Exactly as advertised. Easy walking distance to anywhere. Right down the street from the entrance to Long Beach proper. Earplugs and eye mask … safe and easy.

Good location one block off of Main Street. Very easy walk to local shops, restaurants and beach access. Host has thoughtfully provided 50 foot water line and includes access to covered picnic table and even use of BBQ grill. We stayed two nights at the beginning of Kite Festival Week and although the area was crazy busy, this location was quiet and super easy to access. Our Doodle enjoyed the neighborhood walks. Thank you so much for a great experience in Long Beach.

It was great to find such a central spot to stay to enjoy the kite festival. We had a self-contained camper so didn’t use the water and electricity, but it was nice to have access to the covered patio and barbecue. The site was very tidy and level, and while just blocks from all the shops and restaurants, it was also very quiet.
Michael was quick to send us a welcome message after our arrival, and while we didn’t need any assistance during our stay, I felt that if we had any questions they would have been quickly addressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we are looking to overnight in Long Beach!

Abby’s is a great place - the location is minutes from beach, food trucks, and downtown strip. Great grassy spot for a tent, small RV or a RTT. Access to a small covered area with picnic table. Great price.

It took a bit even with help from Michael to find the site.
Despite neighbors behind and on one side of the site, it was nice and quiet.
Michael was very helpful and answered my questions quickly (even after 9pm).
Water is inside the patio area: it is a distance from there to the site - I needed to go buy a 100’ hose, as my 50’ with his hose was still not long enough.
The plug-in looks like a 110, so I had to grab a connection cord with the right adapters.
It is nice to have this additional equipment and grateful to Michael for his knowledge and help.
Although, the site is a block back from the main road, through Long Beach, and there is a lot of traffic from those not wanting to go into / through the tourist part of town, it was never an issue getting in or out of the site.
Walking distance to beach, food, and stores; might be a challenge for those with medical issues.
We three sisters (62, 67, and 73) had a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
