Native gardens, fruit trees, nut trees and herbs were planted near the tent areas in September 2024, offering beauty and a deeper connection to the land. Enjoy thoughtfully placed gathering spaces throughout the forest, including a whimsical Forest Tea Party area and Uncontained, our cozy repurposed shipping container—perfect for reading, board games, or shelter during a summer pop-up thunderstorm. Walk the short Jeremiah Dixon/Charles Mason Trail, a path similar to one they would have taken in the 1700s. No presents for me or other campers, thank you. 45-acre Historic farm, several sites to choose from depending on adventure wanderlust (including a 4WD drive site). Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. Field of Dreams and Sycamore Ridge will accommodate campers under 25 feet with some backing/maneuvering skills. For those with 4WD and an off-road camper/trailer/tent choose Off the Grid, two entrances for easy access, travel along a logging road to an open site with fire pit. Overall, this is a beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere and one of the most incredible sunsets we have seen. The campsite feels very private and secluded — you cannot see the neighboring campsites from this spot. The other campsites are located a bit farther away, although if there is a large group nearby, you may still hear some noise. Overall, the location feels peaceful and separate from others. We came here hoping to do some fishing, but unfortunately, the weather was extremely hot during our stay, and the fish were not very active, so we didn’t have much luck. The lake does have noticeable tides and water level changes. For swimming, the lake is not the best option because the bottom is very muddy. However, the natural surroundings, privacy, and overall vibe of the place make it a wonderful camping destination. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.

This little spot is an absolute secret gem! Stunning views, direct water access, and peaceful! The property seems very well maintained, the porta potty, which was quite clean, was a definite bonus! The road is somewhat close, but I barely even noticed. Got in a few good days of paddling - a lot to explore around the creek! Amazing variety of wildlife around - Osprey, Heron, Eagles, Otters, the Bay Nettle jellies are out right now but are so amazing to watch! I even had a Cownose Ray cruise on by a few times! This will absolutely become a yearly destination for me! I am so grateful that you've chosen to share this beautiful spot with others!

The Eagle’s Nest was the perfect place for a camping family reunion! The boat ramp gave us easy access to the water, there was plenty of space for cars and tents, and the sunsets were beautiful. The water was perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The water tap and bathroom is about five minutes back the way you came so we recommend bringing water jugs to the camp so you don’t have to go back and forth as frequently. Highly recommend this site for your next camping trip!

What a fun weekend! The campground was clean and quiet. Our site had a picnic table that was shaded, large fire ring, full hook ups, and was a pull through. The kiddos loved feeding the animals, playing mini golf, swimming in the beautiful indoor salt pool, biking, hiking the clearly marked and cleared trails, playing on the shaded playground, and fishing. The kiddos caught several large bass and catfish. They also have a beautiful indoor koi pond. The store has a large selection of their meads. We enjoyed root beer, elderberry jalapeno, and elderberry lime. We also got elder elixer and elderberry soap. Our pup enjoyed the trails and the large dog park. The owner and staff were knowledgeable and so welcoming.

1 night at Parson’s Landing

Beautiful spot. Probably the cleanest potra-potty I have ever used. Saw some cool birds. We booked kinda last minute and we were able to drive over and use the code sent to us to access the property. Super convenient. Easy to find. Super 2wd accessible. There is some road noise but it wasn't bad. The trade off of it being accessible.

Weekend Trip to Outstanding Dreams Alpaca Farm

Big open field so great for groups. We brought out volleyball net and had loads of room. There are trees for shade but you have to move around some - so bring a cover & Watch your water / food so it doesn’t sit out. The alpaca tour was amazing - Phil is so sweet and generous with his time.
