Camp behind an 1876 Church next to an amazing Vermont Craft Brewery with food and great beers. Ride bikes at Kingdom Trails, kayak and fish near streams with all the amenities of a craft brewpub next door. Easily accessible in the Northeast Kingdom surrounded by woods, mountain ranges, streams and rivers and Burke Mountain. There is an outdoor shower available attached to the brewery for $10 and comes with a beer. $5 without a beer. Open only during taproom operational hours. See bartender for info. Outdoor Porta Potty available 24hr beside church.

Located just 1.25 miles flat road ride to NEK trailhead. Also short drive into East Burke. Friendly & helpful on arrival. Shower was great. Very hot water. Great environment to hang out and good beers.

Dirt Church RV Site
Perfect base camp for cyclists and adventurers. Down-to-earth and accommodating owners. No frills and low-key experience. Great opportunity to socialize with fellow travelers and locals in the pub and on the green outfitted with fire pit, pavilion, chairs, etc. The Dirt Church is becoming a tradition after consecutive fall get-aways in 2023 and 2024. Already plotting my 2025 trip!

Dirt Church RV Site
The location of Dirt Church Brewing is charming. Unfortunately when I arrived the host was not on the premises. I called to alert my arrival & asked where to park. I had paid for 2 nights, car camping. The location is on a 2 lane highway, on a corner with a dirt road that is very active. Though there were several spots inside the premises-off the road-I was directed to park on the road. I had to set up quickly as rain was coming. It poured, the ground flooded. The host never checked in with me. People kept looking at me in a questioning manner. I felt disrespected. I paid to park on a roadside. Also a porta potty was indicated & not in sight. I was uncomfortable contacting the host as it was an obvious situation, IMO. I could have found a forest service road for free. It was disappointing. I have put off writing anything but it would have been a better experience had I been off the road. Middle of the week, there was space. There is a responsibility by the host, especially in inclement weather, to check in with a paying customer-as a courtesy. I'm sure its a great place with good people but it didn't work for me.

Dirt Church Tent Site
If you’re looking for privacy and solitude, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re into tasty vibes, hospitable beers, and amazing hosts, then I’d highly recommend Dirt Church. Throw your tent down in the lawn or park your rig behind the church. Electricity hookups available. Ski resorts and bike trails nearby.

We visited for the eclipse! Vibe was amazing! Lots of folks camping out… we all squeezed in comfortably and Bruce and Anna were very accommodating. Everyone was happy, friendly and the beer delicious! Felt extremely fortunate to have shared the experience with the Dirt Church crowd. Will be back!

Good location with good people.
This is a positive review. Great location with a good vibe. Definitely visit the brewery. Good people. We had electricity, but bring a long cord. Had WiFi but try to stay between the church and the the brewery. It's a new place still matureing into what it will eventually be.
