Must want to camp with 11+ animals
I wish the previous review had been up before I made this reservation. (Granted, the listing is up front about the dogs.) The 4+ dogs and 7+ cats will not leave you alone. The 5 kittens in particular make it impossible to eat or relax. Cute but absolutely relentless. One even tore our tent. This place was not for me.

Must be an animal lover!
My family of 5 kids loved this place! The host wasn't able to meet us and show us around because of work but we figured things out. She provided some supplies such as cooking equipment and chairs which we used. The aspen groove was charming and pretty but the thing that my kids loved the most was the animals. Iva had a lot of kittens and dogs that just loved people and they swarmed our camp. The kittens jumped right onto their laps and the dogs loved being pet. If you are not an animal lover, this is not your place because the animals get in your face. Luckily my family was very taken with them.

We booked this property at the last minute after our planned trip was supposed to be 45 and pouring rain... Instead, it was sunny and beautiful in Granger! The property is so gorgeous, we loved exploring. And we loved our furry hosts! The dogs were so sweet and definitely put this property over the top-- they made it so memorable and lovely. Our dog has been moping since we got home, I think it was a dream to be part of a pack for a weekend!

A Mini Oasis in Yakima Valley
5/5 for the hosts and property itself: the views, quaking aspens , grape vines, puppies, restroom and nearby wineries were all fantastic---like an oasis in the high dessert!
But only a 2/5 for the neighbors: we forgot to pack our earplugs so the bright security lights, overnight irrigation sprayers hitting tree branches/trucks, cows mooing, and heavy machinery?/traffic noises that seemed to go on all.night.long made for one of the least-restful overnights we've ever had.

Perfect Wine Country camping spot!
Beautiful, peaceful property just a few minutes down the road from the Zillah wineries. Our city dogs were in absolute heaven roaming the grounds and the humans enjoyed stunning sunsets, sunrises and views of Mt. Adams. Iva’s crew of pups were sweet and entertaining hosts. We look forward to another wine country camp out soon!

Perfect weekend getaway!
Such a beautiful property! Iva was very friendly and greeted us with a delicious welcome gift. Her dogs were very sweet and a few came around just often enough to keep our dog entertained. The Aspen trees were a very nice touch, but it was in the mid 90s the weekend we were there, so we opted to sleep in one of the wooded areas to get some extra shade. Beautiful vineyards and gooseberry bushes planted around the property made it very serene and we enjoyed a visit to the Yakima arboretum and some wine tasting during the day. Perfect weekend getaway!
