Ricks Exercise Farm
This is an excellent place to spend a night or longer. We booked it as we were driving through on our way home. Directions are great and the location was excellent.
What went well? The answer is everything. The ease of parking, the patio table and the full hookups. The best part was the wild life. There were nesting kill deer birds and they were great to watch.
We will plan on staying again during our next adventure.

It was such a nice peaceful setting, we enjoyed our stay there. The grounds are well kept , Rick is an excellent host. Close to town but feels secluded.

Had a lovely visit at Rick’s. Site is just as described with wonderful facilities and beautiful green lawn that our dog throughly enjoyed. Rick was accommodating and great communication. Lovely sunsets over the vineyard across the road.

Ricks Exercise Farm
We stayed at Rick’s Exercise Farm while in Sunnyside for a memorial and it was exactly what we needed. Traveling with our puppy, we were looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and this was the perfect solution.
The RV spot has beautiful farmland views, full hookups, and a lovely outdoor area with a picnic bench that made it easy to enjoy meals outside. There was also plenty of room for our puppy to run around and play fetch, which was a huge bonus.
We would definitely recommend this Hipcamp to others, especially anyone traveling with pets, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This Hipcamp was probably one of my favorites so far. The check in was extremely easy. The amenities were perfect - picnic table, water, electric, trash can, a yard for my dogs.

Ricks Exercise Farm
Great place to just spend the night and dump the sewer/get water. Not much else to do around there, unless you want to pack and drive again. It was pretty quiet, and a nice stay overall. Follow the owner's directions in terms of parking, the spot is pretty small, we had to back out because we couldn't turn our 24ft RV around without disturbing the lawn.

We loved camping on their land. It was very peaceful and cozy. No other campers, just us. We appreciated how most of the yard was fenced. Having well behaved dogs, we didnt have to tether them. The owners were very kind and easy to work with. Even left us some fresh corn from their garden. We stayed here for the annual Hot Air Balloon Festival in Prosser. Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area too. We will be back! Thank you!!

We would definitely come back and stay at least 2 nights to explore the town and nearby wineries more. There’s a lot of Mexican and texmex food less than 10 minutes which we were excited about. The camping spot was beautiful, having full hookups and sewage dump made for a very comfortable experience. Our dogs enjoyed laying in the grassy shade. Rick stopped by to say hi and gave us some food recommendations which we appreciated. We highly recommend this spot for both passing through or an extended visit.

Rick's camp was very inviting and they were great hosts. We rolled in with transmission issues in our truck and had to have it towed home but they were both very calming to us. The spot was amazing with trees to shade the kids tents.

As stated! There is a nice soft grass patch off the road, so it is visible. I tent camped and put a tarp up for more privacy and had no issues! Rick was super nice and helpful.

Quiet, secure, near to town, and very pleasant spot to spend the night or a few. Level gravel parking area with grass for tents and nice picnic table with garbage can and electricity and water. Beautiful views of the valley and mountains in the distance along with Vineyards everywhere. Apparently someone had once complained about the smell of cow manure but that is occasional and only one farmers are spreading it which is twice a year for one week. I smelled nothing but green grass and fresh air!

Rick made a nice RV spot, nice level gravel and a little cement pad with a picnic table on top. Would be a bit tricky to pull in (or back in) for a large trailer or RV but worked well for us. If certain country smells bother you, this spot may not be right for you, cows right across the street.

Very comfortable stay. Blonde as well manicured picnic table was a nice touch. Rick was great at communicating and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Location is close to a couple of wine, tasting rooms and a brewery. Grocery store about 7 mins away.

Rick was welcoming and helpful. There was a bit of a snafu with the water and I did not see his message to me that we needed to come with a full tank. He directed us to a water source on the property and all was good. It is a bit of back /forth if you have a bigger rig as it is a bit of a tight turn due to location if a tree. also, could've been our skill level. 😁.
Nice gravel pad, beautiful lawn area and shade all in all it was a beautiful spot.

Great stopover! We stayed here on our way to British Columbia. Very clean campground and easy to find! Too bad we didn't arrive early to take advantage of the neighboring orchards and wineries. The road was a tad louder than we expected though.

The Camp site was Great. city water hook up needs repaired. But, Quiet, beautiful, and close to wineries & Breweries in Prosser, Zillah, Sunnyside, And Yakima.

Rick has quite the view overlooking vineyards. The space is very nice with grass and trees too. Being the only RV spot it was nice and private. Its in a gated area you can close if you want to make a run to town. It was the perfect place! Would definitely stay here again or recommend it.

We absolutely loved staying at Ricks! The site was very well kept and so peaceful and relaxing. The views were beautiful! His wife rode down on her bike to pick some vegetables out of their garden and told us to help ourselves to the raspberries.. the roads on the way were very scenic. We will definitely stay here again and very highly recommend it.

Ricks Exercise Farm
We stayed 4 nights and it was a great stay.
We have a 36 ft 5th wheel and it fit very nicely and was fairly easy to get in position. There was plenty of room next to it for the truck to park unhooked and there was extra parking for a couple other vehicles for our visitors.
We will absolutely be back.
The water had slightly off taste to it. It was safe to drink but You might want to bring your own drinking water if you're picky.
