Rosgrow Farm, 15 minutes off the Bruce Highway, offers secluded campsites set on a large tidal creek. There are plenty of trees and shelter. The creek offers fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating and swimming. Fire pits and picnic areas make the sites perfect for evening relaxation with bird life and jumping fish, talking about the day's fishing or eating the day's crab catch. Limited firewood is sometimes available. It can be bought at a reasonable price about 9km along the road towards Burrum Heads.. Campers must be self-contained with their own toilet and shower and need to remove their rubbish. Particularly suitable for RVs and caravans with own toilet. Well suited for overnight travelers passing between Maryborough and Bundaberg, or others needing a few days rest, fishing or water activities. Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often. Sites are 30-40 metres apart with a maximum of 8 vehicles and their occupants in the whole property. No overcrowding! Pricing: Basic booking is for a vehicle with caravan, or an RV, and 2 people. Some sites can accommodate more than 1 caravan - if you are travelling with others and want to share a site, please make a separate booking for them at one of the other sites and feel free to get them to share your site instead.

We were truly grateful for the warm welcome from Colin, who greeted us as soon as we arrived. The fantastic views, friendly farm animals, and the three loving ponies created a wonderful atmosphere that made our stay so memorable. The level site made our setup a breeze, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time there. We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait for our next visit to explore more of this beautiful haven. We enjoyed camping at Greg’s campground with a great view of the river, the site was well maintained and with the sites nestled between the trees giving a lovely succulent feel. Greg was a great host meeting us when we arrived and spent time in explaining the site, Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Really nice stay. Greg is a great bloke very helpful, his property is right on the water with plenty of fish a crab to be caught! Our young children had a ball playing in his little tidal lagoon . It's not deep so you dont have to worry about them too much. Campsites are spaced well apart so dont be concerned about neighbours. Minutes away from town and Hervey Bay if you need anything or want to go on a day trip. We had great phone reception also 😀 on our faves list for sure.

Stunning views and lots of farm animals roaming around that you can even pat them. Colin, the host, is an adorable human being and lovely person to have a chat with. Toilets and hot showers are amazing, super clean. Lots of site to choose from when not busy, all of them with fire pits. Would love to come back and we recommend it 100%
