Twisted Tree Camp s a 13 acre property about 5 miles north of Long Beach, Washington. The property is long and skinny, we have built road that accesses the back of the property. The campsite is in the middle of the woods, you can wake up to many birds singing and no neighbors in sight. In the evening you can listen to the frogs singing while you stare at th campfire.
The road winds thru the trees and this is not suitable for vehicles longer than 23 feet or wider than 8 feet.
There are multiple twisted trees along the road as you drive in to the campsite. We have recently built the road to the campsite at the back of the land so there is still evidence of recent construction along the road.
There are two cameras on site - one at the entrance along Pacific Way and one by the campsite at the end of the road. Cameras are there to monitor the site after hipcampers have left and will not be on while campers have rented the space.
Nearby there is SnowPeak Campfield that has a sauna and hot tub. There are many restaurants and public beaches to experience. During the summer there are numerous events like the kite festival, sandcastle festival, Rod Run and others.

Located centrally between Leadbetter Point and Cape Disappointment, we have 16 full hookup RV sites (30 amp power/water/septic/Wifi) close enough to enjoy the fun of Long Beach and Ocean Park, but far enough to retreat to your camp for quiet and relaxation. Camping at Hidden Pillar is a primitive, off-grid experience:

Visit the only working covered bridge in Washington State. Bring a kayak or floaties. Ride your bike on a beautiful country road. The water is very amazing and surrounded by woods. There are 2 sites directly on the river and 2 about 50' from the river with a river view. A few miles away is a little restaurant called Duffy's. Open only Thu - Sunday. It is 12 miles to nearest town in both directions for a store and gas. There is a Porta potty and picnic tables. No potable water yet so please bring your own. A contained fire allowed. Wood is available to buy. Most phones get service. No electric at this time. Pet friendly. Pets must be on a leash for their safety. ( You should be able to let you dogs run free down at the end of the beach) Life jackets are highly recommended for people who can't swim. Two sites have a little country rd that is between you and the riverfront that hardly gets used. The river is a stone throw away. Only 26 miles to Astoria Oregon and 34 miles to Long Beach Washington. There is a old farmhouse on the top of the hill that is not lived in. I store my tools in there that I use. All sites are huge. All of our sites have full hook-ups (water, sewer, and power). The sites are just a couple feet from the bay with access to miles of beach hiking. You can walk to Bottle Beach State Park which is approximately 1 mile north or hike about a mile south to Elk River. Enjoy unobstructed views of Westport and the freight ships coming into the harbor. Enjoy a peaceful beach with amazing sunsets.
Whether you are surfing for the weekend or tuna-fishing, this is your go to spot - you will not be disappointed. Westport is 7 miles by car and the Westport Winery is only 5 miles. There is two nearby boat launches - one off of Elk River just 2 miles away and the other off of Johns River launch just 6 miles away.

More than enough room and felt private. The bay is beautiful and walking to the beach from our site was so convenient. Having trash/recycling on site and full hook ups was also super convenient.

The land is picturesque, and we enjoyed nature sounds echoing softly for miles. We happened to stumble upon a pretty awesome rails to trails path about a half a mile away, which was perfect for us ‘cause we brought our gravel bikes. Donna was kind and communicative. We had a lovely time. Would stay here again!

The view is spectacular and the trail to the beach is so close. Loved that. Very peaceful. The weather this time was cloudy almost everyday though unlike last year when it was sunny with lovely sunsets. Even had a little fog this trip. That’s not in any ones control however! Still loved it. Appreciate the full hookups. Would stay again. Unique is a good name for this spot.

We really enjoyed camping here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciate that a lot. The restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. My wife even mentioned how great the water pressure in the shower was.
The area was very quiet, and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

What a pleasure to find such a perfect place to glamp. Marlisa is a dream come true. For all she has to do she makes every guest feel like they are #1. I will be back for years to come. I stayed a week prior on my journey up the north coast and had to stay one more time on the way back home because I kinda missed the place. Has everything you need to feel comfortable. I've stayed at over 20 Hipcamp locations and Marlisa's camp ranks in the top 2. Paul

Incredible incredible host! Marlissa was so sweet and kind. The bathrooms were always clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had ice and food storage. The sites were all well-kept and maintained. We had to book this place last-minute due to changes from the fires, and we are SO glad we found it. Could not be happier with our stay.

My family and I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved Marlisa’s property. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful even though there were plenty of people there for the good fishing spots. We stayed in spot #19 with full hook ups which was really nice to have. We will definitely be back to camp here the next time we’re in the area.
