We have a 400-acre beef cattle and cropping property in the beautiful Scenic Rim, 5 minutes from town. With a dam, tracks to explore, a running creek to fish and frolic in, and plenty of wide-open spaces to rest and relax. Our Creekside sites are in a large open paddock with creek frontage, near the road and readily accessed with 2wd vehicles. Or we have campsites in an elevated position which offer more privacy but do require a 4wd. Campers must be self-sufficient and have their own toilet - we have no facilities here. Campfires are permitted in designated areas and you can buy firewood from us. Note: There are facilities available in town including hot showers and toilets. Dogs are welcome but must be kept restrained.

Our Mountain View camp is in an elevated position overlooking farmland with beautiful mountain views. You will need to have a 4WD to access these sites.  Guests must also be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste with them on departure. We have a 400-acre beef cattle and cropping property in the beautiful Scenic Rim, 5 minutes from town. With a dam, tracks to explore, a running creek to fish and frolic in, and plenty of wide-open spaces to rest and relax.  There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area if you want to get out and about, we have multiple national parks within driving range. Children under 15 are half price.  Dogs are welcome but must be kept restrained.

I loved this place. I actually don't want to say I did because I don't want to share it, ha ha. Matt was great to deal with, friendly + helpful. Our spot up on the hill was fabulous + Matt + Sarah made great efforts to ensure that the guests for the long weekend were spread out so we weren't on top of each other. They could have easily packed in more people, but they preserved the experience which was fantastic. We will be back again + again!

Our campsite was a nice, large mowed area with a lovely outlook through the trees. There was certainly other more spectacular sites with clear views but we did leave it late to book. We felt for a family of 3 it was a little on the expensive side but still a lovely private weekend was had.

Amazing place with stunning mountain views, we had a very large group and still felt like we had heaps of room to roam. The owner was very nice and helpful from the start with clear communication and personally took us to our site when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

We've stayed here many times and always loved it. Sarah and Matt are incredibly accommodating, making it the perfect spot for our van and fur baby to escape to - secluded, with no nearby campers around.

Well maintained property, handy to lots of great towns in the scenic rim. We were the only ones there so very private and quiet. The location is quite windy but apart from that excellent.

Stayed at Eastgrove for the weekend and were so happy that we did. Beautiful place. Super friendly hosts. We were met by Matthew late Friday night and he showed us to our site on top of the mountain/hill. The most beautiful views and woke up to cows surrounding us. Lovely! The camp areas are private and well maintained with a fire pit. Firewood is available. Across the road is a flat open area to camp with river access. 5mins to the beautiful town of Rathdowney. We would definitely recommend staying here!! And we will definitely come back.

Nice quiet little spot, plenty of room for the kids and dogs to run around. Creek was beautiful, we will definitely be back in the warmer months for a swim and a kayak.

Awesome campground, Matt and Sarah are great hosts and very welcoming upon entry. Campsites are all very well maintained and access was perfect. If you're after a secluded getaway with breathtaking views i highly recommend staying at Eastgrove

Beautiful scenic location, running creek across the road making for a great cold plunge in winter or perfect spot to cool down in the warmer months. With so little light pollution the star gazing and satellite spotting is good fun. This is our second stay and we loved it even more than our first! Hosts are very welcoming and will meet you in their Ute to take you to your spot.

What a great spot with great hosts. Beautiful hill top sites with stunning views. Very well maintained. Such a peaceful spot. Great to unwind and take in the scenery. The other sites were a long way away which was great. Felt like you had the whole place to yourself! Thanks for having us.

We loved our recent weekend at Eastgrove, the views and sunsets over the ranges are spectacular. We were met by Matthew and shown to our site, Matthew advised us of the area and dropped off our firewood. The site was well maintained with plenty of room very peaceful and definitely requires a return visit.
