*CRITICAL* We request information about your booking prior to acceptance as this platform doesn’t block booked sites and doesn’t always take multiple vehicles. Our check in time is from 7am and check out time before 6pm. For camping we need to know if it is 2WD or 4WD as many of our campsites are 4WD only. Track driving while camping $45 listed under extra vehicle. Camping: We have 2 camping areas for 2WD and caravan access Opposite Lock A to H sites and the 14's A to E sites. All other sites are 4WD access. These are not advertised on this platform. As this is an instant payment platform, we do not give refunds we consider credits for valid reasons unable to arrive but must be discussed. Property: A 695-acre council registered tourist back-to-basic bush camping and 4WD park located in the picturesque Scenic Rim region just over an hour drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Perfect for 4WD enthusiasts, bushwalkers, mountain bikers, and anyone that just wants to get back to nature. Amenities: We encourage self-sufficient bush camping. There are chemical toilets near the campsites. Hot showers and a flushing toilet if required are back at the main car park. showers 7am to 5pm as there is no night driving We do not charge for children under 5 years of age. Please do not add this age-group to your booking. Children's rate is charged from 5 year to 16 years. You will need to adjust your booking as Hipcamp adult rate charge starts from 12 years old. Generators are permitted to recharge batteries but not permitted to be on constantly. Please advises if required for medical reasons. We are pet friendly however must comply with "dogs in Public Laws" be on leads at all times. We are a glass beer bottle free park. We do sell bags of wood and ice

The moment I arrived, all I could say was “wow” — the view was absolutely insane!!! Cooking and eating while looking at such a breathtaking view was truly the best part of the experience. Right after setting up the tarp, a heavy downpour started, but thanks to the beautiful scenery, everything still felt perfectly okay. It would have been an absolutely perfect place if it hadn’t rained! I came alone with my dog, but the place was far too beautiful to enjoy by myself, so I will definitely come back again with friends. Wendy was incredibly kind and very helpful with clear directions. I went to see the sunrise on New Year’s morning. It rained throughout the night, and the sun was partially hidden behind the clouds, but I still got to see the first sunrise of 2026 — it was such a happy and memorable experience.

Had an absolute blast at the Scenic Rim Adventure Park! Had fantastic tracks, facilities and the host Wendy was lovely to deal with. 10/10. Would recommended this spot to anyone looking for a good weekend away.

We had the best weekend at the Scenic Rim Adventure Park. The property is absolutely amazing and so many stunning camp sites. 4WD tracks are heaps of fun and well indicated. Wendy was amazing at explaining everything. Great amenities and place. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you guys!

Beautiful surroundings, the best views of mountains and the rainforest. Really good ground to setup camp and an overall great atmosphere. Dog friendly. Super friendly owners.

Great Adventure Park stay. Whether you want to just sit back and relax(which is what we did) or go forward driving. There area is huge, so much room. Lots of hiking tracks and different 4wd tracks.

Awesome stay. Our campsite had a fantastic view to the east and we were shaded the whole afternoon as the sun passed over the mountains. We'll definitely be back. Wendy is a great host.

Great Family Weekend getaway close

We camped there overnight and the kids had a blast. Nicely secluded surrounds but not too far from the town. The sites are speciacuous and most if not all of them have pergolas which was a trip saving feature as it rained whilst we were there. There was easy access to water and toilets. The kids playground was a welcomed surprise! For offroad enthusiasts, you can camp and explore the tracks at the same time! Will definitely return.

Tracks were great if you are into 4WDing- map needs reviewing/updating as green tracks aren’t green anymore etc. also most tracks are overgrown with lantana and while you don’t mind a few scratches and dings there was a lot. camping areas and creek were a bit overgrown with the rain and made it difficult for kids to play. Playground area is very old and brittle, I’d suggest either upgrading or removing. Showers are old but clean, however toilets need some maintenance with the portaloo style toilet needing to be replaced or removed. Booking was confusing with needing to select a car option plus a camping option. Perhaps just have it all built into the one price? Overall good for bush camping and self sufficient people but needs basic maintenance and some upgrades. More suitable for a ‘boys trip’ than the family camping we did

We have just had a great weekend at Scenic Rim Adventure Park. We camped with a group of other families all with young children and we all had a blast! We spent a day out exploring the 4x4 tracks and checking out some attractions and admiring the view from up the hill . The camp plots are a really decent size and spaced out nicely, so you aren’t bunched up with other sites. I would highly recommend staying here and will be going back again soon.

4x4 drivers were performing river-crossing, heavy sport driving literally three metres away from us, on both sides of our tent. Bizarre. Not the best scenario for a family with two young girls looking for a more relaxed, social stay. Host said they placed us on a spot that is not regularly used. I would very much prefer to be advised about a lack of availability, overbooking or whatever the handicap was rather than being in such situation. No fire pit either, so we were advised to light a fire on the grass, which I had my doubts about.

We stayed over Easter weekend at site 14D. The site had a partial view of the spectacular scenery and had a clean working toilet nearby. There are a few hot showers located at the property entrance which are perfectly adequate. Wendy was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us some information brochures for the region. There had been a fair bit of rain before we arrived but it didn't significantly hinder our ability to drive on the tracks too much. We're not hugely experienced off road so we stuck to the green tracks and found these to be fairly challenging but still doable in our Fortuner. We would definitely camp here again.

It's a great hidden gem, not overcrowded—heaps of fun on the 4WD tracks. Clean toilets and showers available. We had a bell tent provided which saved a lot of effort for us. Wendy was great to chat with when we would pop up to grab a morning coffee.

Great place to camp. Easy check in. The camp place was very private. We rented a couple of toilets for convenience sake. The 4wd tracks were fun.

Amazing camp site and terrific views! We stayed only for a short two night trip but will definitely be back. The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly! Wendy put aside two different camp sites for us so we could asses the weather and time we arrived to pick. We stayed at 13C that had amazing views looking into the scenic rim. We haven’t done much 4wding and would say that some of the green tracks were a bit more than what we were used to. Overall we had an amazing stay and will 100% be coming back.
