From your campsite, you will be able to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and view of the Cascade Mountains to the West. At night you will only need to look up into the sky to clearly spot millions of stars. You will also be given farm fresh eggs to enjoy with a meal.
On our homestead, you will see chickens and goats. If in season, you can explore the garden. Enjoy the walking trail right on our property or ride your bikes. Kids will have plenty of room to run, play, and picnic. Children are also welcome to set up their own tent for a night of parent-free fun.

With a short drive, you will find seasonal hunting, fishing, biking, hiking (Beezley Hill) , lakes, golf, mini golf, water park, bowling, and a good selection of restaurants. There are also two Walmarts nearby for any of your needs.
A little farther and you will find natural pools at Potholes State Park, Soap Lake, Coulee Dam, and Lake Lenore Caves.
Interesting fact: Our homestead is located on the McConihe Flats. 1200 years ago the Sinkiuse Indians would meet on the McConihe Flats and trade. They would also collect things along the shore of the lake such, as duck eggs and reeds, which are still around today.
We are conveniently located between Moses Lake and Ephrata Washington. Only 12 minutes from either town where you can find Walmart, other stores, and resturants for all your needs.

A small hobby farm located minutes from I90 and The Gorge Amphitheatre. Our family includes horses, mini donkeys, chickens, dogs and cats. We have 2 working livestock guardian dogs, Fancy and Whiskey, and 4 small dogs all of which are rescues as well as 3 cats.
We are surrounded by acres of farmland. "Quiet time" is difficult to put limits on because we have no control over when harvest for local crops needs to occur. Please be aware that farm machinery may be harvesting late into the night or start very early in the morning.

The neighborhood was quiet and the location/site was well kept. Dogs are allowed. Very large neighborhood to walk the dogs. Water and garbage on site. The nearest exit is about 3 miles off the interstate. Rosie was quick to respond. I recommend staying at this hipcamp.

We had a great visit on Renato’s land. It was so beautiful and we had the place to ourselves! We did a wine tasting with Renato and his wine is delicious! It was wonderful hearing the story of his winery and learn about his love for wine making. Our dogs had so much fun playing fetch on our site. The spots are huge with plenty of room for pets and kids to run around and explore! Beautiful views of the valley to wake up to. Thank you for hosting us Renato!

Taylor’s place was the perfect location to camp while visiting McNary National Wildlife Refuge. It was impeccably clean, had easy access to the refuge and to Richland, and was very quiet.
The host greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. I was glad for the availability of power as the evenings were chilly.
I would camp there again when visiting the area.

This is a lovely spot with the view of the canyons and vineyard. We chose site 4 as it was more remote than the sites with electrical that are closer to the road. So we had no services but the ports potty was clean and convenient. You really feel like you are in the middle of nowhere in cool off the grid way yet its not hard to get to and Renee was so kind with a wine tasting and telling us about his organic wines. Very fun!

We loved our tent camping experience here — the photos don’t do it justice! The site felt very private, and the trees around our campsite provided great shade while we were sleeping, cooking, and even sheltering from some light rain. The campsite is well equipped with everything you could need: bathrooms, shower, picnic table and a fire pit. We especially enjoyed the abundance of birds along the river — their songs and the sounds of wildlife at night were so calming. We’re very grateful for this experience. Thank you, Roger!
