The Agape is located on 20 acres and over 2000' of shoreline in Maryland’s Eastern Shore, with breath taking sunsets every evening. Pull up your RV [or rent ours], pitch a tent, kick up your feet and relax by the water. Soak in the sounds of nature and the sight of wild birds, from the Osprey, Bald Eagle and even the Great Blue Heron. We are a pack it in, pack it out leave-no-trace camping site. There are no hookups, but during your stay, feel free to patronize the entire property. The views of the Wye River from the dock are absolutely beautiful and peaceful! There is also plenty of water for fishing, crabbing and even a small, man-made beach! OUTDOOR POOL AND RAFT USE - The outdoor pool is closed indefinitely. There is a 4-person raft and a 2-person inflatable kayak available, for an additional fee per day. Both require PRIOR APPROVAL and a WAIVER to utilize.

We are a pack it in, pack it out leave-no-trace camping site. which means that all items you bring with you must be taken back with you when you leave. What This Means for You: 1. Leave No Trace: We ask that you respect the natural surroundings by minimizing your impact. This includes not leaving behind any trash, food waste, or personal items. Please ensure that all waste is properly disposed of or taken with you. 2. Waste Management: Bring appropriate containers for your trash and recycling. If you have perishable items, please plan accordingly to avoid waste. We encourage you to use biodegradable products whenever possible. 3. Respect Wildlife: Leaving food or waste behind can attract wildlife, which can be harmful to both animals and humans. By packing out all your items, you help maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone. 4. The views from the dock are breathtaking, providing a tranquil setting to unwind and escape the pressures of everyday life. As you step through the door, exposed beams, wooden walls, and modern fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere. Wake up to the calming melodies of nature and enjoy observing the wildlife in their natural habitat. Please note that the outdoor pool is closed indefinitely. However, there is a 4-person raft and a 2-person inflatable tandem kayak available during the summer months for an additional fee. Use of the raft and kayak requires PRIOR APPROVAL and a signed WAIVER to utilize. To ensure proper life jacket sizing, please bring your own. Kindly be advised that our cabin is situated in a rural area where WiFi is not available. We recommend using a personal hotspot, such as a mobile phone, if internet access is required during your stay. However, we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to disconnect from technology and fully immerse yourself in the serene surroundings, especially the captivating water views.

What an awesome property and campsite! We loved everything about it. If you are sensitive to gunshots, be advised that there is a very popular sporting clays range just across the creek (they start late morning and end before sunset) …not a problem for us at all though. We brought a couple kayaks and paddle boards and spent a ton of time on the water. We will 100% be back!
