What a camp site! Only a few plots so it feels extremely remote. Janine was so friendly and helpful, evening brining me extra things such as mosquito repellent. The location is perfect and great if you’re getting to Hervey Bay. A very beautiful stay - I will be back!

Went there with our Hiace campervan. Great view of the pond. Had a fire. Woke up to the sound of the birds. Amazing. It was easy to find. Helpful owner and neighbour. Only thought is that I am not sure how the dirt driveway would hold up in wet weather for vans or larger. Other than that, would recommend it.

Great rural queit spot to chill

Hosts, Janine were very hospitable and friendly.
Great remote & queit site to chill off for a few days.
Fairly close to everything around Hervey Bay.
Electrical hookup helped as well. Just bring own water.
Couple of sheep, goats, ducks and birds roaming around.
Janine gifted me very kindly some farm honey, which tastes amazing.
Would definitely come back to stay on next lap around.

Staying here was such a treat. Janine and her family were friendly and generous. My kids loved the animals and we loved the space and bindii free grass!
The campfire, mulberry tree and eggs were extra special

Note for those with large/long set ups the gate to get in can be tricky if you need to get wide to get the right angle due to a recent road washout but Janine was awesome helping us out

Peaceful spot out in the trees away from all the busyness on a quiet little dam. Was a great place where the kids could run free and pat the goats and her toast marshmallows around the fire great spot!

Amazing experience at this camp! Me and a friend tent camped had great space and loved seeing the ducks when waking up! Would definitely camp again!

We had a great time relaxing here. Janine was a great host and super welcoming and would definitely recommend going for people wanting to just relax and unwind. There's some farm animals, wildlife and a pond and only 10mins drive from the beach.

We recently stayed at Janine’s overnight with our 19 foot caravan. The site was easy to access and park on with a lovely outlook and fire pit to enjoy. Janine was so friendly & wonderful with the kids, introducing them to all of the animals and letting them help with the morning feeding routine. She was also very generous, supplying us with fresh eggs and honey to take with us! A lovely stop over.

An epic experience for 2 nights at Janine's beautiful campsite. We stayed by the dam, and we were stunned by the beauty of the sire, and humbled by Janine's tentative and kind hosting skills. She gave the best tips for exploring Hervey Bay. Would definitely stay again! 👌

What a top spot beautiful acreage over looking the dam . The bird live was amazing and friendly goats and dog . The hosts were more than accommodating with local info in what to see and what to do . Their property is only 5 mins from the Harvey bay shopping centre and beach. We highly recommend this property and beautiful hosts x
