was a relatively well kept outhouse a short walk away as well. Directions to get to the site was very clear and easy to find. It was was such an easy stay and would recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to camp too far away from civilization!

Privacy and Relaxation
Olive Tree Farm was everything we wanted and more. You can’t ask for a more relaxing experience than having an entire property to yourself. Even our reactive dog was chill. The campsite is flat, spacious and has potable water. The porta potty is a downhill walk toward the main entrance and there’s a private pond for fishing and boating uphill from the camp.
The location is five minutes away from town, including Whole Foods, so you can easily purchase any food supplies you forget to pack. Yet, the camp feels like a world away. During our stay we saw several peaceful deer roaming the property, squirrels and various birds.
Things I was glad we brought:
-Two canopies for shade
-Extra lamps (the stringed lights are solar powered and can last a couple of hours)
-Shower supplies and slippers (there’s a semi-enclosed shower with a hose you can use)
There was a fire ban during our stay, but Sam the host, was kind enough to let us bring a propane-powered fire pit. If there’s a planned fire ban during your stay, considering asking the host if he’d allow a propane fire pit. Be sure to ask before you bring it.
We visited during the annual olive picking, so there were crews down below during our stay. It wasn’t a bother, though. Sam and his wife graciously gave us a delicious bottle of olive oil produced from the farm.
This is one of our new favorite camps. Highly recommend!

Host Sam was very responsive for a last minute trip. This is a unique, large, single, well-equipped campsite. The space can host a large fun group, or a just a single camper with their dog looking to relax. Oh, I'll be back. Pack it out campers.

Olive Farm Camp
This was our first Hipcamp and we had a great time. We didn't meet Sam but he was super responsive to any questions and concerns. It was during the Labor Day heat wave so we didn't stick around the campsite during the day, but it was pleasant in the morning and late afternoon/evenings. I appreciated the huge open space, the sink, and lights! Thank you, Sam!

Olive Farm Camp
My new favorite place to camp!
We had such an awesome camping experience at the Olive Farm! Really enjoyed the privacy the camp provides… no screaming kids, no generators humming or annoying yahoos camping right next to you. The place is absolutely beautiful and easy to get to. Even though it is not far from home I felt very much one with nature.
The best part about the private property was that we were able to bring our dog camping for her very first time. She is terrified of other dogs and cannot be anywhere that off-leash dogs can approach her so she had the most amazing time ever and now I don’t want to camp anywhere else.
Sam is a wonderful host and he answered all my questions before we booked the site (mainly questions about the security of the property from other dogs) and once we got there he was readily available via messaging and was happy to hear we were enjoying his property so much. You can really tell the space is very special to him and he takes great care of it.
My favorite part about the site is the sink with running water in the beautiful outdoor kitchen. We glamp and I said to the hubs, “finally, I get an open-concept kitchen with an island!”
I highly recommend this site to anyone who is ok with an outhouse that is a bit far from your camp site.
We will be back!
Olive Farm Camp
Private, golden setting
Pros: Private and accessible, cute setting and gorgeous oaks. We weren't aware Hip Campers can use space towards the barn (where toilet and shower are) but you can! Cons: some traffic noise, and more golden than green showed in the pictures due to drought, plus pond is questionable for swimming.

Very private and peaceful retreat surprisingly close to the urban area. If you want to be alone outdoors in the bay area to enjoy some peace and quiet, this can not be beat. Pack it in and pack it out. Leave it better than you found it. What a find!

Olive Farm Camp
Lovely and totally private
I really enjoyed this campsite and I would absolutely come back again!
Pros:
Totally private, the pond was great for swimming, and it was gorgeous the whole time we were there. Also loved the string lights in lieu of being able to have a fire. Super close to town, so you can go for a supply run if needed.
Cons:
No garbage service which feels a little strange for the price/ location of the campsite. The port-a-potty is super far away from the campsite so it was quite the trek to get there and it seemed to be right by a potentially occupied building. There were lots of hornets after our food. I'd probably bring something to deter them in the future.
Some things to note/ things I wish I knew going in but aren't necessarily cons - while the water might be safe to drink, it didn't taste good to me or my group at all (very chlorinated) so bringing plenty of drinking water is a good idea. The pond is up a super steep hill, which is fine, but was a little tough for our friend that had a hurt foot.
