Seabase's water was visited by the pioneers on the way to California, and then was owned by Grantsville City as a "swimming hole", and now is a SCUBA and snorkeling resort.& event locationn. Camping and events happen, and sometimes there would be no one here but you and the caretakers, sometimes a lot of people. There are 20 acres to dry camp, so getting back away from traffic, or close to the water are options.

Utah's mini "ocean"
Linda is a very warm and gracious hostess! She gifted me with grapes and tomatoes from her garden. The camping is peaceful, and extremely spacious! I had a very good night!

Very nice welcoming by the host, explained us all we have to know. We had the campsite to all of us, very spacious and calm. Very nice sunrise.

Utah's mini "ocean"
I enjoyed talking with Chris and learning about the seabase… interesting history! Very secluded and quiet and out in the boonies, but a Porto and shower are available which is a nice plus. Had a ‘fish pedicure’ in the morning and talked more with Chris while she fed the bigger fish. It was right off I 80 which was on my way out west! I’d stop again for sure! Thank you!

Site 3 - Seabase SCAMPS
Chris was very friendly. She greeted us in a thunderstorm and showed us to our scamp. On the evening we arrived, the weather made it difficult to look around the property. We saw a beautiful double rainbow from the property. The next morning, we were able to look around more before leaving. The scamp was a good shelter from the storm.

Had a good time!
Was calm and fun. Hosts greet you and you can either pick where you wanna stay or they can direct you to be closer to what you want. Had a great time.

This was a unique and fun place to stay. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and so accommodating when I needed to plug in to power to cool my van on a 100 degree afternoon! The pools and fish were super fun. I would definitely stay with them again. Thank you
