Aliya Preserve—WA Coast Eco-Retreat

So this is coming from someone who usually disperse camps but decided to reserve a spot since we have a baby… This is a beautiful spot if the weather is nice. If it’s not (like it often is not in this area) I would not recommend for the crazy price tag. Paying over $400 for 2 nights is insane.. and I don’t understand a pet fee for camping.

Now THIS is how to camp!

Such a beautiful and serene place! What really stood out to me was just how much care the owners put into every little detail. I loved the decorations and signs, the clean good-smelling toilets, the potable water and wash stations with motion-sensor lights, sharable scrubbers, soap, and pans, showers with warm water, wagons for hauling firewood bundles, and even a bug wash squeegee at the entrance for your car! The pathway down to the beach was magical. I was at Site 3, and had an amazing view of the ocean waves. It was also centrally located, so very easy to walk to everything. Even though there were other campers, each site is very secluded and separate enough that I didn't hear anyone and it felt like I was alone. And everyone I briefly met was very friendly and respectful. I'm almost hesitant to share this place with others for fear it will become impossible to reserve in the future! THIS is the best camping spot I've ever been to and will absolutely return!! Thanks! :)

We loved Aliya preserve! Its such an amazing and special place, beautiful and very well organized. Adam and Sarah are especially awesome. We would come again in a second. Highly recommend!

Fantastic camp site. Beautiful views, excellent facilities (clean bathrooms, sink with WARM water for washing dishes!), incredible beach. Glad we made it out and looking forward to returning!

I just got back from a trip and stayed for 2 nights tent camping at Site 2. I loved the experience, it was private and peaceful. Having access to an area of coast that's quiet during these busy times in the summer was especially important to me and Aliya Preserve provided that. Amenities were all very well maintained and I hope to visit again soon.

The setting is fabulous, very private camping site, and there was no one on the beach. The bathroom/WC left a lot to be desired, really just upgraded chemical toilets, and very smelly at the time. The WC’s were clean but really could use more frequent pump outs. The kitchen is limited to a counter, dish washing area with soap and cold water, and a power cord. The grounds are very well maintained, and garbage disposal on site, though no recycling.

Just got back from an amazing camping trip and I'm still buzzing! 🌊 The ocean breeze was so refreshing, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. Seriously, this spot was incredibly private, which made it feel like our own little paradise. Plus, having all the amenities made things so comfortable and easy. It's definitely the best hipcamp campsite I've experienced yet! I can't wait to go back!

I stayed at site 1 for two nights. This place was such a treat to stay at. The site had a beautiful view of the ocean. The property itself is really nice. All the campsites appear quite private. The bathrooms are really nice and even light up. It rained both days I was there but it was still such a peaceful time listening to the rain and the ocean. I tried the private outdoor shower and that was great, had some nice hot water. The meditation area was lovely and had a nice bench with a view of the ocean. If I wasn't on a road trip I would have extended my stay. I highly recommend Adam and Sara's campsites and would love to come back.

Unbeatable

This is our second time back to this campground. I have to say— this place sets the bar pretty high. We’ve been unable to find any other place on Hipcamp that even comes close. It’s hard to compete with a campsite that comes with views and sounds of the ocean, HOT showers and a beautiful trail to the beach. The sites are spread out enough and the little things like wagons (to borrow) or space heaters in the vault toilets are appreciated. Communication with the hosts is immediate. We stayed at site 3 last year, tried site 2 a few days ago. Would probably go back to site 3 when we return again next year.

We enjoyed our walk-in campsite. Isolated, quiet, and no lights. The sky was clear and there were so many stars! I wish I had more time there. Grounds and facilities well-tended, clear and thoughtful instructions. This place is a gem on the coast.

One of the nicest camp sites we’ve stayed at. Each site was very private, under tree cover and separated by natural growth. Very nice and flat on a bluff overlooking the ocean. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Toilets were fancied-up porta-potties. Communal wash station with potable water was nice, as was the shower. Walk down to the beach was pleasant and the beach itself was fascinating…felt prehistoric, with massive tree stumps and fallen trunks! Overall, great balance between staying rustic and in touch with nature, and having some of the amenities to make camping just a bit easier!

Amazing Coastal Stay

Amazing location! My family and I brought our Scamp to camp in spot #3. Easy to find, easy to back in, and amazing views! Walk down to the beach was so peaceful and nice. Beach was perfect and amazing listening to the ocean waves. The campsite was clean, there was provided sinks to clean hands and dishes, and the outdoor showers were awesome. The hosts were very quick to reply with any questions I had. You can tell they really love this place and it was easy to respect the area and keep things clean and unaffected by our stay. LNT! Thanks for the great stay on the coast!

A Favorite West Coast Retreat

This is our fifth stay at Aliya Preserve. It is expensive, true, but the peace and quiet and campsite privacy, not to mention the access to miles of beautiful beach, are hard to beat.

What an amazing spot! Site 5 is gorgeous, I had prime access to the beach at Aliya. It is a walk-in, so plan to make a few trips back and forth to your car. It’s close to the WC, and camp sink. I plan to visit again.

Top notch camping with oceanview!

Pretty much an unbeatable view of the Pacific Ocean from right there at your campsite. Like getting one of the best sites at Kalaloch without all the extra people and noise around! Site was very private and we never heard our neighbors. It takes about 10-15 min to walk down to the beach but it was awesome down there and not busy at all for a June weekend.

Amazing coastal campsite

This site is amazing. The ocean view is spectacular and the sound of the surf at night puts you right to sleep. The beach is superb and seems like we were the only ones there. Its a perfect place for rest and relaxation and to just be at peace.

Site 5 has a beautiful view of trees and the ocean. Closest site to the beach. Wagons available for transporting gear and firewood. Toilets and amenities are a short walk up the hill.

This is the best campsite we've been to, hands down. The view from the campsite is amazing. We can relax and just listen to the sound of the waves. The restroom and hot shower is a great addition! We loved the little walk to the private beach as well. Can't wait to come back already!

My family and I had a fantastic time. The sites are secluded with nice views down the hill to the ocean. Nightly prices are higher than some other places, but the amenities are top notch. Definitely worth it. We will be back.
