Welcome to my Hipcamp! Beautiful camping area situated next to the Elliott River. 10 minutes drive to Coonarr Beach, Coonarr Wildflowers and Kinkuna National Park. Amazing Stargazing! Just a kilometer up the road from our site, you'll find a charming Dog Motel. Please keep in mind that the noise from the dog motel isn't a nightly occurrence, making it difficult to predict specific nights when it may be more active. However I've noticed that campers in caravans generally have a more insulated experience and are less affected by any early morning barking. If you prefer a quieter spot, I make it a priority to assign campers the farthest firepit, Camp 4, nestled deep in the bush, providing you with a peaceful retreat away from any noise. Additionally I'm delighted to offer electricity to all camps, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. Whether you choose a campsite closer to the amenities or opt for the tranquility of Camp 4, rest assured that you'll have access to electricity. While the dog motel may occasionally add a touch of canine charm to the soundscape, I'm confident that the overall experience at my Hipcamp will be an enjoyable one. Come join me amidst the beauty of nature and let the peaceful surroundings outweigh any sporadic noises from our furry friends. Campsites can be 30m from amenities (toilet & shower). Dog friendly. Drinking water & camp kitchen available. Kangaroo are known to feed on the grass in this campsite. Perfect base for a visit to Bundaberg or an east coast trip. Great for a bigger group with different spaces and communal area.

Escape to our patch of Tiaro conveniently located on the Bruce highway. Perfect for a travel stopover or a few days getaway. Relax, recharge, and escape the daily grind on our beautiful 19 acres. Featuring a dam and large mostly level tree shaded campsites, male and female toilet block, and fire pits. Bring the bikes and ride around on our purpose built track. Keep an eye out for the beautiful native wildlife …. Kangaroos, possums, a variety of birds and maybe even a rabbit or two. Bonus…at night enjoy the show as the trucks pass by with all their lights on display showing through the trees (yes you can hear them but not intrusive)it adds to the charm and the vibe. Clear skies with stars by the thousands, find your constellations whilst visiting. Tiaro main street is only 3 mins away by car and is home to the well-known Tiaro butcher and the Tiaro Christmas Cottage. Maryborough 20 mins and Gympie 40 mins.
