“East Beach Coastal Stay” is a picturesque coastal property situated between East Beach and the Moyne River on the edge of the historical Port Fairy township. Port Fairy is a beautiful coastal town in Victoria’s South West, with its beautiful beaches, 18 hole Golf Course and walks, it is also famous for the world renowned Folk Festival held in March and other music events throughout the year. The camping area is a wide-open paddock, with plenty of space to accommodate multiple groups, where you are welcome to choose your own site. There are no facilities, so you must be self-sufficient with your own toilet/shower and we kindly ask you take all waste when you leave. Public amenities are a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Strictly no fire pits allowed please. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times as there are livestock close by. The property is a short 3 min walk to East Beach, 15 min to Moyne River and the historic wharf, and a 20 min walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket, making it the perfect location for access to Folk Festival activities. The nearby Port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail passes through Koroit is ideal for the casual cyclist or jogger. Port Fairy is a 10 minute drive to Tower Hill and 25 minute drive to Warrnambool. We look forward to seeing you!East Beach Coastal stay is an open grassy paddock of 2.5 acres situated between Port Fairy's beautiful East Beach and the Moyne River, perfect for swimming, surfing and fishing. Quiet camp in beautiful Port Fairy
6 ft Class B ·
I stayed 2 nights & really enjoyed this spot. Port Fairy is well worth the visit, beautiful river, beach & town. God eating places. Brendan was very welcoming at the camp, whilst it is just a paddock it has a wonderful view of sunset. Beach is 2 minutes walk & numerous shower /toilets in a few minutes drive. I recommend to stop by.

Camping with Puppies ❤️
22 ft travel trailer ·
We loved camping in our caravan on Adrian’s land. Fully fenced and there is plenty of room on a large flat grassy area. There’s a great spot to take puppies for a beach play. Everything was perfect and Adrian is a great host and we will definitely come back.

Great base for the Folk festival - far enough away to get some space and peace and close enough to walk in every day. 5 min walk to beautiful eastern beach for morning swims too!

Coastal getaway
22 ft travel trailer ·
We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at Adrian’s campsite. It was the perfect spot to locate and set up late on a Friday night with total ease in our new van. Peaceful, easy to access and so close to all of Port Fairy’s local attractions & beach. Given its proximity to the coast, it does get a bit windy, but that’s to be expected. It was great to meet Adrian and thanks so much for the recommendations and a great stay!
