Our stay here checked all the boxes. Perfect location for an Olympic rainforest adventure. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The river sites are worth the extra money, the view is awesome. Sani Can was super clean. The sites are close together so not too much privacy if it’s peak season, but we were there in December and had the place to ourselves. Would recommend!

Wandering Woodlands is a cute, cozy campground! We booked for a last minute getaway - easy to book and host was responsive to my questions. While this campground is best suited for car camping, we were able to maneuver a dually pickup with an 11 foot slide-in camper into the site. A great spot to base camp for exploration of Forks/La Push and the many beaches close by. Thoughtful touches by the host include a group bonfire/picnic area, a few games and a short trail.

We loved the twilight dome!! such a cute way to camp. We saw chickens and deer in the evening and took a walk by the cows in the morning. Camping was really quiet. We played games in the evening in the dome. This time of year is cold in pnw so bring extra layers!! The host is so sweet!! Thank you!

Right in town, easy to find-John stayed up late to welcome us which was so nice!! Property is beautiful, wooded, clean facilities- highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this HipCamp in the past and liked it so much I decided to come back. The sites themselves offer the basics: table, chairs, fire pit, tent spot. But the best parts of this campground are the outdoor kitchens, outdoor game area, and all of the wooden gnomes to find. I would come back here for another stay!

This place is such a gem! Beautifully maintained, quiet, and great location to Sol Duc hot springs and Olympic National Park. Logan was super responsive with any questions I had. The campground is super charming with lots of wooden statues and string lights around. Bonus that there are bathrooms and a shower! Can’t wait to return next summer.

This was a perfect camping experience for my partner and I with our dog. We are new to camping and it was reassuring to have a bathroom and such a kind host on the property in case we needed anything. We got to choose our favorite camp spot and were able to get a nice fire going in the pit. Highly recommend. Dale was also very helpful in giving us recommendations of places to visit in the area. Weekend Trip to Olympic Adventure Campground

Olympic Adventure Camp is an excellent choice for campers in Forks. The camp site is clean and was very quite, even for being close to the highway. It was close to town, and close to tons of sightseeing and adventures. Check in was super easy, camp host was responsive when we called to check in. The full hook up sites were also very private and we were not right on top of our neighbors. We will definitely be returning guests.

A pretty campsite in a great location. All utilities worked as expected; electrical, sewer, water. Quiet and private enough for us. (For reference that means we did not use our shades on our extensive trailer windows nor was sound ever an issue.) Particulary when compared to a standard campground or even worse, a standard RV park. We would love to return.

Really cool space. I stayed in camp 0. While folks with mobility issues may struggle a bit with being up hill, I didn't find it to be an issue at all and the cheaper price meant I could stay longer. That being said, all the sites looked great. The kitchen was so nice for breakfast and to cook up the mushrooms I foraged nearby. Eventually the shower curtain will need to be changed but that hot shower in a cold night was amazing. Super close to so many things. I'll definitely be coming back.

Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am 2. No fires over 2 feet tall 3. When burn ban is in effect gas fires only 4. Do not trespass on neighboring property or cow field 5. Drive slow on the road leading up to the campground (10 mph). The owner's cats are often on the road near the entrance so keep an eye out when driving.

Enjoy easy access to the river, forest trails and world famous Rialto Beach. Dry campsites are self check-in and have a picnic table and fire ring (use is subject to Clallam county burn regulations) and require a short walk from parking area. Water, a portable toilet, shared sauna and hot shower are located centrally on our 12 acre property. Our favorite thing about this land is it's energy. People often make a point of telling us that they leave more refreshed and relaxed then when they arrived at our coastal rainforest property. We believe that connection to nature leads to connection with oneself and are happy to provide an access point to all that Olympic National Park, and La Push have to offer.  With Rialto Beach just 3 miles away, we are a perfect base camp for must see locations, including the Hoh Rainforest, Cape Flattery and Ruby Beach. The town of Forks is 12 miles away. SITES 1 and 2: Camp sites are a short walk from the parking area and porta-potty and have access to a wagon to transport gear. Please do not drive across our property, or you will be asked to leave. Guests have access to our sauna, outdoor shower, dishwashing station and porta-potty which are centrally located on our land, just walk up the grassy hill from your campsite, there are signs to help find the way. We request that you only use biodegradable soaps and shampoos to preserve our watershed. Please ask if you need anything. Drinking / potable water is available out of the tap of our dishwashing sink or lower field hose bib. The sauna is available for guests on our property and we encourage you to try it out. If you have never used a sauna before, please make sure to check out the sauna etiquette sheet. The West End is majestic, and also a rural working landscape which means occasionally you may see or hear activities related to agriculture, forestry, and rural life. Our private Campground is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula. We are a Campground, we are not a Hip Camp, we just advertise through them. Paying for extra days or rentals, wood, propane fire-pits, are done at pay station at Campground or by calling the office. We have 21 tent sites on the West side of Pavel Road close to the river. 13 are river view sites. We have beautiful woods with trees, ferns, moss, and the Sol Duc River runs adjacent to our property. Beautiful views of the Sol Duc River from some of the sites and a short walk to the right of the parking lot to the Fish Hatchery, stay to the right there will be a boat launch and beach to fish and play. Just a 20-minute drive to the Pacific Ocean and a 20-minute drive to the straits of Juan de Fuca. Just a one-hour drive from our site to Cape Flattery, short hike down to a rocky viewpoint overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tatoosh Island, which is the farthest NW Point in the Continental US! We have sites with beautiful river views, 9 walk-in sites, and 12 drive-up sites. 4 of the walk-in sites are river views 4, 5, 6 and 8. The drive-in sites with river views are 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, and 21. There are more sites on the other part of the Campground. The Fish Hatchery is right next door and has a boat launch, beach, and lots of fishing. The river at the Hatchery is great to float on, fish, and just play. Activities nearby include: Pacific Ocean beaches, Pleasant Lake, Crescent Lake, Beaver Lake, Snyder Lookout for stargazing, Olympic Discovery Trail, kayak floating, the area is great for hiking, biking, mushroom and fossil hunting, wildlife viewing, ATV trails, and much, much more, come have some fun.
