Camp Avery @ Clark Shack Acres
Exactly what we were looking for- quiet and secluded, on a holiday weekend that would've been much less so at a standard large campground. And I cannot even begin to tell you how kind and welcoming the hosts are. They even gave us fresh eggs from their chickens! Truly a hidden gem.

Camp Avery @ Clark Shack Acres
Had a fantastic time! The owners were very helpful and even went a step above and beyond to help us when we realized we forgot camping stakes! Pat was wonderful giving us a tour, providing firewood, and showing us all of the animals and property. We welcomed the outdoor cats to come stay with us, and they did! We loved the company. The outhouse was very clean and bug-free. Skeeters sucked a little bit (literally!) But we didn't encounter any ticks, thank goodness. would absolutely come back again! Thanks guys!

What an amazing place!
What an amazing place. Deb and Pat are amazing. If you want to get away and relax this is for you. We saw and heard so many different animals, fished and walked the woods. We will definitely go back. 10 or of 10.

Great find!
This is such a nice place! Loved being greeted by the mini horses and donkeys. Found a quiet, level spot to car camp across from the pond and privy. The owners were very attentive.
