BYO fire wood or we can supply 15kg for $10. Personal fires permitted but above ground fireplaces must be used. We have a small amount for hire for $5.00 each. Generators permitted between the hours of 7am and 9pm only. Pets allowed but need to be on a lead at all times. Unisex flushing toilets with non-potable water. Must bring your own drinking water. We have a Beach Volleyball court, basketball hoop and swing set. Lots to see in the area. Hillview Drive Mountain Bike Trail and Brisbane Valley Rail Trail are a short walk/bike ride from the property. Canoe/Kayak entry point to the Brisbane river off Kholo Road (5km) Our price of $25.00 per site is aimed at two adults and up to three children. Each set up (tent, van or vehicle) is a separate site. Our farm features lush, green rolling hills with a river, creek and dam traversing the property. There are undulating hills with pockets of forest. The campsites are nestled in the groves of trees next to the creek. There's some great swimming spots, or you can go for a bushwalk and do a spot of fossicking on the water's edge. Some parts of our property are 4WD access only, but we also have good camping spots that can accommodate 2WDs. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Christmas Creek Cedar Cabin is a Tiny Home in the Scenic Rim. Positioned on a hill above Christmas Creek to take in the views, were you can watch the sun rise over Little Widgee Mountain and the sun set over the mountains to the west. This fully contained cabin is approximately 30 square metres and features a small veranda out the front facing Little Widgee Mountain and Buchanans Fort. Sit back and relax on the bench seat or table and chairs. A larger veranda out the back faces Christmas Creek and the mountains to the west. Relax on the deck chairs and read a book, or sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while watching the wildlife. There’s a table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside.The loft bedroom has a queen bed. There’s reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The kitchen is self contained with a small microwave/oven, a 60 cm ceramic cooktop, a medium size fridge/freezer, a toaster and kettle. The lounge room has a couch, 40 cm TV with DVD player, small table and chairs. There’s no free to air TV channels available. BYO DVD or there’s a small selection available. No Wi- Fi There’s a small firepit and chairs in the yard to enjoy the sun setting over the mountains and stars at night. The cabin is a few minutes drive to the creek where you can go swimming. Relax on the sun lounge listening to the birds sing and Christmas Creek flowing by, or enjoy a Scenic drive or bushwalk in the local area. Christmas Creek Café is just down the road. Phone reception is available at the cabin if you’re with Telstra. The property is 2WD accessible, but I recommend 4WD in wet weather No pets please.

This is a private 1acre campsite with a 4acre buffer zone of native forest situated on a 140acre property in Witheren Heights about 45min from the Gold Coast. Just 8 minutes away you will find the Coomera river and 2 minutes beyond the small town of Canungra with lots of quaint cafe’s and small local businesses. Forest Nook is a private and secluded get away that feels disconnected from society, but is only 45 minutes away from the Gold Coast. Just 20 minutes away is Lamington National Park. Whether for a small gathering of friends or a family get away, this beautiful private nature retreat will provide the peace and quiet you’ve been craving. At the moment the land is undeveloped, you will need to bring all your own supplies, water, camper or tent. Firewood can be found on the land. You will also have access to the public areas on the rest of the 140acre property and will find public toilets placed within walking distance throughout the land. Forest Nook offers a nature escape, bushwalks, bird and nature observation, a place to unwind in privacy with the farmland home to goats, chickens and a pig within walking distance. The property was first settled in the 1840’s and became the headquarters of Tamrookum Station in 1878 when Robert Collins and his family purchased the property. Just over an hour from the Gold Coast and Brisbane. At Logan Park Farm we have camping grounds and Murphy's Country Accommodation - a three bedroom cottage. Scenic Rim Regional Council Camp Ground Licence Acc21/0010 and Acc21/0012 There are no facilities here, if you do not have toilet facilities please do not book any of our sties. Firewood is available please message if you require it. Please arrive to camp prior to dark. Message host if you need to arrive later. The camp sites are spacious with plenty of distance between each site - no crowds. Each site is for your group only. Open for bookings for Christmas and New Year - numbers are limited. The owners were very quick when we told them about this to deal with the issue professionally and efficiently. To others, please read the rules before you travel to and respect their rules and property. We love the quiet place at Christmas Creek and will definitely return

"The Island" is beautiful spot surrounded by a nice strech of the creek. The kids had a great time playing and exploring. A peaceful and quiet spot very close to Tweed Heads, although we didn't encounter another person the entire weekend, just how we like it! We'd go back here again for the tranquility and convenience. Highly recommended for a short stay.

This is one of the best locations, close to Brisbane, easy access, nice level areas, and scenery that changes each time we come. The storm put on a spectacular lighting show while the moon was insanely bright on our first night. It’s one place we will continue to return to❤️

I've lost count of how many times I've camped here! I travel with Dogs, so this spot is spacious enough that we can relax when we need to, swim & go for trail sniffs if we want to, watch the birds & jets, or shelter from sun/rain as necessary under one of the multiple structures or abundance of trees 🥰🐶 Thanks to the kindness of the hosts (who are also Dog lovers) & the locked gate, we always feel safe here!
