Tyler's two camping spots were well prepared, level and chip filled. There's a sturdy picnic table and a clean outhouse shared by both tent sites. Care should be taken if you attempt to hike out on the trail, watch out for the barbed tripwire.

We loved tent camping at Tyler's land, just a few miles from the coast (LaPush). It rained steadily, so very grateful that my friend brought a tarp so we could cook, play cards, and share stories-- warm and dry.

Easy to find off 101. Close to many attractions. We had the place to ourselves so it was quiet and private in the woods. Nice new pit toilet.

Fantastic tent site that is well secluded from the house. We were there alone so it really felt like being alone in the woods. The sites are close enough to one another that it could be a little awkward if there are strangers in the other site. But that wouldn’t be any different than staying in a state park. The bathroom was super convenient, clean, and didn’t smell. That really felt like a luxury! We booked site number 2 you have to pack your stuff back into the site ~100 yards. No big deal, but we use a rooftop tent so we slept away from the actual site where we set up our table and chairs and camp gear. It wasn’t a problem, but we were surprised when we got there so just wanted to note it here.
Overall, we had an incredible time and would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a little solitude near the coast.

Great host! Greeted us on arrival. Helped me and my nieces carry our gear back to the site. He also had wood available for sale. The directions were spot on but I do recommend you read the host directions before going because phone service is non existent. The campsites are within eyesight of each other but spaced in a way that you can have some privacy depending on tent placement. A big clean outhouse was available. The location (woods #2) was under trees away from the house so you felt like you were camping in the woods. All in all it was a fun experience with lots to do nearby. Lake crescent about 25 minutes away and Neah bay about an Hr and change and forks within 25min. Perfect central location for a variety of fun! Happy camping you all!

We loved tent camping on Tyler’s land. One quick thing of note: neither Verizon nor T Mobile phones had service at the site, so download/screenshot the directions and photos before you go! You’re just off highway 101, and that’s where I got service back.
Great, bright markings plus directions on the site made it easy to figure out where I should be, and there were a few spots to choose from for an 8 by 8 tent 🏕️ There is a great big barrel of potable water right at the site, which was fantastic! The outhouse was basic and clean, and stayed dry despite the constant drizzle.
Two cute, friendly pigs came up to their fence several times when we were near our car, and a beautiful herd of elk were resting in the field the first morning when we woke up.
We loved our time and will definitely stay again (if the spot is available!) the next time we’re in the area.

I loved camping on Tylers land! It's RIGHT off the 101 so it's very easy to use as a stopping off spot before continuing along to other spots of the Olympic National Park.
Clean water and a restroom was provided, very happy overall. Thank you Tyler!
