Situated on 36 acres, this working farm is 2 miles West of Taylors Falls. Dan bought this property with the intention of growing stone fruits (plums, peaches, apricots and cherries) using sustainable and organic practices because health and wellness matter to them! They are still in the process of improving their property. Many of the building on the property were in poor condition, including the old barn foundation which is now one of Dan and Danielle favorite places to keep cool in the summer. Super friendly staff! We arrived around 8:30PM but our room wasn’t ready so we hung out at the bar. He got us each a beer for the inconvenience. After getting into the room, it was just as expected! Spacious and a great kitchenette setup. The floor was a tad bit dirty and there were two ladybugs in the room, but my lady was non-stop about how soft the bedding was.

We were so happy to find this dome after a last-minute electrical issue with our camper changed our plans. It ended up being such a wonderful find! The fall leaves were absolutely beautiful, and the property felt incredibly private and peaceful. Our dogs loved having room to roam and explore. It was also conveniently located so close to Siren, where we were able to shop, grab food, and enjoy the charm of the small town. The dome was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We had such a great experience and honestly can’t wait to come back!

Bundo’s Cabin was truly a dream. It was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend away: cozy, peaceful, and such a beautiful place to unplug and slow down. We spent our time listening to vinyls, cooking good food, hiking around the property, and just enjoying being away from the everyday hustle. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. You can tell how much thought and care has gone into creating this little getaway. I absolutely loved my weekend at the Wooded Retreat! My little cottage was very comfortable and I loved the feeling of camping (glamping!) but with all the comforts of sleeping indoors (especially when it rained overnight!). The hosts were incredible helpful, communicative and kind, while giving me lots of privacy and space for my solo retreat. All of the cabins are very unique with their own personality and I will be back to try out the others! I also loved the Amish market nearby, and all the outdoor/nature options in the area.

My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We stayed in the cabin and it was perfect. Firm beds, clean sheets, and a pull out for the kids. There was also a bathroom with running (and warm) water a short distance from the cabin. The string lights kept everything very well illuminated. And there was a fire ring with a grate for cooking and a basic kitchen with a griddle. We are already talking about when we could come back! ❤️👌

2 nights at Rustic River Retreat

We had a great mini vacation in the cabin. The hosts thought of every little detail. The grounds were beautifully kept and all the buildings were lit and beautiful all the way to the path down to the river. All the communication was quick and supportive. We highly recommend this unique place.

2 nights at The Wooded Retreat/breakfast/spa

We had a great stay at the Singing Frog! Everything was clean, convenient and thoughtfully put together. The pond was serene and had beautiful wildlife - turtles, frogs, dragonflies to name some. We built a fire - thanks for providing the wood! The bread, eggs, fruit and yogurt were greatly appreciated. It was quiet, even though I believe there were others staying on the property. We would absolutely stay again!

This place is amazing. We absolutely loved everything about it. Gary and his family are great. My only regret was having to leave . I will, 100%, be returning for another stay
